Background: I meditated a bit. I said some mantras then off to sleep. I woke up abruptly though so dream recall went to near zero.

-there was a cat in my house.

I woke up way too early again I ran out of my room to use the bathroom, too much water for WBTB. I just wanted to sleep so I went back to sleep.
