Note to self

I just want to note that this has been the most amount of LD back to back for me in a week. I nearly had one LD a day, except for yesterday and today. I also had the worst dream recall for yesterday and today. And I am having hard time stabilizing but in time it will be ok.
For me in the future if I struggle to have a LD and for others that might want to try it.
To put it simple I get a LD passively. During the day while I think about LD and at night, I tell myself I might have a LD today, or I might not, but I want to remember my dream. I see LD as a gift from my subconscious mind, so when I have one it is special to me.
During the day as I walk in school, I try to do All day Awarness. Link: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...kingyoshi.html
I also act very curious. If I think something is strange I do a RC and I investigate. I would mess with objects as if it was a dream expecting it to do crazy things. After doing that I tell myself "next time I am dreaming I will realize that I am dreaming"
I do WBTB and I stay up for 1hr -2hr. I also noticed that I had LD around 5am, if I go to sleep at 8 and WBTB at 2 or 3, then I go back to sleep around 3-4.
I meditate before going back to sleep, some 10 min meditation on breath. I listen to my favorite music. Then I tell myself "the next thing I see is a dream" I say this until I go to sleep. I keep in mind that I may not have a LD but that I definatly want to remember my dream I also put myself in a slightly awkward position. First while listening to music I would be in the most position like on my belly with my hands at my side. Then I move my hands up in a nice comfortable position that could make it easier to fall asleep faster. This helps in making the last thought about dream.
-Re (4/26/14): I always think I got my mind figured but once I think I do, I realize I don't. Ld went down this week(4/20-4/26). There is just so much thing that can effect LD.
