The Kestrel's Dreams

I didn't remember ANY dreams from the night. That made me sad. It's understandable though, since I'm adjusting to a new sleep schedule (thank you Graduate School!)

But, I did take a nap, and remember snippets of a dream:


I was with at least Zukin and one other, though I don't remember who it was. The other person was driving us around in a car or an ATV of some sort. We drove through a really winding, up-and-down path through various landscapes. Part of it was through thick woods with very little light getting through the canopy, part was through an open savannah-type field, part was on a rocky ocean coast...

Zukin was getting MAJORLY car-sick, so we stopped for a bit and talked to some random people that happened to be there, but I don't remember anything about what we discussed or even what kind of people or how many of them there were.

Then we had to get going, because we had to drive back in time for something-or-other. We got back in the vehicle and started on the drive back: It was now dark, and the road seemed MUCH narrower than it had been before, and I began to wonder if we had accidentally taken the wrong road... But all the same landmarks were there.

At some point toward the end of the dream, there was a large vehicle coming toward us. The headlights were super bright, and it was going pretty fast, but whoever was driving our vehicle didn't seem worried... Then I woke up.
