Exteremly long dream but I will stick just to the overview.

I was exploring a a bakery and there were people there from some of my past having a conference. I looked at them and a couple of them saw me and looked over to me. I knew if I went over to them I would be strengthening ties to my past but if I left i was strengthening my ability to start exploring options for a new future. I walked away from them a tiny bit sad and out of the bakery and out into the great big Manhattan like city.

There were a lot of different stores in small shops and some people walking around but not many. I felt really lucid and started practicing a theory the physical movement of the dream body relates to stronger actions like flying. I tried my punch method to fly and found it still was working good from other times I tried it. Oddly I couldn't not get higher than about 1 story up.

I remember thinking how I felt so much like myself!

I derided to look into some of the shops; a candle shop (boring), a ceramics shop (boring), the others looked much the same.

Its time to try exciting stuff! I'm going to fly like a cannonball through the walls of the shops from the outside in!
I did my punch maneuver and took off fast! I flew straight at a red brick wall! CRASH, through! Flew through shop into second wall; CRASH into next shop! CRASH through next wall! All the while merchandise was flying and falling all over. I slowed down and bumped into the last wall a pink wall of a woman's clothing shop.

Going through the walls felt like smashing through walls made of gram crackers or something like it.

I got up on my feet with racks of black blouses scattered all over the floor and walked out feeling a tad shameful for all of the destruction.

I looked back in the shops window and saw the shops saleswoman just standing behind the counter staring off into space like she was in a dream. I thought at her {why don't you notice all this mess?}and she "woke up" out her trance and looked around in shock unsure what she was seeing. Walking past the next store I crashed through the saleswoman was in the same trance but I let her be.
