Journal Entry non-lucid #10 Dream, non-dream (Comments)
Background: During the day I practiced awareness. I would look around and observe my surrounding. One time I looked kind of towards the sun and I started putting my awareness towards the warmth on my skin and the pain in my eyes, which I think influenced my dream. I laughed at thought that the sun can give us both a wonderful and horrible experience at the same time.

Dream fragment 1 from 8:30pm-3:53am" I Felt the Warmth from Sun ": The dream started out very vague. I was in my room and I was battling with some agents. They were destroying stuff in my room like tissue papers, and other random stuff. It seemed like we were miniature, because there was room for helicopters in my room. After a while, they disappeared and the dream was starting to get clearer. I was talking to my cousin at first, she kept telling me a behavior, characteristics, that I have and don't seem to realize it. I forgot what she said though, but I remember we were arguing about it. I came back to my room and I see her sister, my other cousin and my sister just hanging in my room. I told them to move over. It was bright day light. My bed did seem a lot bigger in my dream and the windows did let in more sun light then it would. I laid there, and the ray of the sun made my eyes in pain, I felt it heating up my face and arms. I moved around to avoid the sun. My feet which are always cold touched some one warm. I felt the warmth and the heat transfer. I woke up after that but in waking life I felt cold and my feet were cold. Funny how a dream can imitate something that has nothing to do with waking life.
