      1) Tells us about yourself.

Well.. I'm Hadeka.. I'm 26.. And i used to have natural Lucid Dreams since i was a kid; but i never had the ability to induce by myself.. It has always fascinated me.. And about 3 weeks ago, i found this amazing forum, and im so interested in joining this community, and to join the Shared Dreaming course as well.. I guess it's gonna be awesome.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?

I want to learn Shared Dreaming, because i guess, it is healthy for both partners, and it is amazing to explore my and my partner's inner self, and subconscious thoughts.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)

I'm always keeping a personal dreaming journal.. But from now, i'll start to publish one.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?

8/10 ... And experimenting it, will prove it

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.

      I dont think so

I just noticed the average age of you guys is quite... young That makes me feel old. I'm turning 30 tomorrow!

      1) Tells us about yourself.
Not going to say my real name, but I'm from Portugal, (about to be) 30 years old. I work for environmental NGOs, kind of freelancer. I travel a lot, but when at home, spend a lot of time on the computer.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
To improve my shared dreams skills. They happen quite frequently on their own but I want to be able to have them on demand and with full control (or more control, at least).

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
I already do so every day or at least frequently, but even when I'm late I still post the dreams from each day.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
Maybe a 9. I already got some confirmations that they are real, but until I feel I can have control over them, I'll still have a little tiny bit of doubt in my mind if they are just coincidences.

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
Yes. But only a few got confirmed.
One with my boyfriend (same dream about a party on a beach - he actually came to me in the morning saying he thought he had one of my dreams, because it felt totally different from his own dreams, it had "too many people" (sic) and then he went on describing it and matched my own dream that night).
Then another with my mother that contained a warning for her not to eat shrimps or she would have an allergic reaction - she dreamt the same on that night and avoided shrimp since then. Lately I had a dream that matched the dream of another person here on DV (I read his dream journal and compared to my entry for the same day and they matched a lot, and we concluded it was probably a shared dream).
I am still waiting for confirmation of at least 3 others, but I ask people and they don't even reply - either don't realise I'm serious or think I'm crazy.

      1) Tells us about yourself.

      My name is Sam...
General interests are philisophy, electro music, and basketball...
When I first read about shared dreaming in Nomad's journal,I was amazed...
I immediately did a research and was determined to find out more...
Eventually,I gave up as no results were seen...
Now here I'm,ready to take this on^^

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?

      Dream control...and basic LD skills...
I want to learn to share dreams once and for all and a class is the perfect way...
Communication is the best way to learn,in my opinion...
I'm really looking forward to this...^^

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)

I'll be honest with you and to say the truth,I try my best to write every single day...
If to 'try my best' isn't enough to share dreams,I am willing to write every single day...

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?

6.5...I'm open minded and believe in the possibilities I saw after doing some research...
      However,I'm not yet fully convinced..
And hopefully that '6.5' will soon be a '10'...

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.

      Intentionally? no...
Aware of sharing a dream? no...
      Shared a dream? Who knows...
The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..

1.My name is John. My my waking life activities are surfing, skating, cannabis. Kind of off and on obsessed with dreaming. I'm a Libra
2.I want to listen and learn what you guys have learned about dreaming, and put your knowledge to the test through experience.
3.Record dreams most days but I'm kind of laggy writing them down (sometimes don't write them down until hours after I wake up) I decided today that I'm going to focus on recall more.

5.Yes I shared a non lucid where I was blazing with this huge black guy in my wood shop class. Possibly shared Lucid dreams with friends who didn't remember the dream. My dead dog

      1) Tell us about yourself.
I'm TacoKing7. I'm a sophomore in high school who's had an interest in lucid dreaming since May, and I got my first lucid dream in July, which got me motivated to finally join DV after lurking for a while. And so far, I've had 14 lucid dreams until recently I haven't got lots. They've been pretty brief here and there, and I've been trying to work on stabilisation. I like reading spiritual books, even though I haven't tried reading some yet. I'm also a musician. I play the guitar, drums, and piano.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
I'd like to prolong my dreams and stabilize them to make them extremely vivid, and attempt dream sharing while working on those skills. I also want to wow people by sharing dreams with them so that they can open up their minds to many possibilities.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
Definitely. Although I usually have good recall, so sometimes, if the dream is pretty vivid, I decide not to write it and remember it anyways. But I'll take the safe way and do it, because it's pretty necessary and helpful. I regret forgetting my dreams later (I could've sworn I had an intense dream once and there was a person who's had a weird dream that night and I thought we had a shared dream because they were in it, which pissed me off because I forgot it)

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
10 (I've heard of many experiences about it)

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
Well, despite writing about a "shared dream" experience in the third question, I can't verify whether or not that was a shared dream, because first of all, I had no recall whatsoever. Just one image of someone unrelated to the person who had this "weird dream". And second of all, the mind can "produce" fake memories if you're not sure what happened in a certain event, so I doubted that was a shared dream at the time.

      1) Tells us about yourself.
I am a fifteen year old girl from Los Angeles. I am a sophomore in High School. I love tumblr, astrophysics, drawing, reading, and dreaming. I am planning on becoming an exchange student in Tokyo at some point in the near future. I play the ukulele, guitar, flute, and I sing.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
From what I have heard, shared dreaming sounds wonderful. I love learning so this would be cool to learn about. It would also be great to experience if I want to do some research on the dream plane once I become a scientist. I would love to learn how to shared dream and interact with other people interested in testing it out!

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
Yes. I already write in my DJ every day but it is just a notebook.... I'm not sure if you are talking about the one on these forums or any DJ but I'd be willing to post them here too.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
      10. I've believed in it since I was 3 but I had no idea how I would be able to make it happen until a couple of months ago. I'm very trusting of other's experiences.

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
No, I have never shared a dream with someone.

      1) Tells us about yourself.

I'm Blacklight. The new guy. Love LDing, sort of a natural at it with 10 to 20 LDs per month without a DJ (cool eh?). I'd wager LD is a preview of what heaven is/would/could/should be like. I'm into all the things nobody else is: being isolated, reading, classical music, all kinds of things that would earn you a trip to the asylum if they found out about them. Don't count on getting much RL info from me though.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?

The ability to share dreams and enter other people's dreams at will. Also if Nomad's stories are right to rape back the NWO's turbo ninja assassins. Seeing a bit of regular Joe's dreams would be nice too. Spiritual enlightenment and similar stuff is a priority, albeit a secondary one.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)

Sure, why not. Already had one before so it shouldn't be a big deal now.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?

Depending on if I'm feeling philosophical as in believe what you see or as in believe in possibilities I go from 2.5 to 6 or 7. Mostly stay at 5 (that would be it might be possible but I don't really know).

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.

Had my fair share of dreams that didn't look like my own, but nobody exactly reports to me on their dream activities (isolation etc.) so I wouldn't know. Doubt it though.

      1. My name is Requiem. My hobbies include meditation and walking my dog and some movies.

      2. I'd like to start really focusing of LDing again and increase my number of lucid dreams. I'd also like to improve the content of my dreams by adding more reoccurring characters (you guys) and more action and battle scenes.

      3. yes

      4. 6

      5. Not that I'm aware of.

Yes I have had four Shared dream expeiriences with my two friends Jake and alexis. We all learned about Lucid dreaming from lucidcrossroads.co.uk Using that as a launching point we all chose the same door into a shared dream set in the desert. Each time was a little different as the first three times we had problems keeping lucidity for longer than five minutes after meeting up. After trying a spin technique on the fourth try we were able to maintain a shared dream for what seemed to be about a half an hour but was probably a matter of minutes in real time. All we really did was ride dirtbikes and hangout but it was still amazing none the less

      1. Hey there I'm Korley/Raspberry. I'm 15, and have been working on lucid dreaming since around late June time. I used to LD as a kid (with Spyro, yay!) but at that point I didn't know what it was. I've been using LDing as a way to keep myself sane over the past few shitty months. When I found out about LDing... Jesus, oppertunities opened up and I felt anything was possible.

      2. Well, I have a hell of alot of learning to do, and I thought "why not go the whole way?". So pretty much just grow and expand what I can do

      3.Yes, I enjoy it

      4. About a 7.5. I'm open-minded but it's still hard to get your head around

      5. I'm pretty damn sure that when I was younger me and my friend had the same dream and it really creeped us out. Can't remember it though...

      1) Tells us about yourself.
I'm young, i'm a freshmen in high school very close to seattle washington. I think it would be badass to have shared dreams, all the time. I also want to develop my dream control and my dream self.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
I would love to go on battles, and just have fun with everyone else, while learning about shared dreams. I'm serious about it though.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
      Yes, and i already do.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
      9.

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
I believe i have, but it was fuzzy and i didn't know who was.

      Thanks

      1) Tells us about yourself.
My name is Kevin. Back in May I played Alan Wake which was described as a psychological thriller. I searched 'psychological thrillers' in Wikipedia and saw Inception which I had been waiting for since a trailer in January. I then read that Chris Nolan got the plot idea from his LD experiences. I read about LDing and was immediately fascinated. I found this site, and Nomad's journal.

      tl:dr = I'm 15, from Sydney, and want to be a psychologist.
      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
I want clarification about the subject of sharing dreams, as I believe it can have limitless possibilities and uses. I am willing to believe it is real, as Nomad, MoSh's and their friends' jorunals seem to be real.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
      Yes

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
      8.5

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
Unfortunately not, as far as I know.
When I was 7, I had a dream that me and everyone around me were all in the same dream together. But I'm pretty sure it wasn't.
The point is, I somehow came up with this idea in my dream on my own, so how can it not be real?

Goals: Lucid dream longer than one second [X]
      Fly [X] Make it rain [ ] Freeze time [ ]
Get to work on creating my own world [cancelled]

      (Can i still apply?)

      1) Tells us about yourself.

Not much to say really, im your average teenage boy, with lucid dreaming as my hobby. I have been lucid dreaming for 3.5 years now.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?

Learn how to have shared lucid dreams, and at the same quality as my ordinary lucid dreams.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)

      Yes, i can.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?

10, i once had an unintentional shared lucid dream.

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.

Yes, as mentioned above, i once had an unintentional shared lucid dream. A friend of mine told me about shared lucid dreaming, and he wanted to try it with me, i rejected becuase it sounded stupid and unrealistic. The very same night in a lucid dream, i was interrupted, as he came down from the sky, and began talking to me. When he arrived, the dream got very blurry, and i can't recall anything after that. The next day he admitted that he had invaded my dream, something wich i was honestly kinda annoyed by. Neither he or i can figure out how he could invade my dreams, and we tried doing shared lucid dreaming several times with different home-made techniques, but we failed.

i am extreamly intrested in shared dreaming and i just would like to do it but i have no knowledge of it at all.I would like to be able to share my dreams with other people and be in their dreams as well.i am not shure about what a Dj is but if i have to write something on the internet like a dreamjernal then yes i am comited.i just hurd of lucid dreaming so id say i believe in shared dreaming in a number 6 1/2 cuz i also never tryed it but i feel realy eager to try it with success.and i have never shared a dream befor, but i had a lucid dream befor.the lucid was funny and wierd at the same time.in my lucid dream, i opened a door first and it looked like i opened my bedroom door then i dicided to go to a kinder class i used to go.i turned around and their it was.i went inside and it ended up being a hospital waiting room with a whole bunch of guys that are my age and looked super cute! then i got called out of the waiting room to a doctor that had a tie that looked inappropriate.but as soon as i walked up to the doctor that called me up i started to laph under my breth then fell onto to the floor rofl soo hard i just knew i was going to wet myself! it was that bad.haha, then i got chased down a glass hall by a huge group of fans and poperatzees( i dont think i spelled that right) then the next thing you know, im in a field of grass with nothing arround but helthy gras in the night while it was full moon. every body was gon, it was just me and the out side grassy area and had a walk for a little bit then woke up.

      AndresLD's Application

      1) Tells us about yourself.
Hello I'm AndresLD, AKA Fierce Deity in the dream world . I've been into lucid dreaming since September 27th, 2009 (Almost a year!) and to date I have 53 LD's . I've been interested in shared dreaming since I was a newbie in the forums (Nomad knows), and I used to be part of the Moon Bus group, Nomad actually reported seeing me there 2 or 3 times.

      2) What do you want to get out of this class?
I want to learn to have shared dreams at will, and once I'm able to, I want to explore the dream world accompanied by other oneironauts. Go on epic quests, have some fun in the dream world, fight dragons, take my girlfriend to places she's never been to in the dream world, ETC.

      3) Can you commit to writing in your DJ every day? (Even if it's just your recall attempt.)
Yes I can. I admit I've been lazy with my DJ lately, but it's just matter of waking up 10 minutes earlier and write on it.

      4) How much do you believe in the possibility of shared dreaming on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 is I don't believe. 10 is I know it's real)?
I would say about 9.5. I just need to have a conversation with someone I know in a dream, and that both of us remember it the next morning to be 100% it's real.

      5) Have you shared a dream with someone? If so, tell us about it.
I have had several shared dreams.
One of them was with my girlfriend, although it wasn't on purpose (and at the time we were not together, yet). In my dream we were living together, I was late for work and I said bye to her in the shower, I told her to 'be good' while I was gone. In her dream we were married and I was running late for work, she was showering when I opened the shower door, checked her out and said 'it's all good'. We had this dream the same night/morning, and we were both impressed when we discussed it.

Another shared dream I recall was about a month ago. Me and my friend (who I got into lucid dreaming, he used to be a member of the forums, known as vnzolano) had a extremely similar dream, the same night I asked him for permission to share dream with him. In my dream I was in a beach, my girlfriend laid on the sand behind me, and watched me control the water (I was semi-lucid). In my friend's dream he had just finished an air-bending class, when he decided to jump of the platform where he was (elevated in the sky), when he saw someone on a beach far away. He flew towards that person and it turned out to be me, on a beach, controlling the water while my girlfriend watched while laying on the sand behind me.

I doubt these experiences were just coincidence, and they just make me more 'hungry' towards shared dreaming

Edit: I noticed most people posted their age, I just turned 18 ^_^. Also, once we filled up the application what's the next step? I read something about 'Courses' but can't find that anywhere
