Thread: What is the darkest, most disturbing dream you've ever had, Lucid or non lucid?

Ah, it is a sort of precognitive dream.
A man was chasing me and I hid at my uncle's house. Uncle said he would defend me. I went to the attic and lit two candles there, but the flames died very quickly. I knew that the man had entered the house and was looking for me. It turned out that I had to fight with that man, and I couldn't escape this. Uncle was dead. The man hit me and I fainted. The last thing I recall from the dream is the crushing horror and the total unconsciousness after that. As if something black and cold wrapped me.
The next day uncle died from heart attack, six months after my father's death. The two candles probably represented their quick death. The recollection of this dream makes me shudder even now. Six years have passed since then.

I had this dream about two of the elderly people in my street who where demon like, but not Satan demon like more ancients of Earth. These two people don't excist IRL tho.

I went into their home to ask them something and I noticed them being a bit off. After that I went home and told my friends and family about the weird vibe they gave off, they said I was just paranoid. A few days later in my dream someone came panicky to me all covered in blood and wounds. She told me she believed me (but I didn't know her?) and that they are some sort of very bad spirits. She collapsed and died.

Then some vague dream parts later I got onto my bicycle to go to work at 11 o'clock in the evening. The street light were out and as I passed their house it went completly and utterly dark. I got pushed from my left side and fel over and then it went from completly dark to darkened/grayish with a black mist. As I layed on the ground I looked up and I saw this elderly woman standing there, grinning inhumanly with black eyes and a slightly redish glow in them and weird red rings with symbols around her eyes. Her face scared me shitless! She said "Oh have we waited eons for this moment, your parade is now done for." She said it in the most eerie tone ever.

This was her reality she said it felt very hopeless. She then started attacking me and was damn strong, I coumdn't do shit. Then I saw her husband come running at me from their house like a maniac. I got loose somehow and as I started running and it seems I went thru this very thin dimension veil thing. It went poof, lots of black smoke and I was back in the normal reality. I ran and ran. Next the dream got extremely abstract and it would be impossible to write it down coherently and understandable.

In middle school I had a recurring dream that I was being followed and murdered by the Ku Klux Klan. Holy shit. One dream only lasted about thirty seconds. I heard the doorbell ring, I went to answer it, and a Klansmen shoots me in the face.

I once dreamed I was preparing to have sex with a 9-year-old girl. I was showering with her and grooming her... I felt reaaaally uneasy when I woke up.

I dreamt being a part of incest... I still hate myself for it.

I had a SP experience with full on imagery. I was laying in the bed and struggling my hardest to wake up, but there was nothing around me. In my room however, there was a mirror, and in it's reflection I could see several dark figures with white masks holding me down.

I guess my darkest dream was when I was being physically tortured while in a lucid dream and unable to stop it. I'm used to feeling pain, even in lucids, but I think the circumstances were what did it. I can pinpoint the very moment I lost my faith in God to that dream.

I had the worst dream last night. I was at my old elementary school with a teacher. For some reason, the third floor to a building was completely inaccessable. I asked her why, but she refused to answer me. Getting curious, I began asking around. Turns out, hundreds of children were murderered my the school staff, and that floor was where all their dead bodies were. Hundreds. Of. Dead. Children.

take this as the complete truth. A house or a school, or a building that relates to you...this all points to your current state, your position in the spirit world. They have killed many, rest assured. They are either trying to get you to be one of them or they are trying to force you into being one of them Get it?

God. That word means goodness. Truth as opposed to lies. If you continue on this path you will either be one of the many who kill children or you will be one of the many children killed. Do you want a way out of both? Show courage, demand the return of these children to your care or to goodness's care ( as Jesus says, "only god is good") Evil rules this world, but there are those who oppose it. are you one of us?

I too had an extremely upsetting and distressing dream recently. My brother and I (I do not have a brother in waking life) were dating twins.

We started off in the morning planning a day out at the lake, going out on a boat for the day. The girls left to grab some things and were supposed to come back. They never did. Turns out they were kidnapped.

The cops by the end of the day found out where they had been taken to and raided this sick twisted guy's house and found them. My brother and I were told one survived, the other did not. We rushed to the hospital.

The fear and hope I felt were incredibly intense. I have rarely had emotions so strong in the waking life.

We got to the hospital and got to the room. Turns out that it was the girl my brother was with, my girlfriend had been the victim that was murdered.

I went through an intense and overpowering range of emotions from despair, loss, confusion, sorrow and an anger I have never felt in real life towards the murderer. When I woke after that those feelings lingered for the entire day.

Last night I had a young dark skinned bald girl (aged about 7 or 8) screaming at me for help while foaming at the mouth. I felt really bad when I woke up, like I was insane or something.

One time I dreamt cockroaches had taken over the world and they started burrowing into my back, I could actually feel and smell them. It was horrible.

I've seen stuff from H.R. Giger' paintings.
I like a lot this artist, but in the dream it was definitely insane (babies in advanced states of decay, locked up into tupperwares, and they were still alive...)
It was 5 years ago, and I remember that during this period I was buying some tupperwares in a market, where I've seen a young mother carring of her baby, and I was reading a book about Giger, so my mind made the connection..

A few years ago, I SEEMED to "wake up" and stare at the room around me. The objects around me appeared as an amorphous grey sludge. Please don't perpetuate antibiotic-guzzling culture. I may be wrong, but it sounds like you were taking antibiotics for a "slight fever". This is bad. I hate to be so sharp and critical but every time you use antibiotics it decreases their effectiveness by creating super-bacteria. Because of such extensive abuse of these drugs, there are already many strains of multi-antibiotic-resistant super-bacteria, that kill a lot of people. Not only that, but as the problem continues, more and more diseases will become resistant until eventually the worlds health situation will be pre-antibiotic. Got an infected cut? You will have a chance of dying. Stepped on a rusty nail? You are fucked. Common injuries and infections will become lethal. And it goes further than that. Antibiotic-resistant bacteria could cause another great plague, which could kill millions. The bubonic plague is currently easily treatable by antibiotics, but without them, it would become very deadly like it has been in the past.

I want people to spread information about this so we can halt the progress of immunizing bacteria to drugs before it is too late. It is a real problem and it is killing many real people right now in the current day.

Again, I know this is random and extremely critical, but I felt a need to comment.

I vaguely remember one, which wasn't a dark dream but it had a dark moment. I was with my mom in this middle aged couples kitchen, apparently bringing the grocery bags back out to the car for some reason. I looked at the pictures on the refrigerator and there where photos of naked badly mutilated females, just on the refrigerator like its didn't matter. I don't even want to repeat what I saw on some of those pics, I woke up and had to process what I just saw for a moment.

I stabbed someone to death in school

I once had a dream where I found a phone, looked through the images, and found a gallery of dogs that had been hanged on trees.
Last night I dreamt that I blew myself up with a bomb while on a train with prince Harry, though it wasn't particularly scary.
Considering the amount of creepypasta I consume, my mind seems to be nice enough to protect me from the particularly dark stuff.

I had a dream about nemesis from resident evil 3. For some reason, he liked to chase after me to kill me. It was scary but i claimed victory as i managed to kill him. Soon, many days later, i had a dream about him again. This time there were so many of nemesis about 4 until 5 lurking around searching after me. This time they managed to kill me. No fair. Thank god that it was painless. Nemesis shred my body to pieces. I hate him.

I often have dreams that I die in. But usually they are only disturbing when I am torn to shreds. There was a dream a little while back where I was trapped in a cage with a bomb that was going to go off. When it went off I had this sick gut wrenching feeling. I went into another dream, because dying was an important part of this dream.

The worst nightmare I had happened around 10 years ago. I dreamt that I was the last person on Earth, and decided to kill myself. I walked to the attic in my parents' house, and found a pile of swords. I took one and put it through my throat, expecting to die. In my dream it was hard to breathe, and the sword felt heavy. I took another one and did the same thing. This felt even heavier on my neck. I was bleeding and struggling to breathe, but still alive. I took a third sword and did the same thing, and then everything went black in my dream. Then I woke up.

When I was a kid, I had a dream that my mother getting hit by a truck, and somehow there was laughing sound when she got hit, like in sitcoms. I woke up and literally cried.

Don't know how actually dark it was, but had one dream where I was being chased and attacked by punks and thugs, and there were too many of them to fight off, so I eventually just concentrated and nuked the whole world, and woke up. Since then, two or three times when people have been attacking me in my dreams, I have warned them that if they don't stop, I'll blow up the world.

I remember a dream where someone was stabbed me, and I really feel the sensation of pain.
