Thanks CanisLucidis, I too found WBTBs to be kind of a hassle, and now I will give it more effort.

I am a big supporter of WBTB as well. If you feel like 30 minutes is too long to stay up, try waking yourself up by holding your breath (get your blood flowing), doing math of some sort, trying to do a simple run through something like the presidents, states, verses, video games, etc. anything that gets your mind going.
