I am also a fan of this method and have posted many times about this. It works very well, specially with long sleep because the chance of the alarm going off when we are dreaming is higher, as you all know. It is not very effective if i sleep less than 9 hours. In my last dj entry, i had an interesting deild marathon.

Itīs very nice to see so many people using this method, and i hope many more will try it. LDing is not difficult, itīs not about enlightened conscious people, and this is a good reminder. This and many children i know . I still suck for trying too hard, sometimes.

I use app Timmers4me ( i think its better than those already described) ; after 6h30 sleep; every 15 min, 2 seconds long, auto-snooze; somewhat loud volume.

I only use it when i know i can sleep for a good time.maybe 3 times a week. It has worked 66% of attempts.

      StephL and Sivason like this.
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
