I got me 3 and 5 seconds too, but the issues is that i don't hear those alarms every time they ring except i max volume them and that cause me issues because too high volume kinda wakes me too much. I got this one 7 seconds medium volume which i found it quite confortable and they all stop after their time with autosnooze.

I don't move too much, as i said previously the only effective way i know for now that i know it works for me to check and catch FA is the nose plug and thats the only movement i will do most of the time.

And about the techniques the one i try to apply is to remember the dream i had if i can and try to visualize it like the most tutorials state for DEILD and they say it's easier like that for begginers and even the experienced ones. OBE? Sorry but i don't get you in here? What do you mean by OBE?
