I was actually just experimenting with what Sensei described in the quote while it was fresh in my mind. Since most of my LD's (by far) come after a proper WBTB, this has piqued by interest. I will definitely be experimenting more with this.
Thinking / reading about LDing in a quiet 20-30 minutes before bed I've found boosts dreaming and chances for LDing considerably.
