      W1: Boy Scouts
At Boy Scout camp, outdoors, I realize that I've forgotten my utensils (also, plate and cup)! This is the first time this has happened! I'm wondering how I'll eat. Talking about this with a friend and they say, "at least you have your pocket knife," and I realize this is true, so it's not all bad

      W1: "Dad" Group
Indoors in a large open room like a public or University library there is a group of young boys around 10-11yo at a table, they are really happy to see me, they all shout in unison, "Dad!" I see a young version of my best friend MkRb, then I see another copy of him in a different spot

      W1: [Fragment]
Something outdoors with a group of people, and an underpass?

      W2: New 3D chip! [DS]
At work at [company R], I'm with my office mate StPd and we're working on a gaming cabinet trying to bring up our new 3D graphics chip. I manage to get a high-res graphics display working, seems sort of like old Apple II hires graphics (greens and purples), and a screen scene sort of like the old Apple II game "Star Wars" [trying to shoot the TIE fighter], we get it working and there is a screen of some animating objects, spinning around, we're really happy, game dev guy JyEsnlwr comes by and we do a (virtual?) high-5.

Walking through the building/large open room, I'm eating (somebody else's?) Cheeze-Its.

Another demo station, there is a guy working on the VR goggles. He takes off the head set and offers it to me, I see it clearly, it looks very realistic, I see the goggle outline, the head band and the two eye piece screens on the inside. I put it on and try it out. It's running a program of the display of a sort of a 3D mummy/skull, brown and black, amazingly vivid, and I'm moving my head around, left and right, and appreciating all the changing lighting and shadowing effects a I move my head.

There is a guy where who is challenging me about the scanline programming. He's demanding that I answer about the nature of the scanline layout, what the stride between lines is, I feel like he's trying to trap me in to admitting that I don't understand or mis-designed it. I'm thinking about his questions and don't want to give a wrong answer. Then I finally realize and say "Well, of course the right answer is to have a register which holds the value of the scanline stride, so that it can be completely programmable."
