Dream No. 741 - Separated Sections

Dream 741 A - Prepare Yourself
The dream, at the start, pre-empted to me that I was supposed to some some sort of exams at the Chisholm campus on Level 4, but there were a few scenes before this actually happened. I was firstly at Monash University, near one of the cafeterias, where I encountered some of the girls that were mean to me at high school. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 741 B - A Stroll In Twilight Town
This dream was very short and was only one scene before I woke up permanently for the morning. Riku was in his KH3 HD cutscenes appearance and I was being carried by him, facing inwards, seemingly for a relaxing stroll. Beside us on one side were two storey apartment-like residence, so I felt like we were actually in Twilight Town. Nothing else happened in this dream.

Dream No. 740 - Separated Sections

Dream 740 A - Dreams of Friendship
I don’t remember much about this dream. In-fact it may have only been one scene where the camera was panning across all the Kingdom Hearts Members, standing in the building of the Land of Departure and smiling or waving at me. That’s all I can remember about this dream.

Dream 740 B - Shopping Restrictions
I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, my family and I were at some distorted version of Fountain Gate shopping centre. As my dad and brother were off doing something else, my mum and I went into a large clothes store as we looked at some unique designs that don’t exist in real life. I even tried a few garments on but at the dream got later, less and less clothes looked suitable for me and so we eventually ended up leaving the store.

We met up with my dad and brother in the food court and then headed outside to try and go to the car. However, because of all the covid restrictions, there were swarms off police outside, all with testing kits on them. As one of them tried to push a swab down my mum’s nose, I screamed at them and was able to pull my mum away from them. As all four of us hurried back to the car to leave, the dream ended.

Dream 740 C - Cooking Ham On The Floor
The dream faded into vision with Riku being in my backyard, however wearing different clothes to normal. He seemed to be wearing a cream and black knitted jumper with normal medium-wash denim jeans. His body though, had the correct appearance based on Kingdom Hearts 3. The dream seemed to be playing from a third-person perspective as I could see Riku carrying me in a front-on way as he walked me up the sloping footpath at the side of the house. I could hear my voice request that Riku have his correct clothing, which the dream seem to flick in and out of. But his final clothing was the casual, incorrect clothing. I noticed Riku and I now at the upper garden bed, which was nothing but bare soil in the dream, as I saw him seemingly crouched over, but lifting me slightly up and down and laughing with me.

The dream was then in the kitchen, where I was now with my mum. Although she was standing and looking to the stove, the dream camera seemed to point down to the floor and there I saw this massive square of thick ham. My mum was then magically slicing this thin ham without looking at it or even touching it, and she said to me that she was trying to work out how to cook the ham on the floor. The dream then ended.

Dream 740 D - Kingdom Hearts Greetings
Not much occurred in this dream as it only lasted for literally 5 minutes (11:10 AM – 11:15 PM) and then I woke up for good. Kingdom Hearts characters were in my vision. A few of them at the start but I couldn’t exactly identify them. The one I could first identify in the sequence was Merlin. Before I list the rest, they appeared a hologram above the same garden bed in Dream 740 C, each greeting me in their own little way; Merlin seemed to gracefully wave his wand. Next to greet me was Terra who just seemed to give a natural smile.

And then came Aqua, but I could tell she was distorted in appearance. I asked for her to be in correct appearance. The dream did not change her but I could tell Aqua was trying to give me a smile through her distorted shell. After that was the Fairy Godmother who seemed to be dancing around a little bit as she twinkled her fingers and then lifted her wand. Then Master Yen Sid came next, standing in a graceful way as he then gave a surly, wizard-like smile.

Next was Namine and my subconscious seemed to recall me writing to her last night in real life as not only did she greet me, but I was saying ‘hello’ two or three times as if I was greeting an excited puppy who was jumping up at my legs. This is the first time I’d ever met Namine in-dream. As Namine felt like the most powerful presence, I didn’t think there would be anyone else, however, there was. Riku appeared as the final projection as even though he didn’t give any significant, special motion, he remained as still as ever, holding a soft smile on his face. It’s like they knew the dream was fading and Riku, being my dream guide, was the one to farewell me.

Dream No. 737 - Separated Sections

Dream 737 A - Timeout Military Camp
I can’t remember how this dream started. From where I can remember, I was living in my own house in this dream, which felt somewhat like a castle tower. As I looked outside my main window, the dream went to playing a sub-scene. Apparently not just one person, but everyone that was on the MNW server at the time of an issue had all received a timeout and as a result, had to attend this compulsory camp led by a military commander. The way this military commander was barking orders at everyone was scary and I was so glad I wasn’t online during the time of the incident, so I did not have to attend the camp.

I soon found out that the group would be coming to my tower for dinner, and that I was going to be the one making the dinner for the group. For the first night, I decided to make a meal including chicken schnitzel. Here I thought they’d all be in prison during dinner time and the military person would still be yelling and making everyone’s life hell. However, there was none of this in my place. In-fact everyone seemed to be having fun and were all happy, even the military guy was chill.

I realised though, that once everyone left the tower, things would return to normal for the group; so I tried to keep them with me for as long as possible. I also decided that for the next night, I would make a beef meal. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 737 B - Awakening The Fire Element
I don’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I was moping around my house, specifically in the dining room, upset because of Riku always being absent and never showing up these days. As at one point I felt like crying in the dream, I was made to stand still as I felt a pair of arms gently embrace me, which from energy I could tell it was Riku. When he released me, I started to have this radiant deep orange glow around me, and then all of sudden fire burst out everywhere and this Legend of Spyro style music started playing in the background. As that happened, Aqua and Terra appeared behind Riku as a hologram and had the most shocked faces, but in amazement. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 737 C - Twitch Craziness
I don’t remember much about this dream. From what I do remember, I was trying to watch something on EBo’s twitch channel when my brother came into my room and was distracting me really badly. As much as I tried to ward off my brother, he would not leave the room and eventually, he took my mouse and started putting all these weird emojis into EBo’s chat. The scene then changed to me being on Discord server in which weird things were happening. Although Riku was a mod on this server and he was indeed biased to help me. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream No. 729 - Separated Sections

Dream 729 A - Home Ice-Cream Karaoke
I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, there was anticipation that the old ‘Home Ice-Cream’ truck was going to be coming past our house. However, like all the other ice-cream trucks, I was afraid it was going to drive by us. The dream showed the truck coming up our court and it indeed did stop for us. The man in the truck told us to pick as many gelati flavours as we liked; so my mum watched on as my brother and I made our choices.

Later on, my family were holding a massive gathering at our house; we were inviting all our family and friends we knew as well as the next door neighbours. Each immediate family member (being me, mum, dad, and brother) were responsible for organising and hosting one or more activities to do in the house. I forgot what happened with my brother’s activity, but I can recall that it was tech related.

Next was my dad and he decided to do something music related. Taylor Swift’s version of ‘I Can’t Stop Loving You’ started playing and we had to sing to it as a karaoke competition, kind of like Sing Star but different as well. I thought I was singing it well enough, but then the program was still saying I was getting some aspects of it wrong. There was a person next to me who was beating me at it. As I thought the difficulty of this karaoke was ridiculous, I didn’t want to do another round despite the offer and went on to the next activity.

However, it was actually then my turn to conduct the next activity of the party and my showcase was themed around fun and games. I was going to be doing a couple of mini games as well as a small art and craft project.

Dream 729 B - I'll Always Be With You
The dream took place as a false awakening in my study room. I was firstly on my computer, but as I began to feel tired, I slumped off my chair and down onto the floor. In-fact my bed was the floor with a set of blue sheets and blue pillow down there. As I was trying to fall asleep, I could hear my grandma talking about her shopping for bread and who wanted some bread. It as if my family knew I wanted to sleep as they came barging into the room to ask me about this bread matter.

Eventually, they left me alone and I was able to drift off in-dream. The next scene was quick, but see-able. It was a grey day and I was on a bend of the Great Ocean Road, heading out of a cliff range and towards beach-side views. At the start of the bend, there stood Riku in his KH3 appearance and as I walked towards him, the ‘Mickey’s Moment’ music from KH3 Re:Mind was playing. After that, I woke up.

I may not have reached Riku, but I did get a message from that last scene through his energy; that no matter how absent Riku would ever feel, he was always going to walk my journey with me.

Dream No. 724 - Separated Sections

Dream 724 A - IKEA In Croatia
I don’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, my mum, brother and I were walking along a gravel road outside, supposedly outside our guesthouse that we were staying at in Croatia. There was mention that we would still be in Croatia by the time my birthday came and so questions arose about he we would contact my dad who was staying home in Australia. I can’t remember the response of if there was one at all.

Apparently I then woke up at 3:00 AM for the next morning and the plan was for us to have breakfast from this IKEA menu in the Croatian store. At first, the staff would serve out 50 free plates at particular times and so you had to be quick to get a serving of a jam english muffin, cut in half, as well as an egg, sausage and bacon breakfast burger.

I missed the 3:00 AM round but didn’t feel to bad. The next serving round then came at 8:00 AM and I tried to get into that one. However, people were pushing me from all angles and just as I was ready to speak to one of the staff, they told me it was all gone. I now wasn’t feeling happy. I had to wait until 12:00 PM for the next round and I was determined to get a serving this time. Once again though, they had given everything away before I could get there and they weren’t having anymore arounds.

I got upset and went crying to my brother that not only did I have to wait 9 hours to get breakfast but that they basically cheated me, giving me nothing. My brother said we could just order it from the menu and pay for it, which was a reasonable idea, but I was still mighty upset with the staff. Eventually, my brother and I looked at the menu, ordering the english muffins and the breakfast burger, which were separate items on the menu, and so we had to pay more than we anticipated. Although JO from my high school called on my brother’s mobile and so even though we had ordered the food, we could not eat it until JO let us go.

Later on, I was in the supposed lolly section of the food market of this distorted IKEA store. Within the food market area, I saw my university friend Regina and so ended up picking up some sweets with her. As I left the checkout area however, I realised I had forgotten to get a sweet that I had wanted and so rushed back in to get it. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 724 B - Forget Me Flashbang
For the first scene of this dream, I was walking down Corrigan Road when I came across Riku in his KH3 appearance, standing in the middle of the road, warmly smiling at me. When I came close enough, Riku and I hugged, me perching my head on his right shoulder as I looked at the side of his hairdo, feeling his arms tightly around me. Surprisingly, he then moved me off as to help take me home, as that’s where he knew I was going. I had to tell him he was in the wrong lane though, and so he moved to the correct lane which would turn right to get onto the highway instead of wrongly left. The dream then changed scenes.

It was some unknown area and Edward (Ed) B played the role of my pastoral primary school teacher in this dream; I believe I was positioned in upper-primary school (grade 5 or 6) although my age sat normally at 21. He was talking to us about the wrestling show he runs and was pitching an idea to the class about what he wanted to do. I had feedback that I wanted to give and so waited in order to give it. However, Ed seemed oblivious to me and kept on talking as well as listening to everyone elses’ ideas but mine. Eventually I got tired of trying to be noticed and felt like he was purposefully ignoring me, so I got up and walked out, feeling like I had no purpose to be where I was.

The dream was now set within the local streets of a suburb, seemingly close to sundown. As I walked further and further from the now house, Ventus’ (KH) theme was playing in the dream, which I also had the power to project into Ed’s hearing, as a notice to him of how I felt and where I stood. As Ventus’ theme continued to play, I was now casually strolling towards an empty block of land which was supposedly a park. I looked up the hill, I realised everybody there was wearing a face-mask and because I didn’t have one, the police would find me and take me away, but much so against my will.

I compacted my right hand into the shape of a mask and put it over my mouth, with my thumb over my nose, as I then turned back from the park; desperate to go back to the refuge of Ed but remembering I couldn’t as he didn’t care about me. This changed though, as over Ventus’ theme, I could hear his voice pleading with desperation for me to come back. I came to the realisation that he was calling me back this whole time, ever since I set foot outside his property. He was aware of the meaning of Ventus’ theme the entire time.

As to not get jumped by the police, I made a route straight back to Ed, who was now in a house that was under construction; it was literally just the wooden frame sitting on a large concrete base. As I stepped onto the slab of the concrete, with Ed now in sight, Ventus’ theme had stopped playing. He came up to me and apologised for making feel like I had no purpose and now he was begging for me to tell him what I had wanted to tell him before my departure. I finally told him that ‘Jhake’ should be involved in the ‘Money In The Bank’ match and he was really keen on this idea. And then the dream ended.

Dream No. 723 - Separated Sections

Dream 723 A - Killer Mosquitoes
I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, my family came home from some sort of church service. My mum and I had decided to go for a walk and like in every dream, we walked on the actual road. As we were going up Wellington Road towards the distribution centre, with me walking behind me mum, she asked what was wrong with me in a very antagonistic way. I said that nothing was wrong but she got really angry; I can’t remember everything that was said in this scene.

We then ended up at my other grandparents’ (dad’s side) place. As my mum and grandma were talking in the backyard, my grandma took me to behind the shed to show me something. There were all these eggs growing on the trees, like miniature shop eggs. As I picked one off the tree and was holding it, these gigantic, morphed mosquitoes came flying at me. Not only did they bite, but they stuck their huge legs and pincers into my arms and kept them there… And it hurt like hell! Worse yet, my grandpa didn’t seem to be doing anything to help and just keep talking to me like nothing was wrong. The pain from the persistent mosquitoes got so bad that I had to wake up.

Dream 723 B - Shinjuku and Yozora
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I can remember, it was in the middle of the night when I was walking down Haverbrack Drive (on the footpath this time!). Eventually, I noticed Riku (KH3 appearance) and so I ran to him with an awareness in mind, asking him he if you could take me to Shibuya or Shinjuku. It’s like Riku was expecting me to ask that as he seemed humoured, giving a soft smile and then picking me up off the ground.

I faced outwards as he carried me across Police Road, over to the other side, where the simulated location of Shinjuku was. The surroundings of this ‘Shinjuku’ were just like in Dream 718 A, if not identical. There were no buildings; it was just pitch black everywhere; you could not identify what some of the smaller objects in the area were, only their silhouettes. And then when I looked up to the sky, it was even darker than when I was casually walking by myself back on Haverbrack Drive. After a little while of Riku meandering us around the streets, I told him that I’d seen enough. However, I stopped him and asked that because he was here, if we could somehow see Yozora in order to execute the second task.

Riku or myself didn’t have to do anything. In the same area, and in total darkness, Yozora appeared out of nowhere, fading into the scene as it were. He was as a hologram yet he didn’t look transparent in anyway, so I deemed him as physical. The dream had Yozora in completely correct appearance, his left (towards me) eye blue and his right eye red. Yozora did nothing but intensely stare at me, and just that alone spoke volumes. I myself was paralysed in fear that I could not speak to question him. I just stared back at him in a frightened way, still in Riku’s arms, as he stared right into my eyes, as if he was staring into my soul.

However, the awkward silence was broken as Riku yelled from behind me, uttering an angry phrase at Yozora. I can’t remember exactly what was said but he said something with 4 words, within it, calling Yozora an ‘independent scrub’ It was as Yozora faded back out of sight and Riku was about to walk off with me that I woke up.

Dream 723 C - The Magic Cactus
This dream started off as a sub-scene, I wasn’t in it. It was this other girl, younger than me, as if she was late primary school age. Edward (Ed) B was with her, in her front yard, and was teaching her how to graft and water this cactus near her fence. The dream showed Ed talking to the girl as he cut the cactus in many different but specific places, and little cacti branches shot out of it to form this very pretty looking mega-cactus.

The dream then went to my actual scene where I was. I was now with the girl and we were walking from my house. I was saying to her but also somewhat to myself that I was surprised she got to see Ed. I said that normally no one could ever see him as he never left his house. I kept talking to the girl about this as walked up the hill and across the big park area to get to the primary school.

I can’t exactly recall what was going on at the primary school, but I was eventually by myself again. Eventually, I saw this guy that looked just Riku but whenever I tried to get his attention, he’d just ignore me and in-fact walk away. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 723 D - It's About Time
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I seemed to be travelling through a water-themed level, though I kept falling into the water and ‘dying’ as it were. My brother made fun of me and asked me why I was dying so much, but then I told him that the levels are supposed to be hard and that I couldn’t help it. I may have also told him to give it a shot if he thought he could do it.

After dying constantly some more, I seemed to transform into Sora (KH3 appearance). Now from a third person perspective, as Sora was floating vertically in the sky, Riku came and put his arms around Sora’s waist, bringing him back down to the level. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream No. 722 - Separated Sections

Dream 722 A - Speedy Elevator
I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I was with a school group, specifically my high school, and doing something at a completely distorted version of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. In the dream, the food court was on the second floor and the floor above spanned the entire area of the shopping centre. The only thing I can clearly remember about this scene was that elevator usage was compulsory to get to the next area and I was nervously preparing.

Eventually, the scene changed and now it was time for the huge school group to have the induction assembly for what was going to happen. I realised that the leaders and facilitators of this event were the Kingdom Hearts Guardians of Light (all except Sora who’s deemed missing and this has also translated into my dreams). All Guardians of Light were aware of my elevator phobia and it was Terra that was going to go with me as he approached me and escorted me towards the elevator as all the other students continued to chatter amongst themselves, waiting for their time to go down.

As grateful as I was for Terra’s offer, I wanted to go with Riku more, so was hoping we’d bump into him. Indeed it was the case that Riku was incidentally walking the other way and so I was able to get his attention. This initially made Terra confused but the dream then showed the boys seeming to have a mini private conversation between each other and I could make out some of it. Riku said to Terra that he was more than willing to take me and that he should anyway as he is my dream guide. Terra seemed happy though and as he walked off, gave me a smile insinuating that Riku was going to look after me well.

Riku then locked me into a hug as he continued us toward the elevator. As we got nearby, I became extremely frightened as I got a feeling that this was going to be no ordinary elevator despite it MOSTLY looking normal. There was one arrow pointing up on the outside, but there were abnormally two arrows pointing down. A normal down one and then another one some space below it. I knew that we were going to be going to the ‘very bottom’ as our destination was supposedly underground; so I was anticipating that the elevator would be going extremely, uncomprehendingly fast.

I remembered that from other dreams, I’d keep my eyes open to try and work on my fear, but I wasn’t taking a chance in this one. As Riku walked me in, with him still holding me, I clenched my eyes shut as tight and got as much up against Riku as I could. Indeed the elevator went down like the speed of lightening and felt like it was doing so for a very long time, but Riku was keeping me in a tight but snug lock so I didn’t feel like I would lose balance.

We eventually exited the elevator to be at our next required destination, which was some really massive stadium slash swimming pool complex. I noticed that everybody was already seated in the rises while I was at the main table with Riku as well as Kairi (also KH3 appearance) who now joined us. In-fact Kairi was wearing normal clothes but Riku was wearing just his t-shirt, but it was light yellow. I realised that two guardians of light (out of 8, Sora missing) were responsible for each house. I was in yellow house that was under the lead of Riku and Terra. The others were as follows: Kairi and Axel (Red house), Aqua and Xion (Blue house), Ventus and Roxas (Green house).

Looking at the table, I noticed that there was an envelope for Kairi and then another one for Riku. I stood with Riku as we opened each envelope to look at the paper that was in it. I have forgotten exactly what the papers were but I do know they were something in relation to the dream project I’m working on IRL. Once we had finished looking through the envelopes, I looked at the stadium rises once again and this time, I could identify some of the people. I noticed that Dolores Umbridge from Harry Potter was in red house.

As everyone was staying and chatting in the stadium, I went up to Riku and told him that I needed to go to a destination that was even lower than the stadium and so basically had to take an elevator again. Confirming that I was ready, Riku took me to the elevator which now had an even more weird formation of arrows than before. Upon entering, Riku tightened his grip around me as the elevator crazily descended again. When we were at the required destination, Riku seemed to be going back to the stadium, as he said to me to call him when I was ready to back.

On my own, I noticed that a large group of people from my primary were having a mix between a party and a dance. Apparently each class was responsible for performing an act. One of the girls, ILoS, was the main DJ and was excited when she saw me, chatting as well as the fact that I offered to DJ when her class had their act on.

Until then, I wondered around on my own, but that didn’t seem to be a good idea as I eventually realised I was lost, and her act was now on; judging from the time she gave earlier. I tried to hurry back but I just couldn’t get there in time. Then when I finally returned, I felt so bad for not doing what I promised I would, but she said (in a displeased tone) that it was okay as DZ did the Djing instead. This left me feeling bad and somewhat useless for the rest of the dream.

I wandered off again, once again getting lose; but this time, the situation also seemed to be worse. As I entered into some sort of undercover car park, there became a flood, with water rising up and starting to chase me. I power walked up the nearest ramp as fast I could, but the water was always on my tail. There become a point where the water got to me, but the impact wasn’t as bad as I though. I called my mum on my phone and said to her that I was going to call Riku in order to go back. Before Riku could come back to collect me, the dream ended.i

Dream 722 B - Hiding From Mum
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, my mum and I were at Chadstone Shopping Centre, starting off in the Coles supermarket, after we had apparently been to Review. We were just at the checkouts in Coles when something went amiss and so now I had to avoid my mum and even hide from her.

I quickly headed to the corridor in the mall where the bathrooms were. I quickly went into the Female bathrooms but then remembered that there was a secret lounge room next door if my mum decided to come and search these bathrooms. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream No. N721 - A Blissful Nap

I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I seemed to be looking at something on the internet. I was gutted when I read a famous place near our local Mexican restaurant had shut down due to the implications surrounding the coronavirus. Though as the news story went further on, it felt like I myself was being immersed into the scene… It’s hard to explain. Eventually, Riku (KH) appeared, somewhat distorted and with black hair, but it was still an appearance I didn’t mind. In a gentle tone he spoke, and he said that whenever I felt tired, for me to come to him for a rest.

The dream then transition into me being in the actual scene. Riku, still in the distorted appearance but in his KH3 clothes, was lying on an unknown bed, on his back; his arm comfortably pushing me against his body, with my head under his armpit. I felt absolute bliss as I just lay next to him without having to worry about anything else. In-fact as my mum was trying to wake me up for dinner (IRL), the in-dream nap with Riku kept pulling me back into REM until I was able to find the strength to remain awake at 6:08 PM.

Dream 720 A - Chicken Flavoured Ice-Cream
I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I was at some sort of cinema complex in a supposedly large farm area. The details of this dream are foggy since I woke up and am actually recapping it at the end of the day. I can recall that a lady was being mean to be, and friend from my primary school, EH, wasn’t being normal to me either.

In the food area of the cinemas, there were all these different gelato flavours that we could get. There was one flavour known as chicken flavour and I ended up trying it out. In-fact I tried all the flavours that were there. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 720 B - Retro Mario Set
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I was checking out something on my skin when I was called by a dream character, I’ve forgotten who, to check out this ‘Retro Mario Set’. It was supposedly supposed to be a selection of levels playable on this weirdly unique dream-console from old Mario games. However, they really only referred to the likes of New Super Mario Bros. Wii; so I wouldn’t really call it ‘retro’. The overworld, underground, and ghost house evnironments were showcased and when I was standing on the pad, it felt like I was actually the character going through the level myself. After an extended amount of time going through the ghost house with actual boos coming after me, the dream ended.

Dream 720 C - Riku's Report On Sora
As I was falling asleep, I saw a vision of Riku holographically, immediately; from this, I felt that Riku was going to be a significant influence in this dream. Then when the dream fully commenced; I found out I wasn’t in it at all. Rather it was just the dream camera playing the dream for me and I was spectating it. It was the backdrop of Twilight Town (KH) and over it was a transparent screen where I realised script could be written. And then I realised, as Xion’s theme started playing, Riku was going to tell me more about Sora in writing.

As so, I noticed whatever Riku typed, appearing on the screen. Apparently he was writing his own little report to imitate what I would eventually be doing in waking life. Though at some stages, he also seemed to be pedantically spacing each line as well as going backwards and forwards on how to format each paragraph. From dream energy, I realised he was mocking me on how I’m pedantic about things in real life.

I know Riku wrote a fair bit but I cannot remember what exactly he said as I was soon rudely awakened by my older brother in waking life. I can recall that Riku was emphasising on how Sora has the ability to connect with everyone around him.

Dream No. 718 - Separated Sections

Dream 718 A - Self Tour Of Shinjuku
I don’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I seemed to be at this Disney theme park and was about to go on this roller-coaster ride with a group of my dream friends. At first it would seem like a normal roller-coaster ride. However, as everyone was screaming, evenrybody else continued on but I fell off and ended up plummeting through a night time sky into a completely different place.

I realised and said to myself that I had ended up in Shinjuku, noting one of the seven tasks for the KH report. I walked around the eerily dark and silent streets to see what I could find out about the area I was in. Firstly, this area did not have tall and/or corporate-like buildings. Instead, it was rather empty land with quite a few houses around. Every house had a fence which I described as having ‘black arches’, making it look like an entire cemetery and that they were all haunted houses.

I then ended up in what was supposedly a small town square of Shinjuku. The now local guide of the place told me that the Christmas lights that were flashing were very dim compared to what they were in the past; they did not give much light to the area at all. That’s all I can remember about this dream.

Dream 718 B - The Answer To No Is No
The dream started with me in my house, my attention being brought this this letter sitting on my kitchen bench. There were two reasons I could tell this letter was from Riku. Firstly, the paper looked like treasure paper, so most likely from the Destiny Islands. Secondly, it was likely linked from the last dream with Shinjuku, as the writing rambled something like ‘I can’t take you, I can’t, I just can’t’; a lot of ‘I can’t’s in there. I wasn’t having this though and announced to myself, something like, ‘oh yeah? Then how ‘bout I go to hospital for two months?’.

A brief scene then played where I was being wheeled into a distorted version of the Monash Medical Centre, in through the main front entrance and then through some skinny corridors, but it did not show any people with me. So it didn’t show that I was being looked after by anybody, I was just all on my own it seemed. And then the sub-scene ended up with me in one of the seemingly old fashioned wards, sitting up in my bed, looking miserable, like I had just been crying.

Then it came to ‘current time’ in the dream again where from a third-person perspective, Riku (KH3 appearance) was seen to enter into the ward. He didn’t seem the happiest but he sighed, and managing to keep a calm tone, told me to take everything I wanted and put it within my curtained area. Apparently the whole area would be affected with him taking me to Shinjuku. After the dream showed me up and on my feet and starting to gather items I wanted, I woke up.

Dream No. 717 - Train To The Restaurant

I don’t remember how this dream started. From where I do remember, I was with a school group again and were supposed to go to some sort of restaurant amongst this populated metro area. As elevator usage was compulsory, again in this dream, to get there, my sense of nervous panic increased and I started calling out for Riku. He ended up coming fairly quickly, after I called him a few times. When Riku arrived, I was excited to see him and walked over to meet him where he was. Straight away, we hugged each other. To me he felt skinnier than normal but the hug was still comfortable and he had his arms tightly around me.

Once I tucked my head beside his, just seeing the side of his hair, he moved me towards the elevators while still keeping me locked in a hug. He stopped nearby to offer to me if I wanted to press the button, but even while he was holding me, my butterflies were so much so that I felt sick in the stomach, which was enough for Riku to notice as he sighed and then gave a slight smile, walking us closer so he could reach an arm out for the button.

Bringing both arms back to enclose me, Riku escorted me into the elevator when it opened. Still seeing only the side of his head, I looked over his shoulder as I tried to get a grip on facing my fears but was overwhelmed by the sight of the metal doors, feeling somewhat claustrophobic as well. Riku continued to attempt to soothe me with his hug as the elevator started going up from Level 2 to our destination on Level 5. Then when the elevator opened again, he escorted me out, surprisingly while still holding me, and then released me.

Apparently we were going to be boarding some kind of train now to get to the restaurant as Riku prompted me to follow him. He manages to get onto the train but there were glass shield doors, all in different areas, started to lower, and so I was prevented from getting on after Riku. I panicked, and so did he, thinking I wasn’t going to make it, but then I saw him frantically pointing towards the other side of the train. The doors on that side were just starting to lower. I ran as fast as I could, dodging and weaving, and I had JUST gotten through all the doors without being squashed to a pulp, to join Riku on the train.

Though oddly, Riku had all of a sudden transformed into someone else, a lady, who was now sitting on the seat next to one of the normal train doors. She seemed to be an American woman with barely any hair that was this ugly, black string-like hair. As I sat on the seat across from her, she talked to me about stuff in her Southern accent, although I forgot what she spoke about. This didn’t seem like Riku’s presence at all anymore, as if he left the dream.

In a later scene of the dream, I seemed to be in a distorted area of the Chisholm 311 campus, and I had this weird tutor for a science subject. Even though this was a university subject, with the extreme workload as well, I was placed with somebody from my high school for this partner assignment. The primary mode of my partner and I communicating were through out mobile phones. I seemed to call her quite excessively at times but it was necessary to do enough on this assignment and get it in on time. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 715 A - A Hug For No Reason
I don’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I was at my current house, in the sitting room just outside my bedroom when Riku appeared as a hologram in his KH3 appearance. His eyes had a gleam in them and he held a close-mouthed smile while looking directly at me and amazingly, it also felt like he was physically hugging me. I can’t remember anything else that happened after this.

Dream 715 B - Graduating From la Trobe
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I can remember, I was at the uniform shop in order to purchase the uniform I had to wear to graduate from La Trobe University. The men had to wear ties but thankfully the ladies didn’t. I also found out that I already had a piece of uniform that I didn’t need to be which was the winter skirt from my high school. I was then also talking to my friend RV about the uniform and said I could lend her a skirt if she didn’t have one.

The dream then changed scenes to me supposedly standing on a distorted version of the Destiny Islands. The dream was apparently showcasing me wearing a new outfit for Kingdom Hearts. My outfit was dark blue with light blue highlights as well as big patches of fluro green. I was also wearing sneakers that had a Sora’s crown keychain in gold, hanging off each of them. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream No. 711 - Separated Sections

Dream 711 A - Ice-Cream Parlour
I can’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, my mum, brother and I were going for a drive to Canberra. I was driving them in my mum’s car and decided to take the scenic country route. We decided to stop in a medium sized country town and we were on our way to supposedly a well known ice-cream parlour of the place.

I forgot what my mum and brother ordered and I remember looked at all the ice-cream tubs and was overwhelmed for choice. What caught my eye eventually though was this blueberry ice-cream. As I looked up to the see the deals, I realised that we could get a maximum combo of three flavours. Even though the amount of ice-cream would be more, I begged and pleaded with my brother to let me have three flavours and that I may even ask for a lesser amount of some. He said okay and this made me really happy.

I ended up ordering two variations of the blueberry flavour and then I also asked for the ‘Boost chocolate bar’ flavour; so my ice-cream was a mix of this electric blue with some brown on top. I tried some of the ice-cream and it tasted so good, I wish it existed in real life. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 711 B - Buzz's Dungeon
I can’t remember how the dream started. From where I can remember, I was supposedly in some unknown study room, doing a SAC (school assessment task) for one my high school science subjects. Though in the dream, it seemed like my parents felt like I was slacking off, although I really wasn’t, and wasn’t trying at all.

The scene then went into my backyard in the evening and it’s like there was a new dad in the family to straighten me out. I looked through the kitchen window and there was my mum along with a man dressed in an army uniform. The man then spoke and he had an American accent. It wasn’t long before his language became brutal and abusive and I didn’t even know what I did wrong. In-fact I felt that this was straight out abuse and so I had to get away from this man.

As he kept yelling at me, I braced myself and bowled over into the strip of garden next to the fence to try and hide. There was another girl lying there in my high school winter uniform, her name was Brooke. I could tell that she was also hiding from the man and so I was going to help her escape; for the meantime, telling her to stay quiet. It didn’t work though as the army dad seemed to sniff us out like a hound and I sensed that he was coming.

I told Brooke that we needed to leave immediately and I actually took her in my arms as I ascended into the air. I said that to cross over to Kingdom Hearts (supposedly we were going there for Riku to protect us), we needed to first go through Buzz’s Dungeon (Spyro 3) and only if we reached Buzz’s dungeon, we’d be safe. As a flew towards the fence, I was scared I didn’t go high enough and so we’d fall and the rogue army dad would catch us. There was a sigh of relief from me though as we JUST got over the fence and fell into Buzz’s Dungeon.

I seemed to be on my own now; and was going to be no ordinary hurdle. I was actually facing the boss of Spyro 3 myself and to be able to go to Kingdom Hearts, I had to defeat Buzz! I had everything including my own version of a health bar and gem counter, and Sparx was with me too! It wasn’t long before the ‘brown toad’ in this dream (the dream made his graphics realistic to suit me) started rolling around the arena. I even made reactions as the giant toad hit me and I lost sections of my health bar.

Two hits and I thought I was going to win, but the toad rolled at me from surprise, and I lost all my health and ‘died’. I now disappeared from the dream’s view and it was now back to first-person mode like I was now spectating the boss battle; but why was it still going? A holographic menu appeared, in Spyro 3 font and format, titled ‘Big Boi Time’. I was to choose an action that Sparx would do to defeat Buzz and only if Sparx failed to defeat Buzz, then the whole thing would be over.

I took a little while to scroll down the list and see my options, but I soon decided to choose the option named ‘Combustion’. This would power Sparx up with the ability to shoot fireballs at Buzz. The dream then went to Sparx’s ‘aiming’ perspective and Buzz started running. Sparx shot three fireballs in quick succession, but they all missed Buzz. Going with the rule of 3; I thought Sparx had used them all up and so it was game over; but then he shot a fourth one and I though this one was going to miss, but it actually ‘tracked’ Buzz and hit him while he was in the horizontal ‘wind tunnel’; and this won us the boss battle! So now I would be granted entry to Kingdom Hearts.

The dream exited the scene entirely though and I thought I was robbed of the chance to go to Kingdom Hearts. However, it’s like I was on a ‘scene select’ screen on a movie and I actually had to control a pointer a click on the next sequence. As I did so, the TV was still up but the scene played in a little box. It was inside some old house and Riku was half-way between sitting and lying on a couch in his KH2 appearance but with a realistic vibe to him. The dream ended before I myself could actually go to meet him in Kingdom Hearts.

Dream 711 C - Please Speak To Me (Lucid Dream 37)
I seemed to be in my current house, but it was slightly distorted and in the dream, my parents’ bedroom was actually my room. This room in the dream seemed to constitute the main scene all throughout; it’s like this was the area for the false awakening; from here, I would have dreams within dreams. So in the bedroom, it simply started off with my having in mind that I had dream tasks left to do and so I tried to call for Riku to get him to talk to me about Sora.

I then fell asleep on the bed and entered my first sub-dream. I can’t remember it well but I do know for a fact that it was an utter failure to get to Riku. In-fact, I think Master Yen Sid appeared and then disappeared, almost as if he was signalling that Riku didn’t want to talk about the matter. I then woke up back into the dream bedroom and despite what happened in the sub-dream, I was determined to get an answer from Riku as only I knew what I needed to do. I went for a few more sleeps but failed to reach Riku in all of them.

When I woke up back in the dream bedroom, I became frustrated as I kept waking up quickly without achieving anything. I went over to my parents’ dresser cabinet and saw a small wooden mirror sitting on the top drawer compartment. Treating it like a magic mirror, I looked into it and called for Riku; he appeared but then disappeared again in the blink of an eye.

I still refused to give up; I forced myself beck onto the bed to enter another sleep. Just as I got on the bed, my mum came into the room and placed a clock on the dresser. She then set a time on it and said that if the clock hit that time; the alarm would go off. She set the clock to be about 1.5 hours from the current time. She also then put to weird incense into the clock but she said it was supposed to help me and when it started releasing, it didn’t feel bad.

My mum ended up leaving the room and therefore leaving me with what I had to do to get more progress in my sleep. I now drilled myself, saying that I had to beat the alarm. I also kept saying to myself out loud ‘be in control!’. Whenever I started to find my mind wandering elsewhere, I stopped and drilled myself further; with a constant ‘be in control!’ as well as some other lines in-between; and soon, I drifted off back into a sub-dream, with the scene going into a black void to represent the transition.

I then ended up at a distorted version of The Final World from Kingdom Hearts 3; it was more cloudier here; and there was every single KH character there… Except for Sora. I immediately took to looking for Riku but could not find him easily amongst the maze of KH characters. However, I came across a person in a black coat and that’s when I realised I could execute another task. From the back, I identified that this was Xigbar and so I immediately got his attention and interrogated him. He actually openly confessed that he (talking for the whole O-XIII in this case) was responsible for Sora’s ‘dream paralysis. He gave me a lot of information but I have forgotten everything that he said. I then let Xigbar go, giving him a stern look like ‘I’m gonna get to the bottom of this mess you made’.

After I was done with Xigbar, I went back to wondering aimlessly within the maze of characters; and then I had caught sight of Riku, just like a game of Where’s Wally, except he was only in his t-shirt; he did not have his jacket on. I changed my tone from serious (when I was talking to the Organisation) back to child-like in order to be able to connect with my dream guide. I had found him and so was afraid of losing him again; so ran towards him as I cried out; “Riku, Riku please!”.

It’s as if this time he knew what was coming as he tried to ignore the fact that I was around. However, I kept begging and pleading with him, going; “Riku please! All you have to do is tell me something about Sora and how you connect with him”. Riku eventually gave in as he said “alright fine” and then gave a slight sigh, looking annoyed. He then pulled me close to him so no one else could hear, supposedly nuzzling me as he said “he’s the only one that I feel I can talk to”. It seems like he was rushing an answer as I could tell from his energy that he was trying to hold back his emotions regarding Sora.

Riku then immediately asked me “is that enough information for you?”. As I was still in a frantic state but happy that he finally answered, I went “yes thank you” and more. He took no hesitation then to release me and let me go; and I think he was glad that I decided to let him go. Once again, I yelled out thank you to Riku as I walked away and got ready to depart the scene altogether. I was now in the black void again but was a slow glow of stars, acting like a horizon and while I still had the chance, I decided to say thank you to everyone. I said something like “Thank you for your time Kingdom Hearts! And remember Riku, we still have two more things to do!”, hoping that the message would be able to reach them.

I must have become lucid at some point as I seemed to gain satisfaction with all I had done, and declared that I would finally be ready to wake up. So then dream went back to the ‘false awakening’ bedroom, in which I realised I had beaten the alarm clock (there was about 45 minutes left) and was so relieved; the Kingdom Hearts scene felt so long yet the clock showed less time. And then I woke up again to get to waking life, where my real bedroom clock said 10:43 AM and I was surprised that such a big dream took almost no time at all.

Dream 710 A - Writing Is Not Doing
I don’t remember much about this dream. From where I do remember, I was in my house and on this peace of huge paper I was writing a line repetitively like Bart in The Simpsons. I kept writing ‘Have Riku talk to you about his connection with Sora and what his general thoughts and feelings are about Sora’. I can’t remember anything else about this dream.

Dream 710 B - Old Shopping Centre
I can’t remember how this dream started. From where I can remember, I was at an old but also distorted version of Brandon Park Shopping Centre. As I walked in, I recalled the old Fasta Pasta restaurant that was near the escalators. Though on the bottom floor I came across the Reject Shop and asked myself, ‘was the Reject Shop ever on the bottom floor?’. In the dream I subconsciously answered ‘yes’, whereas in real life, the Reject Shop was never on the bottom floor.

I was then in the dining room of my current house, and my mum was giving us dinner, although it was day time. We were getting supposedly crumbed salmon although it looked more like crumbed Flathead on the plate. We also got a serve or rice and some rocket (a type of leaf) salad. I made a comment on the meal but I forgot what it was specifically; I do know I was somehow complaining about it though.

Once I finished my meal, I then went over to my mum who was in the kitchen and began to tell her how I was failing abysmally with accomplishing the dream tasks I had set. I couldn’t get much of a word in though as she butted in and said she didn’t want to hear it. My grandma was also in the kitchen and started making some rude comments. The dream then went to a sub-scene where I was in first-person mode, viewing a round of a Mario Party game. Then dream then ended.

Dream 710 C - Family Link
This dream was very short. I was in my current house but looked like it did about a decade ago, with carpet in the dining room instead of a hardwood floor. I was crouched down on the ground, looking at some of the drawings I had done. I drew myself in a no-sleeves light blue dress and I had a yellow flower logo on the top right of the picture. I then had another picture below it where I was wearing the same colours but it was a slightly different dress. Also, the flower logo seemed have more petals on it. Apparently, the top was supposed to represent real life and the bottom was represented me in the Kingdom Hearts dream universe.

There was then another drawing under that and I realised I had drawn Riku as he appears in Kingdom Hearts one and the symbol on the corner of his drawing was a message version of the KH dream eater symbol. I then looked into the dining room, and two of my OC teddy bear characters were real; one male and one female. A purple ‘x’ symbol then came out like a hologram, out of me, the two teddies, and the Riku drawing; I told the teddies that this meant we were all connected with each other.

I ended up then saying to them “this is why I get emotional when something happens to him (referring to Riku); because the same thing will happen to my dream babies (referring to the teddies)”. The dream started to quickly fade and ended.

Dream No. 708 - Separated Sections

Dream 708 A - Record This For Me
I don’t remember much about this dream. From what I can remember, I seemed to be in my old house in the kitchen. One of my dad’s friends was asking for me to record a song for him as he wanted to play it for his own dad who was in the process of dying. The dream didn’t show much of me recording, but I did seem to be singing a Christmas themed song that doesn’t officially exist in real life. I don’t know why, but I was expected my dad’s friend to comment on the job and when he didn’t, I said to myself, something like, “Well it doesn’t sound like he cares much”. That’s all I can remember about this dream.

Dream 708 B - Guardians Of Light
This dream was very quick. It started in my brother’s bedroom of the old house and in there were all the Kingdom Hearts guardians of light; except Sora. Amazingly, I noticed that they all had semi-realistic appearances to match potential Shibuya graphics. For the scene in my brother’s room, it was in first person and the camera was looking up, so I must have been tiny. I looked at Aqua’s ‘Shibuyafied’ costume in amazement and then examined the way her hair was.

That wasn’t all though, I turned my attention to Ventus and took longer to examine him. I was particularly amazed with all the intricate details and colours on his shirt. As myself as the dream camera panned up to his head, I said in a tone of astonishment “so this is Ventus” as if I was only seeing him for the first time. I then looked over to Terra quickly but nothing else happened. Axel, Roxas and Xion were seen standing far away in front of the wardrobe in their Organisation XIII coats.

I then noticed Kairi and was most impressed with her ‘Shibuyafied’ graphics. I was gushing over her look and making all these comments, although I can’t remember what I said. I seemed to then be at normal height as Riku came up to me and ushered me and Kairi out of the room. As Riku escorted me and Kairi out, I realised what was going on; we were going to have a secret discussion about the ‘paper’ that I’m writing IRL for the Sora dream tasks. Riku led us just into near end the small hallway; with Kairi standing in front of the bathroom door and him standing in front of the toilet door. Though, the second Riku opened his mouth and was about to say something, I woke up.
