Health products and Jerry's wish I get an email from health insurance (probably), it sends me to a site where I choose among the items that they'll send me : water, products for health... The basic products, cheaper, are worth 225 health points by default (slidebar that goes from ~100 to ~1,000), I choose the 240 points option. But after choosing my products, and even having some of their glass water bottles in my hand, I can't remember my password to connect to the site (it's 68-something). Then Jerry Smith (from Rick and Morty), but IRL version, no longer has something that was essential to him : a wish granted by Santa, who comes in (black clothes and not red). He's very big and round, and talks with Jerry in the house. Santa can predict things : he tells him that Jerry will tell him to give him back his wish or he'll start cocaine again. Jerry says a version of that : "...or I’ll go to prison", while looking at his hand, holding a cigarette and coke. Then he looks at his wife, stressed out, playing with a pen : "See ? She’s mad !".
