I've had a couple where I turn into an animal, like a snake or a bird. When I turned into the snake it felt like I was moving headfirst with my arms at my sides lol. Something else I've experimented with is taste and touch in dreams. It's absolutely incredible how realistic taste is. I've had things taste so bad I thought I was going to throw up (one time I picked some mushrooms and ate them in a dream and they tasted like shit) and I've also had some of the most delicious splurges of my life ha ha. For me touch isn't super great in dreams.

I had a dream once where me and a friend of mine went on a quest to get a vase that controlled honeybees, and when you put water into it, the water boiled. We went into an oriental store where it was, and everything in the store attacked us viciously. Very odd.
I'm sure I've had weirder dreams, this one comes to mind at the moment.

I had a really strange dream on saturday night...not totals weird..but creepy :/
i was at some holiday resort with loads of other people..and we wer all standing on this balcony looking down into the ocean..and there were sharks swimming underneath us..and i thought..oh oh..this is not a good sign! "shark in the water" :/ there were dolphins infront of them.. ( dolphins again! ) and then a huge ship to the right of us...

anyway..i decided that i was going to go and get one of the dolphins..lol..so i walked down to the beach, put three of the dolphins, under my backside of my tshirt ...hahaha and they shrunk down obviously..weiird!! Anyway...so i went back upstairs..was chatting to friends, and rembered the dolphins i had put under my t shirt and i though..flip i should go put them back in the sea coz thy need water and somebody is gna finfd out I took them!! So iwent back to the ocean. but now i was at the end of it..where all the rocks were, and the seewed slime meets the shore..it was really slimy! And as i reached to take the dolphins out, instead i puleed out this big chunk of wet raw meat..it was horrible!!!! i was so scared..i thought it was the dolphins that had died..i tried to hide the piece of meat but it wouldnt burry...i was hiding away after that, and ther was a search party looking for the dolphins..or the piece of meat..and i thought o shit they gna find me ....

anyway...it was weird...... I remeber seeing a bag of sugar next to the meat aswell..like what? Wierd made me uneasy!!

This reminds me of my previous dreams I've had. I had dreams about being in a car driving and the car taking control over its self. The car was driving by its self! O_O I really don't know what that could mean but the car tried to drive its self into ditches, walls, bricks, buildings, other cars, and transformers... I really don't know why I had those weird dreams... All I could think of is decepticons trying to kill me or the car in my dream is messed up.

Gymnast's dream reminds me of this dream I had when I was younger. I apparently had this pony that could fit in my pocket when I wanted to put it away. I went throughout the day just taking this pony in and out and riding it when I got bored. I can't explain in words how much I would love a pony like that, lol.

I have a long but interesting dream I had in highschool.

I was riding a bicycle with this hot gothy chick. She explained that there was a Marilyn Manson concert that night. (I don't like his music BTW) but I was eager to go and went home to ask my mom. My mom said no. I went outside into our driveway and knocked on the door of the girl's trailer (why is someone living in our driveway?) after I snuck out. Well we actually didn't go to the concert, instead we road our bikes to a "haunted house" nearby.

We went inside (it was a mound of dirt leading through a doorway... I was outside and then inside, no transitional state). Suddenly I had a backpack. This one dude was smoking a crack pipe and complained that his head hurt. I reached into my backpack and pulled out... a healing potion. He drank it and said he felt much better. I said "not just better, but healthy. It's cured you."

At that moment I looked across the lake and there was a man in a rowboat. It was dark outside. Suddenly the image of the man on the boat became much larger; it was a skeleton wearing an old straw hat, a look of agony on his face.

No one paid much attention to it. Suddenly people who were there weren't there anymore. There was a sense of nervousness only I seemed to feel. Suddenly we were in the attic and... spectral skeletons with no legs were crawling after us. I helped a few people go through the door in the floor and just barely managed to escape.

Me and the girl were running outside now and she said "quick, get to the car!" (we got there on bike?) but I just kept running. I ran and ran until I arrived at a football field. Everyone from the dream was lined up there, perfectly fine. A man (assistant coach?) with eyes like hamburger meat looked at me and said "Oh you made it. We thought you might have died back there."

And now the kicker.

The man next to him slaps him in the arm and says "You're not supposed to talk about death in their dreams!"

I woke up.

hmm my weirdest/funniest that comes to mind is I was talking to my family but all of them had their humans heads put onto animal's bodies. Like my mother had her regular face then the body of a cockatoo! Other were monkeys and cats and stuff....

I just had this weird dream Saturday.


I was in the safari, and I was watching a black and white tiger kick back and forth, like a mad bull. Then I looked up to see why, and a poodle was riding the tiger! Then things get weirder... I hear a roaring of engines. There are 2 race cars on a track in the middle of africa! Then after they take off they both random explode.

Then I wake up laughing..

I was dreaming I was at a party at my house. But everywhere I went, this super creepy old guy was there staring at me! He was usually through windows, or in picture frames! Just staring and blinking!

I went around my Aunts house, and her daughter was there, uncontious on the floor.. remember thinking hope shes ok.. then I went into her kitchen, and there was a baby in a cot, I picked the baby up, and I swear it was the ugliest baby I have ever seen..

thats all I can remember about it, remember I could actually smell the baby, much like when a baby has a dirty nappy.

Was a very weird dream.

once, I dreamt I was sitting in a graveyard. It was night and every time I wanted to move, I transformed my self into some kind of scorpion walking on my front legs which were my arms. My legs formed the tail. Every time I stopped, I got back to my human shape. I ended sitting at the end of some stairs which leaded to the downside of a roof.

I had this one dream a few years ago...like 3...It was weird and creepy...So I was at school, and it was outside right near a really small hill, and they wanted people to investigate an abandoned school. So, I went, and a few other people...Well we walking inside...the door was a heavy, steel, red door...Anyway, so we got inside, and there was a couch, and a T.V to the left of us, and about 50 to 75 ft away was a Kitchen counter leading to a door, and there were a few boxes scattered around the room. It was a really, really big room...Anyway, so the door acroos the room opens and we sorta panicked cuse something that looked a LOT like gollum came at us...it was eviler looking than him though...anyway, so we start running back to the door we came in from and the creature attacked this one dude right next to me, and killed him, then looked at me murderously and I shut the door behind me, just as it lept...Needless to say, we told our school to never go back there again.

That has scared me ever since I had that...Thank goodness that it was not recurring though

This isn't necessarily the weirdest dream I've had, but it's kind of funny.

I went to the backyard and there were garden hoses all over the place. A purple blob came out of nowhere and started chasing me.

"Oh yeah?" I said to the blob. "Well, can you hop?" I started hopping away from the blob. It said, "hop" and went into one of the hoses. It popped out right in front of me.

"Crap!" I said. I kept hopping away, and the blob kept saying "hop" and going through the hoses.

I once had a dream that I was in a white and light green room. There was a man talking to me I think he was black but anyways I don't remember what he said. He was smoking a chalk like looking cigarette that contained crystal meph. After he was done talking to me he handed me the roach of the cig and I smoked it. Afterwards I was hanging out with friends (The people were none that I know in real life) and was very happy. They were smoking something and so was I, I think. I remember saying "Either I'm really high right now or I'm dreaming." Despite that I didn't wise up to the dream. It felt great and every time I hugged my female friend I got super-high. We were all hugging each other to get high. I remember being relieved that hugs couldn't be tested for. After saying the line about dreaming I hung out a little more than woke up.

I feel for some reason that I have hung out with these people in my dreams before.

The girl i've liked for 4 years broke into my house with a gun and a dagger, tied me up, threw me in the back of her car, (no sense, she's 14) took me to her house, she raped me along with using whips and stuff, tortured me, cut off my limbs, peed on me, then killed me...

Not the weirdest dream I've had, but it's the most recent.

I was in my government class on the last day of school before winter break (Though I had this dream a few weeks after my real winter break.) In real life my government teacher is my most strict teacher, but in the dream she was letting us have a party. She brought in pork chops and cookies for everyone. When she got to me, I told her that I couldn't eat the pork chops because I'm a vegetarian. She started yelling at me about how I had to eat it anyway. My friend, Rich, then turned into a bird and flew away. I had to run out and catch him.

I had a dream where The King from the Zelda CD-i games was having a barbecue and Vash and Knives from Trigun were there, and they raced down a hill on mattresses.

Most all my dreams are weird. But I think "Crashing Down" is the weirdest, because in an unnamed dream before that one (which was probably still the same REM cycle) I was walking around with some friends and we had pogo sticks that could turn into weapons that could turn into sheilds. And we ended up meeting Zeus in the sky and catching a mouse in a trap.

Crashing Down (Non-lucid)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

I was a wealthy criminal mastermind, possibly ex-mob from the way I was dressed. I was in a large, technicolor, heavily forested city on some hum-drum business. I and my female companion met with a client in a resturaunt booth, with a view of a large feild. The man needed me to burn an area in the feild to get rid of some incriminating evidence. I had set up a small contraption to remotely start a small fire. I failed to take into account, however, that the grass in this city was extremely flamable. We all watched helplessly as the small flame quickly grew into a wild-fire. The client ran out of the restraunt to try and leave town before the fire engulfed it.

I knew this time I'd be caught. There's no way they'd let the person responsible for this get away. I knew once I was put in prison I'd lose everything. I'd always said there were only three things I'd never be able to live without. My lighter, my cigarettes, and my hand-crafted gun. But in this moment I knew of a fourth. One thing I'd never be able to get by without. My beautiful companion. She was average height and slender. Her hair was light blonde and curly, reaching a little past her chest. Because of the way her hair was possitioned at the time, I don't know if she was wearing anything at all over her breasts. In compliance with current fashion, she was wearing shorts made of sheep's hide and fur. Evenly looking back on the dream I still find them mind-numbingly sexy.

As I thought about this, I found myself staring at her. She asked me if I was okay. I said "No, but I know what will help". She listened intently. I asked her to run away with me. She said yes, but I could tell she didn't really understand, seeing as how we'd always been on the run together. To get the point across I brought her close and kissed her passionately. Then we made our escape.

Ten years passed and we eventually returned to the once bustling mecha of the world, destroyed in one fell swoop by a careless man. Me. This time, however, I noticed something strange. There was a large statue in the middle of town. A statue of a creature I only knew of from my dreams. It was 30 feet tall or so and was made of thousands of tendrils, all boring into the ground. They came back up as the town's street lights, as the eyes on the ends glowed at night.

Somehow I become the statue, which is none other than the creature itself, encased in stone. I can see through the street lights, and I fix my view on the burned areas of the town. I will plants to grow, and they do. I wish the buildings back, and they are. I tend to the souls of those who died, and they are reborn. Soon it is as if nothing happened. Except that everyone remembered. Even after I rematerialized outside the creature, the hammer of the law was swiftly upon me. By the end of the dream I was sentenced to life imprisonment.

I sat in my cell. I was the only one in the building. Then someone burned it down.

Hopefully this isn't too big of a *bump* to be considered improper, but I liked this thread and I have something else to add to it. A quote from my DJ:

I came into my class and noticed that this guy was in my seat. Apparently, the other day when I had been gone, the teacher rearranged the seats. So I went up to the teacher and said "Where do I sit?" she said "I'll tell you where you sit if you find the bloody baby fingers in the room." So I started walking around the room to look for them. After awhile of searching I finally looked behind me and saw that it was my frien. She said something to me and then started to help me look for the baby fingers. I think I woke up before I found the bloody baby fingers.. and I was mad because I really wanted to find them..

I rarely have rational dreams. When I was 4 or 5, I had a dream that I was in my backyard, hand in hand with Barney the Dinosaur. I have had several absurd dreams involving Kim Possible (I watched the show when I was little). Just last night, I had a dream that I was trudging through the sewers with Marty from the movie "Back to the Future." Oh, the power of the human mind!
