You see, that's what you think wrong

Since people before me already explained the problems with this argument the OP (and you) bring up, i don't see the need to repeat it. This subject is fairly simple: You try to push your finger through your hand and if it goes through, you are dreaming. If you use a toilet paper roll to create an illusion, that's not gonna prove whether it's a dream or not. The two things are entirely different.
Creating the illusion of a finger going through your hand is nothing like truly trying to push it through the hand... therefore there is no point in this.

As for most of your post, you say you know forums well... To me it seems differently, because if you would know forums well then you would know it well enough to not take anything too seriously
I know that this post helped you to calm yourself down, but trying to make me look stupid is not gonna work. Exactly because i don't take things seriously on the internet. You should follow this too

Btw, my original language is not english, so it takes me more effort to write a long post, therefore i try to reason everything in the shortest way possible.
Do you know another language? If yes, you might understand. If not... well...

Ok guys, we are all here, because we are interested in learning new things via civilized discussion. It doesn't really matter who is right. Many times, there is no right or wrong. All we can do is state our opinion, as many things experienced in this beautiful world of lucid dreaming are subjective.

Nobody appreciates, if someone claims his opinion is the only truth there is, since opinion is just that - an opinion, not a hard fact. So thank you for keeping this a friendly discussion. Happy dreams yu'all

That is an excellent response. When you do your reality check with your hand, what exactly are you doing that is different from me merely making an optical illusion with my hand? Or posting a picture of someone sticking their fingers through their hand? You have answered it.

      What you will need:

      • A hard straw / tube
      • Your mouth
      • Your nose

Step 1: Place the hard straw/tube in your nose so you'll be breathing through the straw

Step 2: Now close your mouth.

      Step 3: Pinch your nose

Step 4: Try to breath while you pinch your nose and your mouth is closed.

Ta-da! You are now breathing through your nose and beaten the "nose pinch" reality check. Are you actually awake?

On a side note, I recommend you to not actually try this at home.

This is pretty stupid, it's not like your gonna do this in a body of water and think your dreaming because you found a way to pinch your nose and still breath. You can do this out of the water too. This works because one of your nostrils still have access to air.

I try not to do the finger-hand RC now that it failed on me in a dream.

OR, you could just take a scalpel and make a slit in your trachea, and insert the straw there. Pinch off your nose, and ta-da, you've beaten the pinch-your-nose reality check with a tracheotomy.
