Haha, I don't know if I could call it active. I basically just check in for a few minutes every few weeks or whatever.
Most of the people I used to know around here also seem to have vanished.
What's new with you/how's DEILD going?

Hey Michael! Thanks for your earlier message. (so many nice people here on DreamViews) Although I am new to this forum, I am not new to lucid dreaming. I usually lucid dream at least once a fortnight with the MILD technique, but now that I have discovered the fool-proof DEILD technique, which I hope to master, hopefully my lucid dreaming rates will increase. I see you are also attempting to master DEILD. I wish you the very best of luck with it, and have a nice day!

Hello Thanks you althoug I can't take credit for it other than using it in my Dream Journal. Reece Jones was the one who thought it out, you can watch his videos on youtube for a full explanation and examples for each Layer. I think that the reason to why I thought the easiest way to reenter my dreams in to remember the last dream is because if I remember my last dream I am obviously near REM and therefore the re-entry take care of itself automatically and creates the illusion of me thinking that "imagining my last dream" works better than non-physical testing, however the truth is that you can just lay still and have closed eyes and you'll be in a dream in 5-10 second The real challenge in DEILDING is to learn how to get into the dream without being close to REM.
By using non-physical senses I think you are able to trick the brain to get a REM-rebound but I am not sure. Glad to see that my DJ helps someone Keep me updated!

    Close to full DEILD.

by mutualdreamer on 06-30-2010 at 02:18 AM
*just so you know, I posted this DAYS ago*

I woke up early this morning and new it was too early so I went back to sleep (without moving). I felt my self going into a dream and started to think about it so immediately woke up (still didn't move). I really had no intention of DEILDing at this time though (I have no idea why) so I just told myself to let my subconscious take over and it was kind of a long process but I could feel myself going to sleep. BAM !!! I was in a dream. It was very unstable and I thought to myself "Kewl, I'm not really losing any sleep in a dream"... so I rubbed my hands together and my viewpoint went from 3rd person to 1st person (well it's a start ). I felt like it was stable enough so i tried to remember the first thing I was going to do in a LD and I could not for the life of me remember. While trying to remember, it was waking my brain up and I started to feel my real life body. I started saying "INCREASE LUCIDITY NOW!!!" but as I started saying it, I started saying it in RL .
    Wake.

MUTUALSDREAMER's dreams *Work in Progress 8)*
Blue means non-lucid and red means lucid.

    LD
    non-lucid

Of course since it was my first one, I was not completely 100% aware, but I was at least 75%.
I became aware because earlier that night, I had a dream that I could manipulate water and when I woke up from it, I told myself that that was impossible and to recognize it in future dreams. I went back to sleep and appeared in a boat made of ice. I am sure I was in Antarctica. I decided to meditate since it was calm and when I did, the water around me started to bubble. So I said, "Wait a second," and tried to make it bubble again. This time it was even more powerful. I became mostly aware right there because I remembered that that was impossible.

I floated along, admiring the dreams beauty, when I came to my garage, it was embedded into the side of a glacier. I hopped into it and my brother was swinging a bat. I told him that we were both dreaming and he said, "No we're not, that's stupid." So I got a rock and set it on the ground and tried to raise it with my mind. It didn't work so I thought if I got closer that it would. As I got closer it was like a magnet and jumped to my hand. My brother said there was nothing I could do to make him believe me so I said oh well at least it's someone to interact with. So I said hey want to go to a dream I had a while ago (I trained myself to wake up after every other dream)? He said, "Whatever," so I closed my eyes and tried to imagine my earlier dream. I opened my eyes and I was in the middle of an abandoned house (the one in my earlier dream). I looked around for my brother but he was not there, so I started to explore.

As I was walking around, these little gnome things started attacking me. I raised my hand and started shooting them with a hand beam (). Right then I lost lucidity. After I killed all the gnomes, I regained about 90% lucidity. So, I thought I would try to get into my friend's dream. I drew his name in the air with my finger and it opened a portal (I had thought this through many times in the waking world). I stepped in and I was in a Mario game. I couldn't find my friend so I thought I would teleport him. I opened a portal and reached in with my hand. As I started to pull something out (assuming it's my friend) its arm came out and I woke up .

    WAKE
