Thanks, it wasn't easy to stay calm, but I was still scared.

That was a very beautiful dream! I would have been horrified when the objects started flying around.

I didn't think of it that way, your analysis is much deeper than I wrote it. Thank you for commenting.

Wow. First of all, congrats on the lucid! The singing part before you even became lucid seems almost like a confirmation of your WILD attempt, like your dream was trying to teach you the secret of its success. So cool! I also love how the concept of the ageless man came back in your next dream showing him as a child, then showing you as the child. That's pretty deep.

Thanks. The spin technique is done by putting both arms stretched out to the side and start spinning in the dream. It is not made by me; Stephan LaBarge along with a lot of Lucid dreamers talked about it. It help stabilize the dream since it overload the mind with sensory input in the dream thus stopping sensory input from waking life. It could also be used as a teleportation, just have to imagine a place to visit and it might show up.

Actually the very first reason why I chose to learn meditation was to help me overcoming the fears (fear of Sleep Paralysis is one of them) , and to help me control better the sleep paralysis as it seemed to appear out of my control which I didn't like . I only wanted Sleep Paralysis to happen whenever I felt like I wanted it , not happened when I wasn't ready for it ...

Second reason (now) is to help me raise vibration so I can project into higher plane . I actually Astral Projected before I learned meditation , so actually meditation helped me to calm my mind , got rid of the fear day by day ; and helped me control better the Sleep Paralysis .

However , I am sure that meditation will help you O.B.E or control the fears better . I am not sure if it will help with Sleep Paralysis , but however , if you could get SP once , you are more likely to get it more often .. I can induce SP naturally so I am not sure if meditation will increase chances of SP ; and I use meditation to help me control better SP , not to induce more of it

Meditation I practice is basically visualization (guided meditation) ..... Grounding and clearing energies that no longer serve you ... as well as protection , manifestation , chakras cleansing and balancing etc.

Hey JeraldTa, sorry for the late reply. I have tried to do lucid dreaming in 2011, while I was in high school, but I wasn't serious about it and I forgot all about it until recently in the summer of 2013. The difficulties I faced and still face is remembering my dreams. I started having lucid dreaming little by little, only recently was I able to start having one per week, I think that had a lot to do with the method of drinking water, waking up writing dream down, then doing mindful meditating before going to bed. I do hope I could get over the fear of sleep paralysis, to do an O.B.E. What kind of meditation do you practice? Have you seen any result for an O.B.E or has it increased the Sleep paralysis? Thanks for feedback it is really helpful and motivational.

You would get used to the Sleep Paralysis and no more terrifying in the future anymore ! First time I had it by accident , I also freaked out a lot ; but not now ; because I knew how to control it and transfer it into an astral projection !

(Not able to do O.B.E. yet just Astral Projection) - that meant I astral projected into the dream scene which was actually my Own Astral Plane (Astral Plane = Emotional Plane) ! I am raising my vibration so that I could astral project into the highest plane possible ... That's why I decided to take meditation , to counter my fear , get over it and raise vibration !

How long have you been practicing Lucid Dreaming ? So far so good for you , if you keep practicing , I believe you will master it in no time
