Technique: Went to bed at 1:30 and woke up at 11. Based on the last couple nights I felt like my dream recall was starting to slip, so I paid extra attention last night to keep up my dream recall habits. I am very pleased with the results. I remember seven or eight dreams from last night The problem is that I was stressed out about a work issue, and so most of those dreams are boring doing work type of crap Anyway, I plan to keep focusing on dream recall for a while, as that is the technique that has given me the greatest improvements in dream vividness and awareness.

Dream One: I am at a casino on an island resort. I am sitting at the bar enjoying a refreshing beverage enjoying the scenery. The bar is built on a deck that overhangs the ocean right at the edge of the island. It is built of wood, but every other slat is transparent so you can see through to the ocean, where there are a bunch of multicolored fish swimming around.

I finish my beverage and decide I will try my hand at gambling. There is a row of Black Jack tables near the bar, to take advantage of the drunk costumers I am sure.

I enjoy Black Jack, so I take a seat at the table, hoping that I do not become one of those drunk victims

Unfortunately I forgot that I left my wallet back in the room and just brought enough money with me for the drinks! Stupid sober me!

The dealer gives me a two dollar chip anyway, which I loose on the first hand. Oh well... no more Black Jack I guess.

Dream Transition:

I am at the hot tub area of the island, enjoying a nice soak. Unfortunately there is some type of convention going on and there are a bunch of rowdy hooligans around. So annoying.

They come over to the hot tubs? No way I think, so rude! I tell them so, but they point out a sign and apparently they have reserved this area as a lecture hall, they tell me I am welcome to stay and listen if I want.

For some reason this kind of appeals to me, I am really comfortable in the hot tub. The main speaker (D.H) starts his speech, and the crowd of hooligans turns into a church crowd?

All I remember about the speech is that he accidentally says "Godly Jugs" instead of "God Judges" at one point, and everyone busts up laughing.

For the rest of the dream I am just wondering around saying "Godly Jugs" to everyone, then each of us will bust up laughing and I will move on to the next person.

Dream Two: I remember that this was a good dream, but I didn't have my pad near me to record it because I was staying at one of my buddies house last night. I tried to commit it to memory before falling back asleep, but that just wasn't good enough.

Dream 3-6: All just crappy work related dreams Not worth recording.

Analysis: I did try to set an alarm for this morning to try and snooze it to have a false awakening. I set the alarm too late in the morning though, so after it went of the first time I was to awake to fall back asleep.
