Oh no way you do these kind of visualizations too? They're so much fun Oh but I don't ever get disgusted by realizing that I am breathing the creepy drunk pedophile's (or other like disgusting people's) breath. Rather, I become sort of invigorated that I am sharing breath in such an intimate way with all of these beautiful, complex, multi-cellular beings all around me! It's very connecting to know that. Whether the person is "gross" or not appears rather trivial to me when I am engaged with imagining such connectedness.

Then I imagine all the rest of what you said up to the separating of consciousness bit. I've experienced similar things, but not what you described. Although it could just be the way you described it.
Oh but that is by far the most amazing and interesting part of it all! The way I used to explain the feeling to myself when I was much younger was that my existence was sort of like a game for an alien, like there was an alien that would sort of dip his face into a dish like the pensive dish from Harry Potter in order to experience a whole other existence and life where it forgot about itself and therefore could take back new wisdoms and have deeper perspectives on its own existence. And then after experiencing my life, when I die it simply becomes aware of itself again and lifts its face out of the dish. But I would feel that the alien dipping its face into my existence was really just the real me. And I would feel that there were other aliens that would do the same thing, like it was very common for them to do.

What do you do for work btw? Just wondering coz of the riding to work story hehe
I'm a lifeguard and a swimming lessons instructor. What do you do for work?
