Awake Non-Lucid I am a wolf. I pace along gravel but keep my eyes on the floor. My tail swishes back and forth. There it is, my prey. I launch forward into a powerful run, then jump high and land on it. It's a human. I crouch on his bare chest and stare into his eyes. He's frozen, terrified. My lips draw back to show lines of menacing teeth, and a snarl rips through my throat. I clench my paws and my razor-sharp claws cut into him. Blood drips and his eyes tighten in pain. A bit of a one-off but it was... an experience.

Been awhile, I typed out a load of dreams yesterday but then was signed out. I'm just gonna summarise these dreams and not write in too much detail. Awake Non-Lucid Vivid Lucid I'm in a dark corridor. The only source of light is a small window to my left. The air feels thick and strange, which makes me RC. My finger refuses to go through my palm, so I breathe through my nose instead. Lucid. I open up the window and crouch on the ledge. Below is my school astro. The drop is high and about three stories high. I gulp down my fear and throw myself out. I land without any pain. I run, but can't seem to run fast. On the astro there's groups of people and a game is declared. We've to steal the other teams energy. I play for awhile, until it becomes apparent that the game is very dangerous. I start to feel my strength dying away with each touch from the other team. I notice a creepy man on the other team watching me. I run towards a small wooden shack in an attempt to evade him. I begin to really panic. Inside there's another window. I can't reach it though, it's too high up. I scramble against the side of the shack, but can't reach. Eventually the man comes and hits me over the head, knocking me out. I wake up, feeling drowsy. I'm lying on my side on a hard metal floor, my wrists tied behind my back and my ankles tied. I'm also gagged. The room has a red light cast to it, and there appears to be stairs at the walls and multiple floors, though everything's metal and there's no windows. There's a circle on the floor, which I think opens up. I keep note of this in case I need it. A girl appears. She's small and blonde. I realise it's Katie, back again. She laughs and says I gave her the perfect oppurtunity. I don't know what she's talking about... Until her features morph into mine. I feel my face change, and I assume I now look like her. I try to shout past the cloth in my mouth, but only manage pathetic moans. Katie winks and walks away. As soon as she's out, two doors set into a wall open up and out falls the twins, who I met in the City of Spires. They quickly untie me, and I nod my thanks. An alarm rings, and I realise in astonishment that we're in a space shuttle. Guards storm into the room. One of the twins hit a button and the circle on the floor opens up. "C'mon! Jump!" They shout over the roar of the engine. I'm terrified as I stare wide-eyed at Jupiter below. Of course it's Jupiter... Asher said that's where he lives. Fuck... What am I doing here? It's so far away. But the twins grab me and then throw all three of us out. I fall so fast that everything blurs and I can't see anything, but the twins direct our path. I crash full force through the cieling of a building, landing heavily. The wind is knocked out of me. Eventually I open my eyes and gasp in amazement. I'm lying on a white floating rock. One of many, as the air is littered with them, each various heights and sizes. The room is huge and dome shaped, with white-washed walls. I notice Asher and Katie -who still looks like me- on a rock not too far away. Asher turns and glares in complete hatred. "It's me! Looks at her, that's not me! She's Katie!" He reluctantly looks at Katie, and at first I don't think he believes me. Then his eyes narrow and he jumps back defensively. Katie's head whips toward me and she hisses, baring her teeth. Then with blinding speed she leaps into the air and flies into me. She tears at me with her nails and teeth like an animal, but I push her away and we land on seperate rocks. I look to Asher, but he stands calmly watching. This is my own fight, then. I fly up higher, Katie following. I fly and grab her, clinging on, pummelling her with my fists. I fly faster, and soon she starts trying to escape my grasp. I smash her full force through a wall of the dome. Catching my breath, I settle onto a rock, shaken. I pass out. I wake up again, in a bed. It takes awhile, but eventually I get up. I figure I'm in another space shuttle, from the red light and the metal structure. I find myself back in a room with the opening floor. I find the twins there, sitting staring out the hole and eating. They smile, and I grin back in relief. They pull me into a quick group hug, then I gaze back at Jupiter. I see other shuttles splattered around and above it, so I guess this is where the people live. We're closer this time, so I can make out individual buildings, though I can also see the planet as a whole. We jump, and they direct me to a stadium filled with people. I float in the centre, wondering what people are doing. It looks like a celebration or a festival. Asher swoops up to join me. I smile, but he looks concerned. "You shouldn't be here, you didn't get rid of her y'know. This is dangerous." he murmers quietly. "Well I wasn't exactly safe on Earth was I." I mutter back. I feel guilty when I see the hurt cross his face. An alarm sounds. Fuck. People shout and the same blue guards from the first shuttle fly overhead. Asher grabs my hand, but I feel myself fading. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Are you sure you know what to do? You're important you know that?" I sit on the edge of a riverbank, chin on my knees. The Leader of the Sea Creatures is beside me. He looks pretty much human, except he has crab legs instead of human ones. Every other member of the group has some for of water creatures features, except me. I'm look entirely human. My job is to sneak into the Land Creatures base -our enemies- and destroy their eggs. Eggs are very valuble, as there are few and hard to come by for new members of each group. We have six, we don't know how many they have. "I know what to do." I was chosen for this job because no human -except me, a rare case- looks just human except Land Creatures. I also have both attack and defend powers. Usually a creature only has one type of power. [Dreamskip] I'm in their base, a large room filled with Land Creatures. My skin crawls, and I think I might throw up from nerves. No one gives me a second glance though. I turn invisible and keep a distance from the ones with fur because they can smell the salt on my skin, a feature of a Sea Creature. There's a blonde young man shouting instructions to different groups of Land Creatures. He looks just human, no animalistic features. Each person has a band around them, yellow for defence and blue for attack. Shit, I don't have a band, and my energy that's keeping up my invisibility is running out. The room empties and I'm left alone. I become visible again and I see a barred door. Grinning, I try to get through. No luck, it needs a keycard. "What are you doing?" I spin around. The blonde guy is standing, arms crossed. "You don't have a band." He says. Shit. My mind races. There's a keycard attatched to his belt. How can I get that? I get closer. "Do I seem like an attack... or a defence?" I say winking, running a hand across his shoulders. He leans closer. "I... can't tell. That's... interesting." He leans forwards. I snatch the card and using my high-speed, knee him in the balls and make a run for it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I stand, the shovel in my hands. I'm in a small area, the sun beating down on me. Wired fences block us in. Dead grass shoots up in random parts, the rest is gravel. I stare at the sun until my eyes seem to hurt, then look down. I keep digging. "This is your fault." I snarl to the guy next to me. He takes offence and argues. "This would never have happened if it weren't for you! YOU made him punish us." "You don't understand" he says. "We're free people. He enslaved us. We don't belong here." His eyes are fierce, and I notice something familiar in them, but forget it after a moment. His hair is red and short, he has lots of freckles. (The guy from the time I was thrown into the cell. Just didn't recognize him!) "We belong to him!" I snarl. But I get back to digging, because the guards stand with guns and we're not supposed to talk. The guy throws down his shovel in a rage. "I'm sick of this shit." He hisses. "I'm done with this, we are NOT his property!" I shrink back as the guards rush up to him and beat him down with their guns. They grab his arms and drag him bloody over the gravel into a building. He fights back, eyes wild and blood gushing over his face, but no one tries to help him. He's thrown into the building and the doors closed shut tight. For a minute everyone stares, then we mindlessly continue digging, occasionally staring at the sun. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's lunchtime. My friends and I wander into Steven's the bakers, chattering amongst ourselves. We line up without trouble. A chubby blonde woman appears and asks what we want and I watch in amusement as she quickly forgets what my friends ordered. People start to roll their eyes and mutter. She asks what I'd like. "Steak bridie please, and a chocolate fudge muffin." She goes to the oven, but stands mortified. "A London bridie you said you wanted?" "Uhhh... No, a steak and a chocolate fudge muffin." Her head whips around and the counter disappears. The lights grow dark and the room expands. Everyone suddenly becomes bone-skinny, and starts cackeling like witches and dancing around in a frightening manner. I sit down and shut my eyes tight. "Everyone!" Booms the woman in her sharp witch voice. I hear shrieks. "Guess... who is the odd one out." I shudder, but keep my eyes closed. A finger lands on me. "You." She whispers. A chill runs down my spine at the sound of her voice. "Happen to be the only one, who is asleep." I freeze for a moment, not understanding her words. Then I do, and wake up.
Awake Non-Lucid Semi-Lucid I'm walking down a hill. Everything's very vivid. It's sunny, which is hot on my skin, and I need to narrow my eyes to see properly. I continue trudging down the hill until I get to the bottom. I stop. There's a small villiage in front of me. The floor of it is made of small white stones, and there's a lake beyond. There are small boats between the houses. Is this Carvahall? I become semi-lucid as I think of Eragon and how it's a book. This must be a dream. I forget to RC and stabillise, but I know for certain I'm dreaming. I slowly walk forwards. Carvahall isn't like this in the book. It's a northern villiage where it's cold. There's no lake beyond, but a river, and they're farmers, not fishermen. Oh well... It's still nice to be here. I notice that one of the boats has turned into a small plane. I turn it back to a boat because I want to feel like I'm in ancient times. I walk up to a passerby and ask the name of the lake. He looks puzzled. "Why, it's Leona Lake of course!" Then picks up a net and walks away. I smile, because Leona Lake is next to Dras-Leona, not Carvahall. It appears my mind has put all of Alagaesia in one place. Looking beyond the lake I can see the Beor Mountains and a forest that is most likely Du Weldenvarden. Where the dwarves and the elves live. Hey, maybe Eragon is here! I walk through the villiage until I think I find him. He's heading toward Leona Lake, a frown on his face. He's carrying both a shortsword and a longsword. I sneak up behind him, flip around him and grab both the swords. Then I throw the longsword back at him, hoping for a duel. He doesn't look impressed. Apparently he's going across Leona Lake to find a captured friend. It's dark now, and there are loads of stars. I offer to join him. He looks suspicious for a moment, but then agrees. I lose my lucidity whilest staring in amazement at the stars. He points to one of the larger ones and says that his friend is in that direction, so we begin to follow the star. Instead of travelling around the lake, we just get in and swim right through. I can't help thinking that this is so bizarre. [Dreamskip] We're across the lake and walking up one of the hills that lead to the forest. We find some headstones, but this doesn't feel right. We glance at eachother, and pull out our swords. A moment later, dwarves jump out screaming.
Awake Non-Lucid I'm in my grans house, on holiday. My mum, brother and cousins are here too. I go to take a shower, but before I start getting changed, my brother comes into the room. I ask him to leave, but he refuses. "We're not supposed to let you be on your own. Too dangerous." I frown. Is this some kind of joke? I ask again for him to leave the room. Soon my mum and cousins file into the room. I start shouting. No one will tell me what's going on. I get so wound up that I sit on the bed crying. Sophie comes in. She sits next to me. "Who invited you?" I ask, sniffing quietly, glaring at my family who are talking amongst themselves. "I invited myself I guess. I'm here to look after you." She smiles sadly. I get off the bed. Surely she's not in on this too? I start screaming at everyone, my vision blurring from tears. Everyone except Sophie leaves. I sit on the floor, my back against the bed. "What the fuck is going on?" My mobile starts vibrating in my pocket. I yank it out, quickly clearing my clogged up throat. "Hello?" It's my mum. I forget she was in earlier and break down crying. "No one will tell me anything, is there something wrong with me?" Sophie rubs my back gently. "Honey, you're going to hospital remember?" Hospital? I suddenly see a yellow sheet on the bed. I read it quickly. Anorexia? Bulimia? I cry even harder. "You're s-sending me to a hospital for eating disorders? I-I don't have an eating disorder!" My mum says I've not been eating and throwing up. (I didn't eat for a few days because I'm sick. I ate something recently and just threw it up, I guess this is where the dream came from. My stomach's probably the size of a pea right now) "It's not like that!" I glare at Sophie. "You're the one with the eating disorder! Why the hell am I going? What have you been saying?" I snarl at her. I hang up. "Just get the fuck out of here. Piss off, I don't want to see you." She leaves and I just sit quietly, numb. I take a deep breath, and tell myself that it's just a misunderstanding. Though it would help if everyone would listen to me. The door opens and a girl comes in. I recognize her as an actress. I sniffle, and she comes and sits beside me. She puts her arm around me, but says nothing. "I really admire your work you know." I say, smiling slightly. She squeezes my arm. "Thanks." I also had a dream that Katy Perry was my roomie but I can't remember enough to write down. I kinda remember that she had blue hair, was really nice and dragged me out at early morning hours to run around fields and jump over fences..
Awake Non-Lucid I'm traveling, walking, so fast. So fast that the land -fields, trees and plants- blurs past. In my head I see a map with a highlighted route. Dragons, where are the dragons? There are only a few left. If the other creatures of this land can hide and survive, then haven't dragons done the same? Silveria, in the north, that is where they must be. I recall seeing one fly over my head the last time I was there. But wasn't I warned away from that place? It has a bad feeling to it. But I must find the dragons! I follow those in front of me. We get to a place where the path splits into two. They turn right, away from Silveria and the dragons. Why don't they turn left? Confused, I follow them. "No!" They tell me. "Silveria is a bad place!" "But we must find the dragons!" I try to say, but they turn their backs to me. Soon we reach a city. The buildings are black and tall. People chant and crowd the streets. We slow to a normal pace. "I don't like this place..." I whisper. I look over my shoulder, to see a giant black spire of a building. This jogs my memory. The City of Spires! Why do all my cities have such spires? It reminds me of Oblivion. I ask my companions if the government resides there. They frown. "No, that is where the thieves are." Thieves? But I am a thief! I turn from the group and quickly get inside. It is chaos, apparently they are about to be attacked. I show people a card that shows I am a thief, and they allow me entry. Inside, I find my friend Paul. He looks confused and overwhelmed. I take his hand and take him into a corner, explaining the situation to him. "Stay with me." I say. "I'll keep you safe." Eventually, the attackers break in. They're wearing all black, with silver chains wrapped around their bodies. I have near to no fighting experience, but for some reason it comes naturally to me. I find that I can jump impossible heights and distances. I jump and spin, kicking an enemy across the head, killing them instantly. But as I look around, I see we are severly outnumbered. I turn to a dead end, where I find my fellow thieves hiding. I snarl at them to get their act together, otherwise they've doomed themselves. Then I run along a wall, jumpinp and landing against an enemy with my feet on his chest. We go down with a crash. I back into a room. There's a girl there, who throws daggers at me. I dodge with an inhuman speed, and then pick one up and launch it at her with all my strength. It stabs her in the stomach, and she slides down the wall behind her. I clench my teeth and lower my head. Every part of me feels tense and alive. I stalk out of the room and into another, where I find a group of sneering men. Letting out a yell, I jump, souring above their heads, landing in their mass.
Awake Non-Lucid I'm in a plane, but it is an open planned one with no seats. My brother is here too, with several other people. We are being given orders to destroy the "zombie" parasites that are spreading across the world. Throughout the speech, we discover one is in our midst. I stay to the sidelines as the others attack her. She teleports around the plane, killing off members of our team. She looks entirely human, but snarls and spits, looking mad and frightening. Eventually, someone cuts her down. I discover it is only my brother and I left. He curses, swearing that he will get revenge. [Dreamskip] We are in a dank, filthy room. I hear a slow drip of water echoing throughout, and the grey tiled walls and floor stretch out. I don't walk along to discover what is in here. There are pipes everywhere. I turn a corner to see that my brother has found one. He's tied it to a counter. "I will get revenge." He hisses through clenched teeth. I stand and watch as he grabs the parasite's hand, who appears to be a young man in his mid-twenties, and slowly crushes a finger. The parasite screams and wriggles about, trying to break free. My brother slowly crushes the other fingers, and eventually the rest of his hand. I continue to watch with a blank expression, though inside the screaming chills me. After crushing his other hand, my brother reaches up, takes the parasite's head between his hands, and squeezes. Blood runs through his fingers, and when he lets go, there is only a bloody mush left behind. Feeling sick, I turn away and continue along the room. My brother catches up to me, panting a little. "There must be a way they can move locations so quickly." I agree. At the end of a room we find a wardrobe. We glance at eachother, and nodding for him to get ready, I swiftly slide open the doors. They jam, leaving a gap. I quickly glance in, but there is nothing but junk inside. My brother scoffs, and turns to leave. "Wait." I say. I climb into the cupboard, tripping over the mass of objects inside, and find that the far wall is a mirror. But the mirror is blank. My brother follows me in. We walk into the mirror. It takes us to my gran's house. This fills me with apprehension, as I realise they have been in her house, and that they may be the reason she is sick. It's early morning, and she is most likely sleeping. My brother holds a finger to his lips, and silently as we can, we look around the room to see if we can find anything. At the back of the tv, we find a sleeping bag. My eyes narrow, and I decide to look upstairs. My brother keeps looking around the living room. I slowly go to the spare bedroom. My eyes dart around, trying to spot any hiding parasite's, but finding nothing. I peel back the covers of the bed, and jump back as a bat swings for my hand. Panting a little from shock, I see that there are two mechanical metal bats attatched to the end of the bed. They begin to swing and hit the bed from side to side rhythmically. I see that when they detect movement, they are designed to break a person's legs, and keep hitting them until their legs are destroyed, leaving them vulnerable to attack. Steadying myself, I grab a bat as it swings down. Clenching my teeth, I strain as I push the bat the other way until it breaks and stops moving. I do the same to the other. Just as I put the covers over it, my gran comes in. She is shocked, but delighted to see me. She goes downstairs to see my brother. A certain parasite must have placed something in her room to make her sick. I go through, looking around for any traps. Seeing nothing, I stand on her bed and look onto her wardrobe. There are wrist bands up there, and... a playing card. I grab them, and study them, though nothing appears to be wrong. My grandad comes in, and says that they are his. He talks about a book I should read, and then leaves. I go back downstairs with only the playing card. For some reason the card gives me a sense of dread. I look around for my brother, but he has disappeared. I look at the last place I saw him -behind the tv- but he is not there. I am about to turn away, when I spot something there. Leaning down, I pick up another card. Feeling truely fearful, I think that he is one of them.

Awake Non-Lucid It's one of those times, where I feel as though I'm in a completely different world. I feel as though I'm in a fantasy book. There was hills in front of me. I know that I have a power, some sort of magic. I see a girl up ahead. I have feeling that she has written, created, this power. What is this? I walk up to her, and ask her about it. She tries to explain it to me. She mentions a war, and that some people don't like this power. I get confused. "I still don't understand what I can do, or what this means." I say. She doesn't reply, looking a little hopeless. [Dreamskip] I'm in a supermarket. The power, or energy in me, is still there. I still don't understand what it is, does, or how to use it. I have an impulse to go to the bread aisle. I feel as though someone is watching or guiding me. I walk along, for some reason I try not to think about the power. There's that girl again. She's small, with short dark hair. I'm about to ask her more questions, when everyone stops. Everyone stares at me. "Run!" I hear. These are the people who don't like the power. Everyone's attention is on me. They hiss, looking animalistic. I start running, dodging through aisles and eventually through streets and walls. [Dreamskip] I'm now at school. I pulls my hood up, covering my face. These people don't like the power. They kill people with the power. I walk quickly towards the door, but I'm on the third floor. As soon as I think about it, everyone stops and glares at me, looking bloodthirdsty and murderous. In my head, I see a vivid visualisation of a giant blue eye on the wall, staring at me. This is the thing that controls the people. Before I think about it, I run as fast as I can down the stairs. I run into the quad, but they're advancing on me. I instinctively run up the side of a wall, knowing that the power allows me to do so. [Dreamskip] I see a map. It's set in blocks, each block a different colour of each part of the building. It looks like a giant maze. There's someone with me, but I don't see his face clearly. He whispers in my ear that they are still searching for us, and that we should avoid thinking of the power within the building, and get through it as fast as possible. So I open the door, and head into the maze. The first door shows an old woman, rocking in a chair, glaring at us. I say nothing, and offer no explanation, but simply go to the door in the room, and open it into another. I don't know how many doors I open and rooms I go into. But I see different things and people in each. Some are blank, some are disturbing. I start to feel scared when in one room, there is a girl crying in a corner. In the last, there is a dead black dog. I go to the dog, dispite the warning of my companion (I now realise that this was Asher. I couldn't see him, but I could feel him if that makes sense.) I slowly stroke the fur around the dogs ears, feeling terribly sad. My companion kneels down beside me, and puts his arm around my shoulders comfortingly. I roll the dog over to see that it has a zip going down it's chest, down it's stomach and to its tail. The zip is open, showing its organs and inside. I try to zip it back up, but the zip gets stuck. I get angry and frustrated, tugging and the zip harder and starting to cry when it doesn't go any furthur. I don't want to run, or hide, and I don't want this evil feeling around me. The guy grabs my hands and prys them off of the dog, slowly lifting me to my feet, keeping a hold of me to stop me falling over. Then I woke up. I've noticed that my dreams have more reacurring dream signs. But they're not mundane signs such as water or buildings. I dream of Asher, Katie, occasionally Skylar. The old hag/woman. The giant eye that watches me. Some sort of power is usually associated. It's like a puzzle I feel I have to solve.
Awake Non-Lucid Semi-Lucid Lucid My mum's in the house. She shouldn't be here -she doesn't live here anymore-. She's on a weight bench. My dad's next to her, but he seems ok that she's here. I frown, this isn't normal. I also appear to be in deep water. [Dreamskip] I'm on a road. It's nighttime and the lamposts are lit with orange light. Everything has a reddish tinge to it. I'm with a group of people from my school. I turn to the person beside me. She opens her bag. "I'm going on a date tonight, should I wear my grey dress or my blue dress?" I can't see both, the grey dress is nice. "The grey dress." I say. She looks at me as if i'm stupid. "But I'm going on a date." She says slowly. I roll my eyes and am about to reply when Rochelle walks up to us. There's bottles clinking together in a plastic bag. "Did you bring my half-bottle of vodka?" Asks the girl. On que, Rochelle opens the bag and brings it out. Why does she owe this girl vodka? And half a bottle? Suddenly my guidance teacher appears. "Girls!" She shouts, her gaze fixed on the alcohol. "What are you doing with that? And at this time of night!" I scowl, turning and running away. I hear Rochelle's voice behind me saying "You can't just run away!" But I do. I can't be bothered with this bullshit. I run down the pavement until I get to a grassy area. Suddenly with a burst of awareness, I realise I'm dreaming. There's a cushioned chair on the grass. I run up it and leap onto a garage. Rochelle runs panting up to them. Looking up, she shouts at me to come down. I manifest some crumpets, butter them, and sit munching on them. Eventually I shout down to her; "You see, I'm dreaming. This is all a dream." I grin when she looks confused, merrily rolling my eyes. I jump down from the garages into a shop. Looking around, it looks as though I'm on holiday. The sun is shining, and the shop is for merchandise. Where's Asher? I stroll around, wondering why I never see him anymore. Suddenly my mobile buzzes in my pocket. "Hello?" "Hi." I gasp. The voice is Asher's. "Asher? How come you never come when I look for you?" I ask, pulling things fro shelfs, such as keyrings and card sets. "You see, I live on Jupiter." I pause. "The planet?" He laughs. "Yeah. Why do you think that in your second lucid dream after we met, you felt such a strong impulse to fly into space? Your home is there." Realisation hits me as I remember that dream. "Is Skylar there?" "No." He says is bluntly, coldly even. "What about Katie?" "Nope." "I met her y'know. I met who I think is your family." And then I woke up... Goddammit.
Awake Non-lucid I'm in my school's drama studio. It's a large, open grey space, with blackout curtains and lights everywhere. There are tables set out in it. There seems to be a cliff at one end. A boy I don't know stands on the edge. The people of my class watch, silently. I look over the edge of the cliff and see a clouded, rushing river. I turn to the boy; "Are you gonna jump or what?" I ask impatiently. He shrugs. I leap off the edge. I land in the river. It's muddier than I thought. I climb out, and make my way back up to the studio. When I get to the top -a dank smell clinging to my hair and dripping wet- there's a woman at the door. She says I have a piano lesson. Oops, I forgot about that. I grab my bag and make my way to my practice room, seating myself on the stool. Three women are cramped into he room. One has red hair, and sits quietly. The other two look old and stern. "I'm taking this lesson today." Says one of the women. "Where is your music?" I take my folder of music sheets from my bag. Taking them out, I realise in anger that they're the wrong ones. One is called "Po Po" and the other "The log". "I don't have them, but I can play them from memory." The woman scowls. "Well that's not good enough! Sit down right now!" I sit. This is usually around the time when I look uninterested in what the teacher is saying. A surefire way to piss them off. So I hold my hand up, inspecting my nails, picking bits of dirt out of them. As expected, this angers the woman. She leaves for a moment. I decide that she's a grouchy cow and I'm not putting up with it. "Listen, pal. My piano teacher's a bit of a bitch as it is. I don't need you, someone I don't even know, coming in here and nagging at me. Especially when, let's face it, I can play all my pieces and this lesson lasts half an hour." I snarl when the woman gets back. I smile at the red haired girl. "I'm guessing you're a student, who's working with this old hag. I don't envy you, love." The old womans face grows red with anger. She's truely furious. I hold in a laugh. "You have a severe attitude problem young lady. Get out of this room." I leave, looking around to find my music teacher. When I find her, she smiles sympathetically. Something hits me. With horror, I realise those people were my examinars. "You sent them to have a lesson with me? Why didn't you tell me!?" My back slides down the wall, and I huddle down, crying. I have well and truely screwed up my exam. I'm guessing this dream came from the fact that I have my music exam next week () and I don't feel totally prepared. Also that I hate my piano teacher, she's a bit of an impatient bitch and I would absolutely love to tell her. I refrain myself though...
Awake Non-Lucid Rochelle and I are outiside, looking towards a window of a house. We look toward a porch, where there's a bbq, with a very, very hot guy (someone from my school actually) tending to it. I walk up, just intending to take a look. The guy (Kyle) looks up and smiles. "Hey, what's your name?" he asks. "Korley," I say and smile back. "What are you doing?" He looks at the bbq, and then switches it off. "Talking to you.." He grins. I to Rochelle, who's still outside of the porch, with a giant "" expression. Kyle and I talk for a bit, though I'm too busy admiring him to pay much attention. He has plum coloured hair that's kinda long, with gorgeous blue eyes and white smile. Not bad, not bad... His PS3 randomly switches on. He apologises and goes to switch it off. His bed is on the porch, and he climbs onto it. "I could kick your ass at COD." I smirk. I seem to believe I'm a black belt too, and dive onto the grass to show off some moves. "You know I used to be kinda intemidated by you." I say, totally comfortable. He frowns, "Why?" I tell him that I just never got the chance to talk to him. He laughs and hugs me, saying how silly I am. I grin stupidly to myself. I have to say, even though this was quite a mundane dream, I enjoyed it very much
I think I had a good dream (by good I mean dramatic, not friendly) last night, but I remember waking up slightly depressed from it and thinking "I don't want to remember this dream" and let it slip from my mind. I remember a vague image of darkness, and remember being dressed all in black like a ninja. I think I was crouched on someone's house and being shouted at by someone. I also remember seeing someone with orange hair, accusing me of something. I wish I'd remembered it now, but considering my dad woke me up by throwing underwear at my head, I had a bit more on my mind!
Found some time to write the rest! Awake Non-Lucid So, Arron the wolf and I are going to hunt Rochelle and complete the game. The woods are still dark, but I find a small tunnel. I manage to crawl through, until I come across two girls my age. They're part of the game. I hit one, causing her face to hit the tunnel, the other one snaps a picture, and then punches me. I float upwards, through the tunnel. She killed me, but the game isn't complete. It looks like she's dead too. I am not human anymore, or not in human form. I'm simply there. I realise that in the middle of the forest is a large, field like square patch of sand. There's a building in the middle. Two guys stand next to each other on it. The sky is red, with black clouds hanging in the air. A voice rings out. It says that the two men will fight to the death. The survivor will win the game. I float closer, to get a better look. One of them is short and bald. He's covered in thin, golden tattoos and is chinese. The other is taller, arrogant looking, and from korea. The Korean man wins. I drop onto the building to start a new game. The Korean guy attacks me. I back flip, kicking him in the face. The two girls scream and rush forwards. I have no experience in fighting but the moves come from no where. I spin my hands around, punching, kicking and flipping about like people in videogames. Eventually I get hit though, and I die again.
Awake Non-Lucid Vivid I'm up town with some friends. Some other people who I don't usually talk to are here too. I ignore them, and joke with my friends. My mum comes up to me and drags me into a shop. She grabs an off the shoulder white top and pulls it on me, and then puts a black corset on over it. "Mum! What are you doing?" I gasp as she pulls on the string on the back, making it very, very tight. She ignores me, and pulls a black cardigan out of her bag, putting it on me. She dusts her hands off, looking over me. She smiles, pleased with herself. "Just make sure you keep that corset tight." She says. Then she kisses me on the cheek, and leaves. I go back to my friends. "Who wants a frappacino?" I ask. We walk to the nearest Starbucks. Most of the people have left, and it's just me, Rochelle and Arron. I find that we've walked down a forest path. I know this path, I take my dogs out walking here. The three of us start to get a bit hyper, laughing and pushing eachother around playfully. Arron chases us, and we run. I get into a more serious mood and I realise we're playing hidey. I run forward fast, Rochelle just in front of me. We run deeper into the forest, until there is no path. Suddenly it's dark. I can barely see at all. I hear a snarl from behind me, and turning slightly, see that Arron has turned into a black wolf. I panic slightly, and push myself to run faster. We're lost, it's nightime and I can barely see a thing. Just black and grey shapes in front of me. But maybe that's a good thing. I veer off, slowing down, trying to be as quiet as possible because I'm assuming he can't see me. But I step on a twig and it cracks. The wolf Arron pads up to me. "Gotcha." He says. What? I thought this was serious now. I thought he would eat me. I laugh in relief. "Want to work together to hunt down Rochelle? Either that or you die." He says, giving a wolfy shrug. I won't actually die, or at least, not until the game is finished. But I agree. I'm gonna write the rest (part two?) later because I need to go!
Awake Non-Lucid I'm on a road made of mud. It comes up to my ankles, and the air carries a light scent of hay. A fence runs along to my left. I walk alongside the fence. Soon I come to a large stable. There are only guys here. Suits me. They're taking out horses and tack. "Hey!" I call to one of them. "Hey, how much is it for a lesson here?" I want to change stables. This one looks as though it would suit me perfectly. The person I called to turns around and looks me over. The other people study me, slight smiles on their faces. They look very arrogant. I keep myself standing straight, chin raised slightly, holding their gazes. Finally, one of them says "£28 per hour." I scoff. That was almost twice as much as I usually pay. "Well if you don't like it," he said, "you can go find somewhere else." I turn, about to leave. Then I stop, and turn back. "No," I walk up to one of the horses, "I'll stay." People carry on with their business.
Ok I just typed up like half my dream but it's gone so I'm cutting out the non-lucid beginning because nothing much happens anyway. Awake Non-Lucid Semi-Lucid Lucid I glance around my room. Now that I think about it... Everything here seems odd. Not normal at all.. Could I be dreaming? I RC and find that I am. As always, I do a few more to be certain. I run out to the front of my house. I'm a little stunned at what I see. My neighborhood estate is gone, and in it's place it a sprawling city, like the ones in fantasy books. The buildings are in shades of cream and orange, and their structures are narrow and tall. They reach multiple levels, and arched bridges link them to one another. In the middle is the tallest -and narrowist- of the buildings. It's like the one in Oblivion's Imperial City, exept the other buildings are taller and not all the same height. In fact... I've been here before! I remember it now. It was in another dream, although I stuck to jumping around the lower levels instead of going to the main Spire. That's what this city is called, the City of Spires. I look at the main Spire... Is there something up there! But then I remember Asher. I'm starting to doubt him now. Is he just a piece of my imagination, something I unconsciously conjured up, or is he really my DG and therefore part of my dreams? I shout his name, looking around. Nothing. I jump, flying towards the top of a building to get a better view. I can't see him anywhere. The top spire maybe? Then I remember something else. This city changes too. I've also seen the buildings black, and the sky red. The buildings were more like spikes jutting from the ground, and the world was flat. You could literally fall off the end. But no time to think about that now, I have a certain boy to find. I fly up to the top of the main spire. There's a person there, in a heavy metal armour. I'm about to ask him if he knows who/where Asher is, when he morphs into a mirror. For a second I'm afraid, I don't like mirrors in dreams. But all it shows is my reflection. My hair is shorter, but that's it. I step into the mirror. It takes me to a low-lit corridor. At the end of the corridor I can see someone. A figure with dark hair, tall, wearing black. Asher? I run forwards, reaching the end of the corridor at an impossible speed. But the figure is gone. I can feel myself frowning unhappily. Some people walk up to me. There's three female teens, and two males. There's also a man and a woman, who I assume is their parents. The mother gives me a kind smile. "Looking for someone dear?" She asks. The teenagers wander off down the corridor. "Yes. Do you know who Asher is and where I can find him?" I ask hopefully. Maybe they know him. Wait what? That's a stupid thing to think. They're just DC's. But they don't feel like DC's. They seem different. Real somehow. The woman nods. "Yes, I know Asher. Tell me dear, do you belong in the Dreamworld or the Wakingworld?" She waits patiently as my thoughts go a little crazy. This is just a dream. This is just a dream. This is just a dream. So why do I feel like she's alive? "What?" She's confused me. She takes my arm, and leads me down to the corridor, into a cozy looking living room. The teenagers are lounging around on various sofas, eating and talking quietly. The woman looks right into my eyes. "Do you live in the Dreamworld, like us," She gestures around her. "Or the Wakingworld." "...The... Wakingworld?" I say. Well, I am currently in my bed sleeping. God this dream is so weird. "You look confused dear, there is something that you do not understand." I nod. "You're just so.... I dunno... You're not like normal DCs." I look around at the teenagers. They watch me, but act so normal, saying nothing. The woman sits down across from me, giving me a warm smile. "How do you know Asher?" I explain that he comes into my dreams sometimes, usually when I'm in trouble. I also explain how I'm not sure if he's there just because I expect him to be now. I don't know why I'm telling this to a DC, a roomful of them, but I've heard of people interviewing DC's. "Yes..." She says, settling back. Her face grows dreamy, like she's remembering something from long ago. "I knew someone like that once. He was from the Wakingworld, and would visit me occasionally." I grow even more stunned. Maybe she's talking about a lucid dreamer. "But... When I turned seventeen, he stopped visiting me." She frowns sadly "I don't know why." "Oh..." I don't really know what to make of this. But I do feel sympathetic. "Maybe you have limited time with Asher too." 36 hours pops into my head. No. Just because that happened to her doesn't mean that happened to me. I notice one of the girls staring at me. She's blonde, I recognise her. The mother gets up and goes through to a kitchen. Wait a minute... It's Katie. Someone else I see in my dreams. She tries to hurt me, sabotage me. She gives me a cold look. If Katie is that womans daughter, isn't Katie Asher's sister? I look around at the others. Is this his family? This dream is making me question DCs. I repeat to myself several times in my head what's happened so I can recall it later. I glare at Katie. My lucidity fades a bit. The woman comes in and hands me a plate of sausages. I whisper to her that Katie is evil. The woman's face displays nothing, but I know that she's thinking about it. I take a bite of sausage, looking around at the rest of the family. The two boys look like the youngest, and twins. Another of the girls are blonde, but she looks like the oldest. The other girl has long black hair, and introduces herself to me as Paula. I lose the rest of my lucidity, and we sit around a table. Everyone has sheets of paper, and seem to be working on something. I look down at my own sheet, and find it's got numbers and writing halfway down it. The others seem as though they've been trained to do whatever it is we're doing. The father mentions an ancient system. Let's just say that this dream confused the hell out of me. The DC's weren't stupid, they felt very, very real and intelligent. They seemed as though they knew exactly what was going on.
