My favorite two are black tea from the Yunnan region of China, and jasmine green tea (also from China). Adagio's Yunnan Gold is probably my favorite variety, and Jasmine Yin Hao (also Adagio) is my favorite green.

      Here's what I do:
I get some green tea leaves(the long pointy ones, about 30cm), boil them then add black tea. that combination is really delicious!
Also I love zhourat(in arabic, don't know the translation) and zahtar(I think that's thyme)
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

I'm not exactly a tea-connoisseur as you lot appear to be, but I will throw in saying that I love Rooibos Tea!

I enjoy a hot cup of chamomile tea for gloomy weather, when I don't feel good, or to help me fall asleep BUT my favorite tea that I can drink all day everyday is the Strawberry Paraiso, iced, with german rock sugar from TEAVANNA xD Man I could really go for that right now!

Do you really think the rock sugar makes a difference? I've heard of quite a few people using it now and everyone seems to think it's quite good. I never drink sugar in my tea (tea is usually quite sweet already, if it's not than it shouldn't be sweetened is my philosophy )

Lately I've been drinking a lot of jasmine, or lotus tea because I have a huge pot of it. Though a nice cup of black tea with milk goes well with savoury dinners, or on a gloomy cold day (which is pretty much every day).

I even drank horse chestnut tea, and it sucks. Ill stick with peppermint for now since it's back in season.

I'm a big tea drinker - my house is full of green/herbal teas.
The one I'm drinking the most of currently is dandelion tea, but that's more for the antioxidants than the taste.
Green tea with jasmine is probably my favourite taste. No milk or sweeteners.
I usually buy my tea online, and anything organic is good with me.

I really do because when I would get the regular sugar they would need to put a TON to get just a hint of sweetness, but now that I get the german rock sugar it taste sweeter without using as much xD Some teas I prefer with no sugar but most are too bitter for me. I see you are located in Ireland how awesome my goodness I would do anything to live in a place that is always gloomy and cold (FAV weather of all time). Where I live its sunny 365 days a year and SUPER hot.....

I'm about to have some mugwort tea before bed.
The first time I tried it (a few years ago), I thought it was absolutely foul, so I avoided it for ages. But I had some again last week and didn't think it was unpleasant at all! I think my first one was just ridiculously strong. I haven't decided whether I really like it yet, but apparently it can produce some vivid dreams!

Might the foul tea you experienced have been wormwood, rather than mugwort? They are closely related, and both have traditionally been used to aid dreaming. But whereas mugwort normally has a fairly subtle taste, wormwood tastes like it was expelled from hell on grounds of excessive cruelty.

Same goes for valerian tea and horse chestnut tea, they both taste vile. It's a shame because they both supposedly enhance dreams as well.

Why can't everything just be awesome like mint.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure it was mugwort... But I remember we didn't have a tea strainer, so we just put the loose herbs straight into the cup and added boiling water. It was overwhelmingly strong, I'm sure any tea would have tasted bad at that strength.

I ended up drinking some during a WBTB last night, and had a lucid dream with vivid recall. Not sure if it was just a coincidence, but I might start drinking mugwort tea more often to find out.

Straight up head to head between chamomile and green with jasmine.

Recently had honeybush vanilla and it was amazing. The smell literally makes you happy and the taste is wonderful. I may be a bit of a vanilla nut, but even brewed weak it's quite delicious. I'm also always a fan of chai when I'm relaxing.

I do look forward to trying Kratom tea and Dream Herb tea (yes sometimes I use ethnobotanicals like drugs..)
But for plain ordinary tea, probably Twining's green tea because I feel healthier haha! I'm more of a coffee person since I've been drinking coffee since I was 4 (nearly 17 now)

If by "Dream Herb tea" you are referring to Calea Zaccatechichi, then be forewarned: it tastes so bitter, that all happiness will be drained away from you, sip by sip, and it will change your view on life, the universe, and everything.

On the other hand, it is a great character builder: taking the first sip is easy, but for every subsequent sip you take, your will power increases.
So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?

Calea doesn't taste that bad if you have it fresh. Grow your own plants everyone! So rewarding!

I like Long Jing/Lung Ching/Dragonwell green tea. My favourite ever. Also Chamomile and also white tea (proper loose leaf white tea from China, but any is good).

Rooibos with sweetened milk or creamer, fruity chamomile with agave, iced chai's, lavender and hibiscus, peppermint, and lapsang souchong, iced orange pekoe, milky matcha, and nutty mate's. I would like to try honey bush, lemongrass, and darjeeling.

With a mom from Alabama and a dad from Virginia, there's only one obvious choice:
