What is a DEILD? -----> DEILD
Seriously.
I've read like twenty guides for DEILDs, and almost every of them say it's "tricky" or requires a "high level of recall"... one of them said it was "very hard". I laughed at it.
DEILDING IS EASY!!!
I am a newbie.
I've been lucid dreaming for like a month only, and I don't really put too much work to Lucid Dreaming.
Last week I had a lucid dream. As I felt the dream was ending, I kept my eyes closed and relaxed. For moments, I felt my body laying on my bed, then I opened my eyes. I was on a strange place, that looked like Chemical Plant Zone from Sonic 2.
I waddled around for some minutes, then again I felt the dream fading away. I did thee same as before. And for my surprise, I did it. I just created my first 3-dream-chain.
I couldn't DEILD again, thought, but three dreams in one night was INSANE for me.
Four days ago (I think) I had a lucid dream. For my surprise, I transformed that dream into 2 more dreams.
Another 3 chained dreams.
Then I realised.
Before those two weeks, I used to put too much pressure to myself. I wanted to lucid dream no matter what. Because I thought that Lucid Dreaming was very hard.
Oh boy I was dumb.
After I got lazy, I just trusted myself, and the super combos started coming.
There is the key people!!
DEILDing is easy!
All you have to do is close your eyes when your dream is ending, and don't move at all. Also, clear your mind. Don't think of anything.
It's that easy.
If you don't trust yourself, your subconscious will feel insulted and will give you no lucid dreams.
I've had a lot of success with that.
Before that I was on a dry spell. Did I mention that?
