+ I'm in an ocean-view apartment with my wife, I go to the front door to look out at the ocean, I will look through a tall narrow window, I want to smell the ocean air as well. I do not want to go out on the street. I get to the window and open it and look out, far away is a bright beautiful blue ocean scene, there is lots of driftwood in the water looking like little toothpicks at this distance. I go out into an entrance area and look all around it, it is as wide as the house but very short, just a meter or two, I see some sparse furniture like a chair and a vase(?), I want to take a picture of this area and send it to my sister but that's silly because she helped us move in and already saw the place.

I turn around and look back into the apartment. I'm amazed at how huge our apartment is. It is a large carpeted (white/beige) expanse that is actually the street view of the court my childhood home is located on, the view is part outdoors, part indoors. Turning to my left I see/know there's an attachment there and another entire home is located through that entryway, (there's some thought about this and my dad says to keep things the way they are?)

+ I've returned to company N after being only 2 weeks at company B. I feel rather bad about leaving company B, I don't want to face B's president, but some other people have also left to return to N including childhood friend ChBnr. I'm sitting in a group with JW from company N. Maybe I can receive double salary for a while?

+ serving ice cream to an (indian?) man. I'm speaking and offering a choice of chocolate <this>, chocolate <that>, Funky Monkey. He says he wants probably the chocolate one the fruity one is too sweet and I agree with this, I have a scoop in my hand and a large, open multi-gallon container of ice cream in front of me.

+ in an inside location, no room for the group, they could sleep in the elevator that's going up to the right, they don't want to, there may be a red mat at the top for them to sleep on

+ different options for getting back out chip design: there are various simulators but we could just get the real design back from the foundry right away, and if so what's the point of the other options?

+ talking to the neighbors of childhood home, I was amazed to find that after all these years, the mother there was originally from <my country>, and tried to remember/pronounce the name of her city several times

more dreams but they're buried deeply, didn't want to dig for them at the possible expense of insomnia.

05:30 get up eat bowl of cereal
07:45 breakfast duty

09:00? back to bed, exhausted, fall asleep pretty quickly

12:45 still exhausted but decide to get up

Lots of dreams but just too tired to remember them:

+(f) entering a forbidden hallway with guards down at the other end who come running to me

+(f) in a house giving a ring as a present to a woman

+(f) outdoors in a garden fussing with a hose some threatening guy comes by

and lots more but they faded away
