Bedtime TOO LATE again, argh!

Started reading Holecek again from the beginning.

+ I'm outdoors in an unknown place and I'm calling/screaming out for my son S2 to answer me, I'm looking for him. "S2! S2!" I hear an answer and I'm trying to triangulate his location from the voice. I come upon a house and I see my wife standing on a level platform above street level, she's holding the leash to our old dog L and she says something

+ I'm in a house, walking around, in one room the floor is caved in in places, and I'm afraid I might fall through. I probe those places with my foot and the floor collapses entirely revealing some open wooden beams and a guy or two crawling around in the area under the floor, they're talking about the floor with me.
Something about moving a heavy object.
