Thread: How often do you lucid dream?

I'd say I get lucid about 80-95% of the time nowadays.

Right now, it's all over the place because I'm coming out of a dryspell. Had 2 this week, though, and am hoping for a third today during a nap!

Had two a month april, may, and june. So far i have had one this month, i guess another one is just around the corner

over the last three months i avg out to about 2 lucid dreams a day. keep in mind there are days that i wont lucid dream at all but when i do manage to become aware i can chain 3 or more in one night thus the 3month avg. namaste.

I've had 2 LD my first week trying, 3 my second and 5 so far my third.
I also usually link 2 or 3 together but just count them as 1 LD unless there's a large gap between them.
I just hope it lasts.

I attempted to lucid dream never managed to become lucid how ever I managed to recall 4 dreams!, never done that before.

It's not so easy for everyone. You can't just expect them to come within days. For some, they do. Some are naturally good at it once they hear about it. But someone like me, they were once per 6 months event until recently. Now they're roughly once per 2 weeks, and not even that enjoyable because my dream stability is meh.

around 50% lucidity: every night
more than 70% lucidity: 1-2 in a week
more than 90% lucidity: depending on what I saw & my emotions during the day

Now I get like 3 a week, but it's like when I get lucid I have a better chance to become lucid again that same night.

When I started out it was about 2-3 a week. I've had a long break from lucid dreaming due to college, job, girlfriend, etc. Its went down to about 1-2 per month since then. Had one the other day and last week though so I'm moving back on track at least. Gotta stick with it is all I gotta say.

I used to LD 2-6 times a night, and now I've had two super short LDs in the past year. I'm just now getting back into it though.

When I first started learning to lucid dream I had about 1 short lucid dream every 2 months. As I got better I started having 2 every month and now I have about 3+ a week!

Lately, I've been lucid about once or twice per week without any real effort. On top of that, I will normally WILD a few nights per week. Those are the good nights

I have lucids every 2-3 days with the current effort I am putting in.

I used to have a couple per week and im getting back into it now

I average about two per week apart from the last fortnight.. Better get back ontop of things!

And I'm back to LDing nightly it seems.

I LD'd the last too nights and with much greater results than my others. (on average. I have had one extremely vivid and controlled dream before.)

But now I'm reaching goals and not just dreaming.

I've had about 8 since I found out about it around 2 months ago.

Well for me it seems like age has decreased my lucidity rate. When I was younger I remember having them quite often (and 80% were probably based of a single recurring dream) but the older I got the less frequent they became. Now I will get one every now and then. Though since I joined DV it did pick up a little bit but not to the levels it was years and years ago.

Fully lucid long dreams happen every once in a while and are filled with mostly two powers (flight and teleporting)

I think I LD maybe 5 times a month. But I believe it would've higher if I try to LD everyday(You see, I only try to LD when I am motivated. But I rarely get motivated nowadays. It could've 15 LDs/month if I'm always motivated)

1 every couple of nights. Sometimes even 2 per night.
