Lest my omission be construed as an admission....I do not "consciously alienate open-minded sceptics by throwing [my] private stuff at them, and hoping they shut up, in order not to feel embarrassed, or embarrass [me]". I can't deny that it looks that way to you, but this is most emphatically not what I was doing.

[Edit: Another clarification, with hindsight....I'd never intended our interaction to be a scientific demonstration of shared dreaming, and never imagined you or anyone else would interpret it as one. It was a failed attempt to give you an opportunity to experience shared dreaming, hopefully with some content that is objectively verifiable by you if not by other people. This isn't meant to convince anyone else about anything, or even to convince you decisively, but just to give you a better clue about the subject actually is, as opposed to your straw-men-from-a-distance.]
