Dream fragments:

I drove like a maniac to go to my house.

Background: I watched an inspirational video when I did WBTB, I woke up around 3 am, I slept around 4:30 am . It was about success and becoming successful. I also watched a video about Mohammed Ali saying "I will show you how great I am". I watched this before bed. I didn't read about LD though. I went to sleep and I accepted that if I don't get a LD it is because I didn't work hard. Not because I can't have one. I said to myself 'I will show you how great I am'. I kept saying this imagining myself become lucid.

I had a dream but I got awoken up by my alarm at 5:50. I went back to sleep and got this.

Dream fragment 1 from 8:20pm-2:30am"": I was in some room and we were told to decorate something. This girl followed me around and I walked up to her and I said, "what is your name?"she said, "Cindy". She looked down at her shoe all shy. I walked around my sister's room she had art pieces that I have never seen on canvas. Her room is usually a mess so I didn't see it as much. I met some nurses on my way. They were telling me that they were nurses before they even had a degree. I came back to the room and Cindy already decorated it for me. She yelled surprise and everybody pops out of their hiding spot. The decoration looked colorful and vibrant but mostly childish and innocent. Their was flowers and little trees. I told her it looked magnificent and that she knows how to decorate. I thought in my head though, it is still a bit childish but it is fine.

This guy came tripped over a tree Cindy made and he rolled on a movable chair and he kept rolling around for a while. We were all laughing. It seemed that we were in a different context as he fell. The scene changed with out my notice. We were now in some sort of comedy sketch. Apparently porn stars came to watch the comedy sketch. These were not porn stars but people I know in waking life, they are not friends of mine just people that I see around some times. I laid down on three chairs as I watched the comedy sketch. I became aware of that and I thought I wouldn't normally act like this. I started becoming self conscious about myself but for some reason stopped caring. DC were getting upset because I was talking to my friend. They kept looking at me with disgust. Then the alleged porn stars started talking about their nipple piercing. I was still laying down so I didn't see it, but every one else that saw it became disgusted by it. The one that showed her nipple piercing left to her boyfriend. Apparently he forced her to get the piercing. I went outside with my friends to see the drama. I see this guy walking behind her, skinny scrawny guy. It looked like DMX. I started laughing, I said, "DMX is like give me back my crack women!". The DC started laughing with me, I didn't like what I said, I felt sad that I was laughing at somebody's misfortunes. This DC started starring at me, he gave me a death stare. I said to him, "If DMX didn't smoke crack he would be a better role model". He snapped out of the trance, and he said, "ah huh yeah". He grabbed a basketball and he made it. Then I caught the rebound. They had about three now. It kept coming to me. This guy walked by me with his basketball. We switched off. I left them to go inside.

I saw about 3 or 4 people. I thought there is no way all those people left through the door that I walked from. Their was a bigger door in front of us but I thought they couldn't leave that fast. Let me do a RC. I looked at my hands and counted 1..2..3..4...5 but as I was doing this I noticed that for each hand there was multiple copies of one finger as I moved it to count. I realized I was dreaming. I said I am dreaming to the DC. She looked at me without a care in the world. I told her to get out my way. She didn't want to move. I started to get very angry. I tried stabilizing the dream but couldn't. It got dark. I told myself to let go a little of my lucidity.I started seeing this bright light shaking and making, "Vhmmmm" noises.I lost full lucidity and had a dream about being on a YouTube video

Background: I didn't do any type of meditation. I didn't do any incubation or visualizations.

Dream fragment 1, 8:13pm-2:52am."": I remember walking to the living room. My sister was watching sponge-bob with me. She gave me a sandwich, she asked me to put something on it. As I was walking to the kitchen I thought what was that darn thing she asked for. I opened up drawers. I walked back to her and I said what did you want again? she said mayonnaise, I asked mayo or mayonnaise? not catching they are the same thing my sister said mayonnaise, I didn't catch it either. I went outside and I saw this machine that spun around squirting water all over the place and it propels itself.

I also remember my mother telling me about spirituality, and the part I remember most was an advice she gave me, "remember what makes you happy and try to let go what doesn't".I thought this was a much needed advice. I woke up feeling like crap on my neck and I realized I was tossing and turning nearly the whole night.

Background:.
I didn't do any technique. I didn't meditate or even RC the day before. Why? I took an exam for chemistry and I couldn't stop thinking about it. It drove me mad. I tried to sustain it but couldn't. And boy did my dream recall suck.

Dream fragment 1, 8:46pm-2:14am."": I was in chemistry class and I didn't do lab. I remember being sad. The group was mad at me because I wasn't trying hard enough. And this guy was telling me humans could live in harmony with animals, there was a deer right next to me. I forgot where I lived so I searched in the air. I was also at the beach

Too lazy 2 write it today, so I will write it tomorrow.

Journal Entry non-lucid #31 Dream, non-dream (Comments)

Background: I prepared for sleep early. I made some juice well it wasn't really juice. I took out some avocado and I pealed it. I put it into a paper cup and I grinned it up with a knife after getting the inside. I put a little amount of water in their. I added a banana, and did the same with the banana inside of it. I added a little amount of milk. And I put some grapes, I had to hand squeeze though. After I had some of that I made me some tea, I thought it was the "calm chamomile" but it something else. The tea tasted nasty so I ate some cookies with it. I tried doing a sleep meditation by Diana Winston from UCLA. I feel asleep before I could commence with the mantras and the visualization. Hopefully tomorrow.

Dream fragment 1, 8:15pm-1:10am."": I was with my cousin FN and she asked me to look for her shoe for her. At first I said no but I said ok

Dream fragment 2, 8:15pm-1:10am."": I helped a girl from my Chemistry class with mathematics.

Dream fragment 3, 8:15pm-1:10am."": I was in chemistry class and we were sitting in a hexagon table like usually. I was with this Asian guy that is from my chemistry class, and another guy. We watched a video about mortality. I don't recall the video. The Asian guy asked me a question(I don't recall) about mortality. I told him it is nice to be alive or to believe you are, and who knows what if we enjoy death. I looked at my body and felt my life force, IDK how to explain it. The dream clarity increase tremendously when I felt my life force. I turned around and they were gone. I thought that is strange. I looked at my hands and started to count, I don't remember if I had a certain amount of fingers. I turn back around and they were right their. The Asian guy smiled at me.

Dream fragment 4, 8:15pm-1:10am."": I was inside church. I saw my counselor and I had to wait to talk to her because she was busy with a lot of people. BS dad was looking for him. They asked me and I didn't know. This multiracial girl, who look an islander came and hugged my counselor saying, "you're so fluffy". I thought it was an insult and looked at her weird and my counselor did same. She said I am sorry I didn't know you spoke English.

I walked to my room (environmental change). I had a half eaten doughnut and I was about to throw it away but I saw my cousin, SA. She was on my PS3. I asked her if she wanted it. She was so happy. She had a twinkle in her eyes. This kid from church, BT, tried to play on my PS3. I asked them if they seen BS. They said he sneaked out. He went into this opening in my closet. I thought how strange once you tell someone the truth and give them freewill, they immediately do something bad. I went outside to investigate.

I got distracted by my sister. She was in the car with many other people. She had her window opened only to the point that I could see her eyes and half her nose. She was on the right side of the car, European style. She said something that was personal. I responded, "look at you! In your half dream state, you don't even know what you are saying". She said, "what?". I tried to explain it to her but she couldn't comprehended. I thought about how she acted in her dream like state and thought maybe that is why she can't LD. She drove off like a manic. I turned around and I see my house, and my sister going their. Their was all these guys, 6 feet something tall. They were all black as well. I became angry, I didn't want them in my house. I told them they better leave or I will stab them with a knife. I told them that this is private property and if i hurt them I will not be responsible. This one guy walked into the garage. I ran into the house and grabbed a kitchen knife. I go to the garage and he has a hammer. He tried to hit me and he missed. I went back to the garage to get a longer knife. I could hear him hitting the wall as if he forgot why he was swinging in the first place. I run back down and they were gone. The walls were ok. I saw my sister drive off. I saw a cop car on the other side on my neighbor's house. Apparently my grandmother moved out and lived in front of our house. The cop was no other than my Calc I, teacher. I asked him to come over so we can talk about what happened. He said he has to talk to his grandmother. I thought wait what.

I turn around and I see a man from my Calc III class, PY. He was now a math teacher. I was going to be in one of his classrooms. He was talking to this guy. The scene looked dark and rainy. As I was trying to talk to PY, he turned around. So I walked through the gates and followed them. They were laughing and talking very loudly. We went up stair and their is a music class room their. They are still talking very loudly. Everybody was looking at them funny. One old lady had the courage to ask them to lower their voices down.

I got up multiple times during this time. And I finally got up at 1:10 am and stayed up until 5:00. In that time span, I tried making music and I watched videos, and I talked to my sister. Yeah she sleeps real late. I also drank some tea.

Dream fragment 5, 5:10pm-7:23am."": I was driving my car in the freeway with my parents. I was loosing control of the wheel it felt like someone was grabbing on to it. I saw a hand but no person. I got into a little car accident where my bumper kissed another. I said I can't drive under these conditions and I parked the car at the side of the free way. A lot of people were there as well. My dad found an an awkward sink and he pointed out how weird it was. I on the other hand was embarrassed that he was using a sink to wash his face in the middle of the freeway.

Dream fragment 6, 5:10pm-7:23am."": I was talking to my teacher about my grades but the assignments I had didn't match his. He kept asking me for a certain paper and I tell him and they don't match. He kept asking me, but I stopped responding. He asked me why. I told him we don't have the same assignments. A TA came inside and got on a lap top. He had chicken grease all over the laptop. I started singing for some reason.

Dream fragment 1, 8:46pm-1:14am."": I was with this old man. He was tutoring me about something. They told me I have to leave. I went with the old man. We were going towards a military truck. The old man left with another car. I had a war machine gun on my car. I plowed through the gates to get in. I saw my friend HR inside of a car. He convinced me that he was friendly. Him and his friends tried to get the old man inside their car. I put a gernade in the car to kill him, my friend. I got the old man. My friend was mad. He said why you triying to kill me. I told him he tried to trick me. Then he turned into my father and he said you were going to burn your own father.

Dream fragment 2, 8:46pm-1:14am I was venom from spider man, it looked pretty cartoony. Their was alot of venoms in the street. We had to try and kill the hulk.


I got up to do a WBTB. Had a hard time going back to sleep.

Dream fragment 1, 8:42pm-1:51am."": I helped my sister look for a ride. I think in the parking lot I tried to sleep. I got up and I saw all these people recording me with their iphones and cameras. I saw lebron james running, he had a full grown beard. He was angry because he's not famous anymore, and nobody cared about him. This other guy next to me got yelled at by Lebron about something. We decided to do some sort of exchange. I take picture of him thus giving him his fame back and he did something with other guy to return favor.

Dream fragment 2, 4:01am-6:00amThis guy took over my room and I had no where to sleep. I was angry at first. I looked at his hands and he had this gassy substance with him. I read SO3, I thought it was chemical. It was inside a water bottle, and I thought oh man that is going to convert into sulfuric acid, H2SO4. It started turning black and bubbling. I don't know what color it actually is suppose to be but I saw black. He fell asleep with it and I tried to wake him up to remove it.

Background: I have been acting very curious in waking life after watching a youtube channel called "shots of awe". Well he recommends that we look for awe in every day life. So I have been doing that looking at the walls in my house with interest, the rain drops and anything else.

Dream fragment 1, 8:35pm-2:05am."": My cousin was complaining about how heavy an item was. She asked me to carry it for her. I said, "but after a while I said ok". I looked at it I think it was a heater small enough to carry but really heavy. I started observing it turning it around. Writing was all over it, I think it was warning label

Dream fragment 2, 2:10am-3:13am." Short lucid": I was next to swimming pool and I was with my cousin, AL. I told him about our annoying cat, some body said you don't have a cat. I thought "hmm why did I just lie then". My cousin was in the swimming pool. I was touching the water with my feet but I didn't want to go in the water. I did this to all the corners of the pool. I wanted to go to my cousin without touching the water. I flew to him, and I thought we were having a shared dream experience. I told him it is a dream, then I realized. Then he started to float a little, I tried to help him stay up. I started to sink. I decided to meditate on my breath. I started hearing my breath and imaging it floating like it did in another LD I had. It started floating but it wasn't like the other time. Then a kid from my church, ES, came and said, "do you want to hear a story about demons" I responded angrily, "no" I then lost lucidity and I took the book from him

Dream fragment 3, 4:10am-7:00am." Hillary Clinton is a slut": Hiliary cliton was trying to convince every body she is not a slut. She was on the news they were calling her a slut and we were looking at old footage's of her. We saw that she knew Bill Clinton was cheating on her. How he just used her and she used him to become politically active.

Dream fragment 4, 4:10am-7:00am." Uncle's anniversary": I was looking for a place to pee. This man was running on the wall, sideways. My cousins, AL & BY were in my dream again. They were sleeping over so that they could be their for my uncles marriage anniversary. I saw BY before I saw AL. They were both in my sister's room. Idk why.

I didn't recall a dream I did however noticed myself waking up and gaining consciousness. I could hear this muffled sound and I started to focus on it and it became clear what it was 'rain drops'. I tried to stay in that threshold of semi-consciousness but couldn't.

Background: I talked to my parents and asked them if they want me to be happy. They did and I asked them to say they want me to have a LD, they did. So, I had a short LD this night. I guess I value my parents word alot. When my father dreams are pointless my dream recall disappeared and my consecutive LD disappeared. I

Dream fragment 1 from 8:20pm-2:30am"": I was talking to a person about LD, we were waiting in line of a 7/11 or a store like that. Well as I was talking to him a realization came into my head, "I am dreaming". I looked at them and I said,"excuse me but I am dreaming". They didn't react at all. As I was about to walk out, I looked at the line and it was huge. I opened the door and lifted off, "i had a thought of doubt for a split second, but I remembered that I have flew many times in a LD. I went forward the sun is in front of me and so was this huge guy. He was just floating in air. I bumped into him, and he fell. I was going to fly away, but I didn't want to leave him like I left my sister so I went down to help him. He got up and said thank you. Like a loop I found myself inside of the store talking to them. The realization hit me again. I was about to start flying but I got distracted and lost lucidity.

Background: My cousin was telling me about his first LD. I was happy for his fast success, btw he did it with WILD. He doesn't have to do reality checks. For some reason he has SP with imagery at the beginning of sleep. I wish somebody told me about LD when I was a kid.

Dream fragment 1, 5:01am-6:10am."": Me, another girl and another boy were trying to change the school system. We confronted one teacher. We changed the thermostat. We walked up or down these stairs. It was the weirdest stairs ever. It was an illusion of going up but we were actually going down. As we were going through the stairs, an Asian kid pops up and starts telling me about the mistreatment of black people along time ago. As he was telling me this I thought yes that is true but the mistreatment of fellow Asian is unspoken of. The kid started changing back and forth between Asian and black. We tried to navigate around the weird school. We saw stairs that led to more stairs, particularly smaller stairs. I saw stairs coming out of the wall. I lost the two other people with me, but I finally came outside of the school. I saw this guy throwing food at these workers. I warned him if he throws something at me we will have problems. I walked up to a table and I saw really old friends from middle school. I said, whats up and named them. I was spot on in the dream.

Dream fragment 2, 5:01am-6:10am I was playing some music on my computer. Their was some white kid in my house. Well their was two but I met one of them first. I wast telling him about LD. I told him how it is much easier to master if you are a child. One child seemed very interested and wanted to learn more the other one started rolling his eyes. I told him about how my cousin, after me badgering him to try LD, tried it and had a LD in a day's time. I then searched something on the internet and found a Russian cat video. The cat was about 5 ft in the video. I then had a cat in my house and I was trying to give it a bath. It got scared and hid under my bed.

Background: I resolved the problem with my father and he wished me good dreams.

Dream fragment 1, 4:13am-7:43am."": I was given all these powers in the dream. I was flying around and I saw a train from a distance. I landed next to it. The rails that were derailed came back together saving the people. I flew around and landed to get on a bus. I sat next to an elderly women. She fell asleep right next to me. The other women, to the left asked me not to destroy the bus. I got up and stood in the middle of the bus. Somehow this child got on my hand. I picked it up and looked at it from a distance. It started to cry. I put it closer to me it started to relax. The mother rushes towards me thinking that I took her child.

Dream fragment 2, 3:51am-6:50amI was in my garage. Me and two other guys were hiding, we acted like it was WWII and Nazis are patrolling the hallways. They knocked and asked if anybody was there. We were hiding under a bed. This guy starts giggling. We told him to shut up but he wouldn't listen. He held his mouth and started to laugh. Then he said, "there is never a bad moment to laugh. He started laughing with no restraint. The Nazis didn't come in like I anticipated them to. Now we had to get rid of the bed. We threw it outside. We realized that we left money in the bed. We looked inside and there was nothing. My dad told me that we have to retrieve the bed back and throw away the other one. I drove a block away and forgot what I was doing and drove back. I saw the bed in the middle of the street being blown by the wind. I grabbed it and took it to the trash. I saw this police car drive past me. I thought,"act real busy they won't bother you". Then I saw a fire truck. Then I thought, "what happened? did the world end?" Then I hear sirens going off. I hear people screaming. I look up in wonder of the sky. I see jets flying very low. I thought it is the end of the world and I was trying to go back inside the garage. It felt like I was on a treadmill and I couldn't go to the garage. I saw this black guy, gangster wanna be, park his car. I thought he was going to my neighbors' house but he started walking to my house. I forgot about world ending and paid attention to him. My sister invited him. I was not found of her inviting strangers over. I grabbed some screw driver. When he saw that he came up to me and shook my hands. I shook my head, like we understand each other. I went to the kitchen and this guy phased through the wall and shook my hands and evaporated.
