earlier waking(s?): only memory key worded and back to sleep

+ I'm a student in highschool class (literature?), the teacher beats the crap out of a student to my right who was not paying attention, he screams at another student on the left side of the classroom who was reading for another class, and he criticizes the reading style of another, I move to stop the initial beating but the teacher stops, I follow attentively along with the reading after that . I'm looking at a book with writing in it but (waking analysis) the words are all squiggles, not letters.

+ some police cars are zipping by down the street, and one moving about 150MPH blazes by

+ some people are moving in to a house they've bought, the workpeople are saying it needs more work, they're doing the work, the woman buyer says "I hope you didn't take out the roses," and the guy said yes they had to.

later morning (voice journal all dreams at this point).

+ in a restaurant, I see a childhood friend a few tables away against a wall, I call out to him and ask him if he remembers my name, he remembers first but not last, he says "you're (my correct first name) Taylor!", I say "no, not like Eric Taylor, by the way I love the Friday Night Lights show," I quiz him about where I live, and he gives a joke answer ("about 20 meters north of <somewhere>). and everybody laughs, I realize he doesn't remember much about me, I see a dachshund put its front legs up on a table and take a drink through a straw of someone's iced tea, I think this is hilarioius, then another of my adult friends GS messes with my food and knocks my burrito onto the seat, I reach for it at first (it's broken open) but don't want to eat it "because that's where all the skanky ho's sit!", my friend is laughing uproariously. My original friend who worked in a shop in (some city), I didn't want to embarrass him by asking him if he still worked in that store, he said though no, he turned it into a restaurant, and I should come for a free diner there, some random guy says "let's put on a party for the cheerleaders there!" I agree and point at him like saying "you da man!", he points back and me and we clasp fingertips.

+ I see a large intricate piece of automated machinery, lots of circuit boards, I see the wires, it's making smooth movements placing lenses in front of cameras, I wonder if the arms could move faster

+ lying in a shallow pond, I see crayfish in the water, I reach to touch one, I see and feel springs of cold water, a deer nuzzles me, then 2 baby cows are nuzzling my face with their noses, I see a big jet-black plastic-looking bull with meter-long curved horns, I think if he charges me I'm a goner, I stand up with my sword, but he doesn't charge me. There are two holes in the ground of the pond shooting out the cold water, I wonder if it's safe to drink, I think the source of that water is a river beyond the bank in front of me. The water is about one foot deep, and my moving around startled away the small crayfish and other creatures. I"m lying on my back (waking up?) when the cows noses touch my face, completely covering it, I open my eyes to look up seeing the two "baby" (but still quite large) animals standing over me.

+ I'm eating a thin steak at an expensive steak restaurant, it is brown on the outside, pink on the inside, and a jet-black ribbon runs around the outside of the stake like a piece of sushi, a narrator voice says something like protect your investment, don't use a butter knife to cut your steak (or it could fall on the ground) something arrives in a limousine (steak knives?).
