Shadow of the Colossus fragment
Somehow, I "drop" into the world through a sort of panel¹. There, I drop on some sort of colossus who can apparently talk and I ask him something.

I had this dream a few days ago and then last night I had a continuation of this dream.

So i was walking down the street from my college and this person in a black coat, who had his hood on and it was so dark under the hood I couldn't see their face, walked up to me, handed me a piece of paper then ran away. I unfolded it and it said "the path to the fourth dimension" and it gave me directions.

So i decided to follow them and it led me to this huge church but it wasn't a traditional church with a main room and pews, it was just like a mansion. The walls were a deep blue color and everything else was gold, the chandeliers, the doors, the banisters, etc. I took a few steps inside and someone came over to me and asked if i wanted to join their church and i declined and said i was just passing through. The person gave me a "i know what your doing" smile and said "explore as you wish" and then walked away.

I was still following the directions so i walked down some stairs and then walked out a completely glass door. I was outside behind the church now and it was about midday. The directions led me across the grass to a building that looked like an academic building. I walked inside and it was just a long hallway and the ceiling was tall enough to fit a giant. I walked down the hallway and the walls began to shake and a bright light from the end of the hallway was rapidly getting closer and then it enveloped my entire vision and then retreated and i was in a very small tunnel and i walked out and it was like i was back in the 18th century or something because there were cobblestone streets and carriages and old shops.

At first, i though i traveled back in time but then i noticed there were no people but there were animals that were walking and talking like humans. No one seemed alarmed that i was existing in their world. I walked into a little shop and there was a hippo at the counter, he took one look at me and said "here you need this" and handed me a rock then said "don't come back here if you value your life."

I walked out of the store confused and went back to the tunnel and walked in and the same thing happened again (the walls shook and the light enveloped my vision) and then i was back in the academic building but this time it was dark out. I was only in the other dimension for a few minutes but hours passed in the real world. I woke up after that.

Then last night i had the dream where i remember walking back to the church while it was nighttime and i walked through it then when i got outside in the back, two of my friends were running to this place down the hill, it looked like a giant outdoor party and they asked if i wanted to come with and i said no. I tried going back to the academic building but the doors were locked and i couldn't get in. I then decided to join my friends at the party but then i woke up.
