    1. Now this isn't Podracing

I'm walking through a mall of sorts with my little brother. He stumbles upon something that he really wants to do. In the middle of the mall is a racing simulator where every seat available is in the form of a star wars character's vehicle. He asks if it costs any money and when the operator says no, I also head over to participate. I forgot which one he gets on but it was the one I wanted, so I look for another. Every star wars character is a Jedi, or a Sith, or any other saber- wielding person. I choose Darth Maul's seat with his vehicle being the speedy land cruiser used in episode I. The operator comes over and shows me what's what controls-wise, and then straps the VR goggles over my head. I'm immediately engaged in the new scene which is just a generic, pixelated race track that is similar to older racing arcade games. The controls feel the same as well. I can get up to full speed and stay that way the whole time, even going through turns. The turning feels weird, however, partly because I don't have a steering wheel but a joystick for my right hand. I think about how much better it would be if it was in my left hand since I'm left hand dominant. I get a good lead against my brother early on, but now he's catching back up. We are now in an open field following a faint trail, and I look down to see the racing vehicles we had are now bicycles. As he continues to gain on me, I attempt to cut him off which leads to him crashing. I stop to help him back up and we both start walking. The open field begins to turn into a rain forest as we continue walking . My brother points to something behind us. and through the leaves, I am able to just make out the outline of a hippo. Knowing how dangerous they can be, I tell my brother to start running away. We don't make it far before running into another hippo, this one being the mother of the first one we saw. It doesn't attack us, though, and just walks away.

I am walking through a forest when I spot a Hippopotamus not too far away from me. I think, "wow, a Hippo!" and then it charges straight towards me. Recalling how dangerous they are, and that they've been known to eat people, I take off running as fast as I can in the opposite direction.

Ducking under trees, and going around larger trees, I hear the hippo smash through all in its way, barreling towards me at a very high speed. I duck under some thicker brush, and go around a few more trees, and spot a group of wooden huts nearby, and cloth tents a few hundred feet ahead, behind some more trees.

I dive into one of the huts, the door of which is so low, that despite my crawling into it, I knock one of the logs down from the top of the door. I place the log on the bottom of the door to hide my view from the hippo, and look around the inside of this hut. It is so low to the ground, that I can't go any higher than the prone position, and there are 6 total entrances / exits evenly spaced around the walls, allowing a clear view inside. But it is dark, so I feel comfortably hidden.

After some time, I feel it is time to check to see if it's safe to exit the hut. I look out one of the back doors, and see a bunch of cameras all around. One of which is pointing right at me, with a red light on a light post under it. I slowly crawl further and further out, looking around the outside of the hut towards where the hippo was, and see its tail swing back and forth. Suddenly, it gets up and starts running right towards me.

I grab another log and block one of the larger entrances, to conceal myself further, and watch as the hippo runs past this hut. I not notice another door that provides a clear view to me, and grab the last log I just used to block the other entrance.

The hippo starts running back before I can set it down, so I hold it up to the door and slowly rotate it to face the hippo, being behind it the whole time. This doesn't trick her, and she charges the hut. I drop the log and scramble out of the door before she plows through the wall and ends up in the center of the hut, confused and trapped briefly.

I hear my mom yell to me, "I have groceries, where are you?" I try to yell back to her, but I have a whole bunch of random crap in my mouth. I pull two retainers, and a mouth guard out of my mouth, but still can't seem to make any words. I see her walk up to me now, and I bang on a log, pointing at the hippo, giving her a look that says, "Get out of here". I finally find words, and yell, "Run!"

The hippo breaks out of the collapsed hut and charges at me again. I run towards home, throwing nearby logs into the hippo's face to try and deter her, but it doesn't seem to phase her at all. As I pass grocery bags my mom has dropped or left for me, I grab large canned goods, and throw those into the hippo's face as well, but this too doesn't stop her.

With no where else to go, I run into the garage with the hippo close behind. I open the door to the basement and run inside. Before I can shut the door, the hippo is inside with me. My dog barks at her, as she looks around the room briefly before continuing her charge at me.

I run up the stairs, yelling to my mom, "Hippos can't go up stairs, we should be safe here." But no sooner did I get those words out of my mouth than I see the hippo galloping up the stairs behind me. I attempt to close the basement door on her, but it is very flimsy, and has a window that she is staring at me through. She starts pushing the door, and door frame out of position, so I open it to avoid unnecessary damage to the house, and run through the living room and out the door to the back porch.

The hippo still right behind me, I loop back into the garage, running past a moose who is just standing there, watching all this. Hippo still at my heels, I run into the basement and up the stairs to the living room as fast as I can. I tell my mom to watch out, as I stand in the doorway to the back porch with the door open, and watch the basement door.

Moments later, I see the hippo's head round the corner. Seeing me, she charges again. I stand still until a moment before impact, and jump, pushing myself off of the hippo's head, jumping clear over her, as her momentum carries her outside the house and down the porch. I quickly close the door behind her as thoughts race through my mind such as, 'I hope she doesn't try to charge back in through this door' and 'How am I going to get that moose out of our basement?'

I look at my mom and tell her, "I feel like Steve Erwin."

I'm on a road in the middle of the country. I need a ride. I hitch hike with a man who is driving an old blue truck with a fenced back. in the black of the truck is a strange animal. it looked like a hippo but with a worse temper. the man said it was always trying to flip the truck. I get in the passenger side and he drives to my hometown. as we enter, I notice a festival of some kind with all my friends and a bunch of older townsfolk. the hippo starts flipping out and rolls the truck in the middle of a highway. it proceeds to head for the people. I jump ontop of the hippo and try to steer it away from the crowd. it heads right, away from most people. I was flung against a wall. I got up and chased the hippo around a corner. after turning, I see the hippo infront of me, facing me. It charges at me and pushes me all the way to the highway again. so im on the farthest side of the highway and the hippo is on the other closer to the crowd. the hippo was trying to choose where to charge. I see a semi on the highway driving in my direction. I scream at the hippo trying to get it to charge at me so the semi would hit it. finally the hippo charges at me and the semi hits it. but oddly as they collide, im blown away and get up to see im with the crowd of people. Im face down on the ground and when I stand up I see my friend scott standing in front of me. I give him a huge hug and felt something amazing, like I was perfectly comfortable and about to go to sleep. As I slowly closed my eyes I saw elyse turn around the corner to see me hugging scott. then I fell asleep.

    4. Underwater, underwater.

You may have noticed my name is underwater. That is because my first, (and only) lucid dream was underwater.
Anyway, this is just short, but I was so excited at the time.

Hippos were everywhere attacking people, and eating them, so I decided to run away and get to water (because everybody knows hippos can't swim ) I ran away across town and dived into a swimming pool. Then I remembered
hippos can swim! Now I was lucid, I swam about 5 metres deep, breathing all the way as hippos jumped in. I grabbed a gun, (from who knows where?) and blasted them all. And that's pretty much it.
