Actually, I don't think a 'Beer Belly' has much to do with beer. It's just a way of saying someone has a ball gut, and it just has that name because you sometimes get it from too much beer, since beer has a lot of calories. I could be wrong, but I don't want 'Beer Belly' in my search history.

Could be. It seems everyone's experiences with lucid dreaming are different on such a fundamental level. It's like were each playing a different video game written by different coders with different controls and graphics and characters and mechanics. Though it seems as though the game I'm playing didn't get thorough bug testing...

I always find it interesting how different people's reality checks are. For me, counting my fingers works 100% of the time, and flicking light switches isn't reliable. I think it might be the one thing Inception got right, that everyone's RCs/totems are different. (Not that we hide them from each other!)

That is one of my favorite thing about dreams. It can replicate the senses we feel from waking life while we explore it.

Out of the group came Marcus. Except he had a huge distracting beer belly.

I think that's really cool that Manei is such a constant part of your dream life. I would love to have a dream guide but I guess I am not a team player, lol

I'm not really a team player either, and on some level, I always found her to be kind of annoying. I started practicing lucid dreaming wanting to have a place to be alone, and got stuck with a really clingy guide. Figures. I went into some detail, and even asked her about this in this in a DJ published a few weeks back titled 'Everything I Never Wanted'. In it she states that people who push others away are those who need a friend the most.

I used to watch it at a kid. I'm traumatized for life of the faces on some of the characters. Especially the grumpy one.

I guess so. My mom and I both speak Spanish around the house sometimes. Maybe that's why that got thrown in there.

Lol, I think lots of us fight in our LDs from time to time, though normally I am just pushing very clingy DCs away I think that's really cool that Manei is such a constant part of your dream life. I would love to have a dream guide but I guess I am not a team player, lol

To be fair, I've gotten a better about the violence lately. Though it seems like these kinds of situations are always coming up in my dreams, where I really have no choice but to fight. I could just let the DCs wail on me, but I think that its doing just as much a disrespect to myself not fighting when I'm attacked as it is just randomly beating people up.

I don't know. The criminals weren't at the scene. Plot point was not addressed.

I remember thinking that as the dream ended and I woke up. Some cats get excited when they lay on you and put their paws on you and they can prick you with their claws. This one didn't do that. The cat could have been declawed or just smart/nice enought to be aware that claws hurt. O.o

But I wonder what Jonathon was up to, he is your dream-nemesis so...DUN-DUN-DUUUUN!

He probably thought I had completely and totally lost it and gone mental. When in reality, I was just trying to scare those bullies off by embracing a little evil. When somebody looks the way I did, it's bound to get the attention of evil characters. Manei hates Jonathan a lot more than I do, so that's probably why he ran off and disappeared.

Thats so messed up. Why Manei? Why? T w T Well at least you guys made up. ^ w ^

I guess even dream guides mess up every once in awhile. Just the classic case of not having thought something through. Especially since this like only the third or or fouth time she's slipped up in the five years that I've known her. That's a pretty good track record if you ask me.

But it's too bad you didn't get the ice-cream though Lucid dream foods are so delicious! ^o^

Happy ending without the ice cream though. Maybe next time. Ohh. That reminds me of this part of a dream i had that i forgot to write, where i got ice cream. But i dont remember if i ate it and forgot at what time it happened. Makes me really want to eat a cherry dip cone. But i think i asked for vanilla with sprinkles in the dream. > w < Now i really want ice cream.

Thanks. Now I gotta get me some of that chocolate truffle ice cream. Yes, dream food is yum. I was surprised to learn how good it was.
