I tried an extreme WBTB & I won't try it again because of the unstable environment. Also I dropped my regular pain med dosage for this which actually was okay. I set my alarm for every 45 minutes for 8 hrs. Bad idea, so don't do it. I had many dreams that started but didn't have the physical time to form them properly. I was in a place for Psychic abilities. I was teaching lucid dreaming classes & it was really fun. I became lucid almost immediately but when I became lucid the stability was way off. I felt like if you were drunk & lost all of your balance or when you have vertigo from your inner ear being off balanced. Unfortunately I was woke up by my method & had no more time to try to stabilize the dream. Yet the dream itself felt rather long. Non-Lucid-Green Lucid-Red Side Notes-Purple Astral Projection/AP-Brown
