Congrats FM! I like how you became lucid also: "I have only one hope, and that is if I'm dreaming. I reach up for a nose pinch." Very nice! I was reading something recently about one proposed purpose of dreams ("search activity concept") and it made me think - Don't forget the message behind the dream: keep track of your belongings, especially when traveling, airport security lines, etc.

@ThreeCat: Haha *at least I had the thought*!! I'll get there. If I was in a more interesting place, it would have been perhaps more agreeable. I was in an almost-void though, to start with.

@RaD: yes the book has helped tremendously. I think it really shows The Way. And your username too, I always tell it to myself .

I am very happy to see alot of lucids for you the past few days and weeks! you seem to have changed something and i bet the new book is a big motivational boost for you. i preordered it (here in germany it is not available yet) i am excited

i also have a new twist. i brought a sleeping mask and some good earplugs (things i didnt like or felt necessary) and use them in the early hours and started with WILDS again. the last two days i had pretty good success so far. i am very excited how it will go on

I want to remember the juicy details! There are some things I don't post but the bar is pretty high (low?).

Dream sex wakes me up/causes a transition, so that was my idea to maintain it by planning to do it just for a short time then stop and then start again, etc. Still working on that.

Yeah, no kidding, such are the stuff of "diet dreams." And my language lesson today was all about food and buying stuff at the store, it was torture...
