Right now I'm on Grate Lakes in USA/Canada. Ports are very close so that make voyages very short (Entry/Departures often are in night so my sleep schedule is unsettle). On deck many regular jobs are prohibited and/or limited because of local laws so chief officer and captain are giving us orders 'ad hoc'. Every day is different and I cannot enter into my rutine. This is distracting for some reason but this conclusion is very valuable. I think similar things are happening in dreams - dreams usually are disordered and random. Plot changes very quick, also every dream in every day is pretty different and this can be distracting. Learning how to maintain awareness without entering into rutine can be a key to lucidity. In this dream I had "after death experience", and my emotions was really vivid. Also I had some kind of self awareness but it didn't make me lucid. I like this dream much. After waking up I felt some kind of fulfillment but still I feel a little bit of insufficiency because the dream ended to quickly. I was sitting or kneel. I don't remember what position it was but I was on floor. Also I don't remember where I was. A man with sword was in front of me. -Soon you will die - he said. -Do whatever you need to do - I spoke to him with paecefully voice. I knew I will die in few moments. I wasn't afraid of death but still I felt a litle bit stressed what will be after the death. Because of that I started to meditate in the same way like I meditate everyday before sleeping. I closed my eyes for a while and next I opened them and looked forward. The man swang his sword... I saw black non-dimention void. I didn't felt pain but I felt mix of bliss, stress and relief. Very weird but nice feeling. After few moments the black void disapeared and I saw white background with text. It looked like PDF document but without any HUD. I read first few sentences. It was a story but the story wasn't related with me. Also I don't remember what about this story was. -That's all? After death all what I have is this stupid story? I started to scroll down-up and I recognized the story have about 20 pages. I had in my head that thought: -Maybe if I will read this to the end, maybe after that, there is something more? Maybe some kind of reincarnation? If yes... where and when I will reincarnated? By the way... how much time already passed? Here it was like a moment but on the Earth? Minutes? Years? What if I will stuck here forever and the story will be my only entartaiment? It doesn't matter because I cannot change what will happen. First I need to read the story to the end maybe it is very important. And... potnetially I can be reincarnated so I need keep my knowlegde and safe my personality. I need somehow prepare myself... I didn't come back to reading because I woke up. And I woke up relaxed and with light feeling of warmth.

13.09 DF #1 I don't remember that dream. I know I was in orchad behind garages. It was probably middle of the day. Also I remember other memory but I'm not sur if it is the same dream or different. I was in shopping mall in my home city. DF #2 I was in garden of my childhood home. It was winter night. I was with someone but I don't remember who person it was. I ask him for something (I dont remember for what) but he fled on his motorcycle. I was using my motorcycle to run after him but I slipped on snow. Because of that I decided to run on my legs. I jumped over my fence and run to property of my neighbor. Dream #1 I was driving car near my university. It was middle of the day and the sky probably was grey. A person run into crosswalk and I made emergency car stop. Nothing bad happened. Another person in this time run into my car. Policeman come to me and she tried to give me a ticket. I explained her that the accident isn't my fault because person jumped on crosswalk. And the most important thing - nobody was hurt. The Policeman said if I don't want ot pay a ticket I need to take a letter from her and provide the letter to my uncle. The scenery was changed and I was near my home. I read what is inside the letter but I dont remember what content was inside. Also the letter was a little bit damaged. Dream #2 (I will write only tags. I have original full entry in my offline DJ ) -Prepering for voyage -I lost 2 of my tooth -My dendist got alhaimer -Main action was in building of my university -Daytime: Night 14.09 DF #1 I was in my middle school on lesson but the subject was undefined. I was looking to friend of mine (she was a random generated person by my mind. I don't know her from real life). I wear VR google and I was cheking if she is doing fine. I don't remember what she did. She was writing something but I don't remember what. DF #2 I was in undefined super market with my bossun. He come to me with blue shopping basket. The sky was sunny. DF #3 I was trying to get into big wooden boat. The boat was old and lying onshore. DF #4 I remind this dream during evening meditation. I remember only I was escaping from something. I was in dangerous. The dream was looped but every loop was a little bit different. On the end I was on egde of waterfall or cliff (I don't remember) 15.09 Dream #1 It was night. Friends of mine were sink for something. The sick wasn't defined by my dream but it was mortal. For some reason I had power to cure this sick. Also I can recognize who is sick because I was icon over heads. Additional every person had timer under the icon. The icon had purple color and had eye symbol inside circle. Only thing I need to do was keep my friends near to my for long time. But something wrong happened because on the end of dream I saw I also have icon with timer over my head. I waas very sad but I accepted my fate. I woke up before timer dropped to zero.
10.09 I remembered that day 3 or 4 dreams but I was to lazy to wrote them 11.09 Dream #1 I was near to my primary school. I dont know how old nor what grade I was. Unknown man asked me how to enter to the building. As a prank I showed him the longest way. Scenery of the dream changed. I was on first floor of the middle school section (because primary school and middle school was merged) but I don't remember what happened inside. The scenery changed again. I was on ship in cargo hold. Fighting competition was made. Dream #2 I was on bulk carrier. I remember weird long corridor leading to forward of the superstructure. It took my attention and I was staring long time on this corridor. "It always was so long?" I asked myself. I went outside and I checked how the superstructure looks. "It looks pretty normal. Interesting" I told to myself. I went inside and I checked the corridor again and it was still so long. Next I went to upper deck and again I went outside. I was the corridor lead to cargo holds. Also on cargo holds I saw small crane on the starboard side. The crane was facing to aft direction. I saw every detail of that crane. 12.09 In that day I remembered 2 dreams but first I forgot before I made tags and second one I remind in middle of the day. Dream #1 I remember I was on the vessel. One able seman told me that I was moved to another cabin, near deck office. I was worried but curious in the same time because I heard the cabine is very bad for living because it is noisy inside. Fun fact - the vessel was real but that cabine don't exist in reality.

Dream #1 I wake up on vessel. I was a for some reason a little bit confused but I don't know why. So I started walk around the vessel. It was probably early morning - it was still dark but light was getting brighter. I saw we have mooring operation. I was supriased that nobody called me to work and I felt a little bit guilty because of that. I ask one seaman why nobody called me and he told me "easy it's only bunker operation" (bunkering - it is when vessel is getting fuel or other technical liquids). But something was fishy for me. We was along shore. Literally we was in port so it must be mooring! I come down via stairs and I saw people preparing mooring lines. I joined to them but still I had feeling that something is wrong. Dream #2 It was distopia future where every person is spyed by goverment. I knew that I'm from past but I didn't remembered how I got to future. I was in some sort of building. The interior looked like shopping mall and evething was super bright and white. I entered to tunnel with moving sidewalk. After few moment I passed gate with detector and police wanted to arrest me. What happen next - I don't know because I woke up. DF #1 I was in weird school on weird lesson (it was more like exams) outside the building. I remember that somebody (maybe me?) broke window. LD #1 After work I made nap but with WILD intention. I wanted to check how effective is my awareness training. I don't know when but I fell asleep but it was more like very very deep relax because when I woke up I didn't feel like I fell asleep. I thought "If I woke up by myself before alarm clock that mean I'm probably right before REM state. Let's check if I can enter to dream". And again I started WILD. I don't know when but I entered to dream but not with fully awareness. I was in my cabine but the cabin was different than my true cabine. I was checking pressured air valve and I felt air comming by air hose. Chief officer was in my cabine and I was waiting he leave me alone so I can focus on my LD. But before it happened I woke up. I tried to re-enter to dream. I was very close. I was hearing sound hipnagogs and I felt my heavy breathing and fast heartbeat (it is common for me when I'm entering to dream. I dont know if this is kinetic hipnagos or true feeling but I never was woken by this). I felt my bottom jaw is shifted because I was lying on my face. That shifting made tension on my teeth and it created discomfort. Probably it was hipnagog because when I woke up to change my posiotion it disapeared.
07.09 In this night I didn't remembered any dream. I mean I remembered one but I forgot it before I wrote entry in my DJ. 08.09 This night I had problem with falling asleep. Sleep latency longer than 2h so in the morning I woke up tired. Because of that I was a little bit late to my work so I didn't write my dreams in the morning. I wrote entry in my DJ after lunch brake so my memory wasn't so fresh. DF #1 I was on ship in undefined port. We made shifting (dragging vessel along to shore using only mooring lines) Dream #1 It was porn dream so I will spare you spicy details. Action was only in sleeproom. It is hard to say if that was night (my dream sign) or day because I didn't saw any window. Light in the room was warm and not strong. Dream #2 It was night and I was going somewhere (I don't remember where) with my parents via car. Action was near my home. My father wanted something from me. I don't remember what but it was something like order, command. I didn't want to do that and I started arguing with him. He told me if I dont do the thing I can leave the car and go to home. So this is what I done. I come back to my home. I saw my grandma. I started to packing my stuff to luggage. Also I almost remembered 4th dream but I didn't.
DF #1 I was traveling somewhere. I don't remember what was my direction and I don't remember where I was in the dream. I made tent camp and I went inside a cozy and warm sleeping bag. DF #2 I don't remember this dream very well. I was in my home and I was lying in my bed. My aunt come to me. Also I remember I was fixing computer. DF #3 I was somewhere near my primary school. It was dark outside. Dream #1 I was in undefined toilet. I think it was a public place because it looked like interior of public toilet. A floor was full of water. It reached above my ankle. Sink was full of water also, but this one suprised me. When the water reached egde of sink it doesn't fell down. Insted it was still come up. After few second I saw water wall. I pushed my hand through it. The water was wet and cold. I felt it. Next I went to second room in the toilet. I was much more space and I saw more sinks with mirrors. Woman with baby come to me. She asked me for help in carrying that baby. I agreed. When I was come to sink I felt somthing wet and warm at my arm. The baby peed on me. I reached sink and I started to wash my arm. The woman apologised me. I was calm and I say "that's nothing" Dream #2 I was in my home city, inside shopping mall. I saw that somebody is eating kebab and it made me hungry. I started to think if this is good idea because I want to lose my weight but after few moments I failed battle with my will so I decided to buy one. I can't decide if I prefer to buy something here or I preffer to buy 50cm long rollo kebab in my trusted place. I checked other client's order and the food looked fine so I ordered here. I got huge portion of french fries, two big hamburger's meat and solid portion of salad with tomato and paprika. It looked and smell really good. I think my vision here was in full HD because I was able to see black pepper powder and salt cristals on my salad. Saddly I didn't ate it because I woke up >:C
04.09 This day wasn't really good. At morning I didn't remembered any dream. I was trying to remind but nothing happened. But at evening right before I started meditation I restored one scene from first dream and one scene from second dream DF #1 I was on ship's brigde probably as a watch officer. I was watching some porn on computer during my watch and somebody catch me. DF #2 I was a child or teenager and I was playing on allotment 05.09 This day was much better than last one. This time I remembered two almost fully dreams. Dream #1 I was in my childhood home but I wasn't a child. We had some construction work in garden, something like footpath restoration but it was on hold (I mean the work didn't happen in my dream but I saw prepered area and prepered materials). I saw fire hydrant near porch. It made me some emotional discomfort because I knew we don't have any hydrant in our garden. [THIS PART OF DREAM IS FORGOTTEN] My grandma come to me. She told to me I'm moving out. I told her I have no place to live right now. She answered me I can live on unused flat of my uncle for while. At this moment my perception was moved on the street where my uncle have tat flat. This flat doesn't exist in reality but I didn't notice that in my dream. After short time my perception come back to moment where I was in garden. I come to car parking place. Near I saw second hydrant. The scenery changed. Now I was probably in kitchen. I was washing plates above important documents of my mom. My dad told me I should pay more atention what I'm doing. I took the documents to my hands. I looked like book with blue cover and simple black title in A4 format. I looked inside. The first page had photo of my mother and her personal data like in ID Card. Rest of pages looked like police archive. My mother's face on photo looked different than in reality but I didn't notice that fact. Dream #2 I was comming back from doctor. I was riding on bike in oldtown of undefined city. For sure it wasn't my home city. A head of me I saw white church with blue roof but I didn't put atention on this. Instead I pay attention on street name. It had name of my father. But in this dream I was part of mafia familly so my dream father was different one. I saw that nobody are aware how important I'am here. That made me smile
Because of my job nature, first you need to know my sleeping schedule: 1200-0600 A.M. I was in work 0600-1130 A.M I was sleeping. This is my main sleeping block. Here I had 2 dreams 1200-0600 P.M. I was in work 0700-0900 P.M. I was sleeping. This is my "nap". Here I remembered 0 dreams First dream was somewhere in the middle inside main sleeping block. 09 or 10 am. I didn't write anything so I already forgot that dream when I woke up at 1130. My second dream I remember only half because I lost memory almost instantly after waking up. I was trying to restore that memory for 2 hours and I was very close to make it true but I failed: #DF 1 I was in park near my childhood home but I wasn't a child. My estimated age was similar to my true age but the age wasn't defined in dream at all. My estimating is based on my dream feeling, point of view and my behavior. I was riding on my bike in the middle of night and I was passing near my home. My father had barbeque with his friends in the garden and for some reason I wanted to be undetected. But he saw me and he called me. I ignored that. I remorsed that I ignored my dad so I entered to garden via backdoor and joined him.

According to my schedule, after lunch at 12pm I went to meditate. I was meditating 7 minutes and after that I made 1h nap. When I went to bed I decided to meditate again - this time as a anchor. I was curious how long I can handle my awareness. I didn't fell asleep at all but still I got deep relax state and it was very nice so I stayed in my bed. After about 40 minutes I started to feel kinetic hipnagogs. I played with them because I very like to manipulate my body feelings. After few minutes I felt toilet urge so I just woke up and went to toilet. When I switched on light I asked myself - "I'm still dreaming, right?". I knew this because light didn't work and my vision was in poor quality. I woke up after this because I was too rested. I woke up very relaxed and in good mood.
