Dream Views: this is just a part of my personal dream journal, ignore this ==>(from this point on in my dream journal, the date that is listed (in the row above) is the date of the day after the night of the dream)

ok so i think i have an amazing dream recall but its also getting better to and it works best with dreams that are actually deep down, and they are vivid.

!*!*!sidenote for me: look up varying depths of sleep (not NREM and REM, but i guess a study of how deep REM can be)

Ok so i had a lucid!!! And i didnt even try It started out with me and (odd that he keeps reaccuring and all) trey. We were standing in front of my grandparents RV, but i didnt consiously realize it was my grandparents RV. I knew i was dreaming, and the dream kinda started to shake, i put my hands on the RV and felt to body of the vehicle, and amazingly enough, it felt just like a car lol. I focused on the way it felt. Then trey was kinda no longer there, it was then someone else, i wanna say that, due to later occurences of this DC, it was Jason Statham xD (lmao the actor. played in the transporter movies). He went from (my left) the front of the RV to the passenger door and began going through the stuff, and i then i tried to summon someone, i told myself she (micah) would be there when i turned around, but unfortunately she wasn't. [sidenote] But i think that the scene that i saw was from some other dreams that i remember from the past, that one spot i have seen at least twice before [/sidenote] then i told him to look in the glove box, because the keys were in there (again testing my will power and control of the dream xD) but he never said whether they were in there or not. I don't think that they were. Then i walked around (past the drivers side of the vehicle) and climbed onto the side of the trailer of the tractor trailer that was now there. And amazingly i didnt even notice it had changed, but i was holding the side and rubbing it so i wouldnt lose lucidity. He was driving the whole time, although i couldn't see him, so obviously it was him the whole time xD (dreams: a very fun topic). He was driving around in circles, we were in some kind of industrial yard. With a hanger(?) across the road from where i first gained lucidity. And ironically, while on side of the truck i lost lucidity, well actually i wouldn't say i lost it, but i definitely forgot that i was dreaming. At some point a car was driving down the road, towards the truck, i don't know what ever happened to it, but then the truck drove threw the hanger and i jumped off the truck. Then im not really sure what happened...its like i was hanging out with some rebels that were fighting for their freedom, but i was just outside the hanger, and the next thing i remember, is one girl telling me something about we aren't human anymore, we have been changed. Or something like that. For some reason i think we were now pop-tarts...and i argued saying that we were still human, and i reached down to grab my penis to know for myself that i still was, and when i looked down its like i was in some kind of square suit (resembling a pop-tart), i dont remember anything else happening after that.

I had two dreams last night.
In one, I was on vacation somewhere with my friend's family and mine. I accidentally put on his (my friend) sister's shoes and suddenly an earthquake hit. When I woke up, I was his sister! This should have seemed a bit odd, but apparently I don't RC enough because I did not become lucid. I completely took on the role of his sister, and when we went home I lived her life for about a week (it was like a movie, where it showed small clips of things. I didn't experience a full week as her.) Then, I woke up around 1 AM.
I attempted to WBTB but it didn't work. I simply fell asleep. I had a dream that me and my friends Konnor and Kevin were captured by this group of 3 people. They said they were going to enslave us. First they fed us Italian-Style thanksgiving dinner, and then they took us to their garden (which was oddly similar to the garden at my old house) and gave us some rather sharp gardening tools. We seized the opportunity and grabbed the tools and charged them. Then something happened and before long we were having a snowball fight. My friend Kevin was on the other team for whatever reason, but me and Konnor were together and halfway in, Konnor pulled out a revolver. Kevin pulled one out too and shot Konnor. As I was crawling over to get Konnor's gun, Kevin shot at me and I dodged, but suddenly I woke up in the middle of performing the action of dodging.

The start is very blurry for me. I can remember going down a door to some place with two others. I got to this random area and for some reason I worked out I was Lucid! (After thinking about a DILD I remember for some reason that I thought to reality check and so I blocked my nose and I could breathe =)

The first thing that I did was crouch down and take a good look at the wrinkles on my hands. I looked as close as I could to get all the detail in. However I didn't think to taste or smell anything. I did say Focus now a bit to try clear things up and it was pretty clear from memory.

After that I knew that I wanted to be somewhere else. I headed to the door that we came out of and I opened it. To my surprise the same place that we had came from was there (I thought it was always random places through doors) I then walked back through a room we came through to see a door that we walked passed.

I opened the door to find I was at my cousins house. I talked to him a bit about something random as I was starting to lose control of the dream. Everything started to get all distorted and deep voices. I lost control of the dream and then I got out of the spa we were talking in and walked around to see my aunty. I asked her were my mum is and she said "I'm not sure possibly down here" So I walked down to find them all sitting around a christmas tree .

My aunty then insisted that I was to sit down on this chair and tell her every detail about my Lucid Dream that I just had/having however the dream ended there.

FINAL NOTES: I'm super happy to have my first Lucid Dream. It occurred after all my attempts through the night (one WBTB WILD and four CAN-WILDS (I managed to keep my eyes closed for two CAN-WILDS and not move when I woke up! However they failed for some reason)) I'm assuming that it happened at about 8:30ish and it was so short because it had been going on for a while already and I just lost control of the dream. I think it was a DILD? Even though I hardly do reality checks and this is my first DJ entry.

tl;dr
1. I had my first lucid dream
2. after all my 6 attempts each night for 4 nights it turns out that I just did a reality check during a random dream.
3. It was short but I enjoyed it a lot.

• The first dream consisted of me riding in a truck I have never seen, with some guy I have never met. I was smoking out of my bowl, and he shows me his identical bowl and points out how he has the same. Everything after that is too fuzzy. I can't believe I was not aware enough to trigger lucidity.
• The second dream happened after my usual WBTB at 6am. I met with an ex gf, didn't know how I got there. Me and ex start making out, have sex. Talk to her for the rest of dream. Also, pissed I did not trigger lucidity.

I feel triggering lucidity should have been easy in both dreams, both were unusual. I'm upset that in both cases I never thought to reality check, ect.

This dream is kind of lengthy just for a fair warning. All this was none-lucid.

(There where certainly stuff before this happened but I remember these parts)

It all started with a vision of some captain who discovered a bay and decided to make a factory at the end of it, it has some earth quake activity and he wanted to harvest the power of it and turn it into profit. It then showed a map of the factory at one end of the bay. Then there was a huge earth quake which caused a mega tsunami with 40 million cubic meters of rock that fell at the head of the bay. You cannot see the wave only the look of horror on the captains face. Then all there was was scrap metal floating in the bay after words. It then skips ahead.

Me and my family where at a freaky virtual beach with those wave makers, and every so often it would release a huge wave and everyone would run and scream. (Maybe we where in horror land?) The odd thing was my family wanted to stay and thought it was the greatest thing. My Dad stayed home luckily and I wanted to go home and tell him about it. Naturally the family told me to stay but I left anyways. It wasn't that too far of a walk and I passed this one Mexican ladies house who kept smiling and looking at me.



She looked exactly like that lady. She lived in this one story house made of some nice wood. When I walked I would once in a while try to look back to get a view of her. Finally when I walked into my house I told him about it and he thought I was over extracting. Then the dream went above a large city showing a very large wave forming. For some reason Selena Gomez came and watched it with us as we viewed it.

Selena Gomez: As you can see, if we don't do something soon everything will be destroyed.

At this point I had this look of expression on my face wondering where she came from and just how we will stop that huge wave.



At that point the vision stopped and we where back on ground level, I didn't remember seeing my Dad or Selena anywhere so I head for the city. I don't remember how long of a walk it was but all I remember is that I was at the city and my cousin and her friends where waiting for the wave. Selena was with that too, they where all hanging out on the top of sky scrappers and for some reason the buildings where super close to each other and they where all "hanging out" of the windows with there arms in one window and there legs sticking to the other.

I asked them: "What are you doing? The wave is coming!"

My cousins friend responds. Jessica: When the wave crashes into the buildings the buildings will fall and we will be safe.

At this point all I could think of was "?????" What was this Looney Toons?



I am surprised that didn't get me lucid because the stupidity of dream characters never cease to amaze me. So the wave was coming and I figured it was the end since Selena Gomez went ahead and joined everyone else "hanging out" out of windows.

The wave came and I don't remember much of what happened then, but it got stopped somehow (It gets really blurry at that point) and I wake up.

Was at home living with my mom dad and brother. I was telling my dad about yoga and how he should try it. He said adam should try it and wewarm talked about the plans for yoga and if he would try it. He agreed. I made a energy drink and realized I was late for yoga! I hurried as fast as possible and ran out the door. I had to use my moms keys because I couldn't find mine. I was trying to go super fast and baron got loose. I gathered him up and threw him in the house. I was in ky neighborhood driving super fast around traffic. I realized I would make it and calmed down. My energy drink spilled and I got pissed. I took a left turn super fast and skid off a super high hill. I knew I was going to die. There was slight fear but I was laughing. I became super present and knew this is what my mediation has been for. I thought back to the lesson s of the last dream amended prepared. The car fell and I felt my spine snap. Blackness. I woke.


Was at some monk meditation place continuing my practices of mediation. This dream was super long and fun though is lightly remembered as it was my first dream. I went through several tests ans trainings. The most vivid part was my final test. There were spirits in a room oracles. They would tell us where to to next and what is to happen. I went into the room. I was struck with fear but did not show it. The room was unstable and moving like I was on a high dose of Shrooms. I went past everyone who looked like they were failing and sat near a mirror and into meditation pose. There was energy and steam rising from my body. Suddenly strong images formed. I was in the forest. There was a giant house made of tree and I lived there. Life was fast forwarding. It showed me many things but all near the tree. I was to live there my whole life secluded and alone. That was slightly saddening. As I died my body turned to ash and after sometime a mew tree infront of my house grew. The vision was over. I left the room and told the monk the spirit had come. He was pleased and impressed and sent me to the next test/training.

There was a big group of people at my house. We were all preparing to go to yoga. I told everyone the night before that we would wake early and go. Nobody was eating when I said to eat. These two guys were suppliers to go but were playing baseball outside. I yelled that they failed me. One tried to sell me a manicure. Leo was im the office. I went to him and said to eat. He was eating weed brownies. I laughed and said eat real food. He said he just got up. His Mas was still hard. He said my weed brownies sucked. I left to eat cereal. My brother and dad were watching on of my movies. Halfway through it stopped and talked a a out government intervention and how they were making us their slaves. In the move a guy was preparing the plane. I told Leo and he panicked. Be wasn't ready. I was already packed so I just sat their and waited. Kara sat on my foot. I woke.

Was staking items on diablo. My gear was way better. People said don't duel me but be did anyway. He was hurting me but I killed him. Andy was in town act 1. I killed him again. He quit the game. Alarm went off.

Lucid. Was at some underground scene were a musclum woman was prostrating. Everyone loved her. I was alone. A girl next to me gave mr a hit and I smoked it. It was shitty weed and her boyfriend went to get more. Ilthere was a guy spinning poi. I left to go pee and realized I was late to yoga. I want to the place and it was fully empty. I was bit spooked it looked kinda scary. At this point I knew it was a dream. I closed ky eyes and imagined being in the yoga studio. I felt the walls tried to hear voices of yogies and finally heard some. The walls were becoming stable now. I was fully in. This was bigger than my yoga studio ans super vivid. I went to a room and said hello to some dancers. I made one of them spin the staff for me. Later I found out it was a hula hoop. He spun it very well and I was super impressed. I tried to do it but the hulas were too small. It was kind of cool because you could adjust length by pulling. I left him to explore. I spent a bit just walking and observing. It faded but I fully restabalized and continued. People in the studio kept saying hi. I saw the exit of the studio and wondered what would happen if I just stared at something. It was red paint on the floor. The longer I satared the brighter it became. it would change shape. It looked like new paint was spilling over it. I finally left and walked outside. It was intense. I could hear my footsteps echoing in my head as well as the sound of cars. I looked around the beautiful sunny dreamscape and thought that these people were all mine. This made the dream quiver like an earthquake. I woke.

NON-LUCID

Dream 1:

I was in a Biology college class that was a bit short in size of people and room structure. I believed wed discussed about how future Biology courses will be much harder than the one I’m taking now (Biology 111)

Dream 2:

I’m inside of a college dorm with random people (I actually live by myself in an apartment not too far from my University). Some dude who was my Chemistry 111 partner was a roommate, and I believe girls could come into the boys dorm for a while as long as the room director approved it.

This whole dream was a bit random, because I woke up at random times in waking life, so some parts were probably erased. But I do remember sleeping on a bed, and there was this blonde girl with a pink blouse or pink bra and really short shorts.



She was talking to some random girl, and then the room director told her she had to go leave, but she can come back at a specific time. I believe I got up at this time and was going around this area paying attention to the details created in front of me.

One girl was looking at me I think and asked where the women’s restroom was. Since I knew where the men’s restroom was, I assumed the females’ would be to the right of the room we were in. She goes to look for the restroom, finds it, and complains on how it smells.


I suggested to her to just turn on the fan, but she started to get embarrassed, probably because she was afraid people would know she had to do the #2, and it was obvious she had to do it.



Dream 3:

I believe I see my Academic advisor for Biochemistry, I asked her a question I e-mailed to her about possible electives courses I could take since I need 3 more hours to get 14 hours’ worth of classes in waking life.

She suggested that I give her my Student name (I thought I already e-mailed you my name) and my Student ID (You should be able to know my ID by my name if you looked it up!).

She starts to walk off somewhere, and after a while, I had a “Wait a second” moment, and ran after her. She was going inside a door, but I managed to call out her name before she left. But I forgot what I was going to tell her.

DR - something about fam in where I used to live

Dec.6, 2011 - no supps, bed at 12 am

DR - whole class went to get immunization, but I had a hidden agenda - wanted to get some testing done to catch somebody on the east coast

DR- I'm an alien arriving to earth? The FBI is already searching for me. Some friends have arranged hiding places for me and as I fly through the forest, I hide in a foliage in a middle of a trunk of a big tree. Then I'm on a sidewalk with friends and we all project fake images of ourselves. The agents trying to act inconspicuous are walking by on a sidewalk ogling us. I think we are fooling them and they think we are pretty blonds and they want to get into a jacuzzi with us.

DR - we are flying with friends to Australia. In the air we see an airplane that I recognize to be Australian Coast Guard with pretty aussie flag.

I got out of bed and i try turn on my lights. Then I had a sudden impulse to try again, so whie still standing in front of my light switch, i turn it off, but nothing! The light didnt turn off, so i thought what the heck is going on...am i lucid dreaming?! I tried the finger trick thru the wall and it worked sloowwwly. At first nothing, but its like the wall was getting softer to the point that it actually started to bend in like jello, and shabam! I was lucid.

I turned around and my friend was there all of a sudden and I was telling him oh dude im lucid as i was rubbing my hands up and down my legs to stabalize. I asked him what he thinks we shud be doing, and he hinted to run thru the wall and fly out. So i was like heck yea lets do it! So we ran and jumped out of my side wall.

We flew down my street in what I thought was the most amazing and vivid scene I've ever seen. Colors were incredibly vibrant, the feeling of air was real, and the sounds were loud. I live by a main street so the sound of cars going thru were there, a little louder than usual but still.

So while flying down the street, I start to feel a little too excited and started to feel an end to the dream. So i fly down and touch the ground with my feet, felt the rocks, touched the fence and stabalized. All of a sudden my mom drives by in her car and looks out at me and says "Hey what are you doing?!" then she drives off, totally weird.

So I immediately try to fly again but neither I not my friend could. We tried and tried but could not do it. Then I had an idea, which I think I got from here(dreamviews), that If you can't fly, try to picture yourself above the ground. I interpretted it as jumping off a high place. So I pictured us on top of a building, and as we walked to the end of the sidewalk, we actually teleported ontop of a sky scraper in London(not that I've ever been to London but thats what I was thinking in my head). Then my friend reminded me that this is too high, we both had fear. I thought if it was too high then I might not be able to stabilize the dream if I jump. So i stepped back, and stepped forward and it became 2 stories tall.

Even then we were still a little afraid. But then weird things happened. The dream scene started populating incredible amounts of people in front and behind me, and I felt the dream starting to take control again. I caught myself going along with the flow and remembered faintly that I was lucid, so i still had control of what I did, but that was it.

There was a fight that happened behind me between my friend and some dude, so I went back over there and socked the guy in the jaw and knocked him out. The excitement from that woke me up and here I am now.

Pretty exciting =D.

Here I am at school/College what ever, I am minding my own business enjoying my self while this girl introduced her self to me. She wanted to be friends with me and I sworn I have known her from some where. She had blonde hair, hazel eyes. She looked really beautiful. She was a nice person and she was really down to earth. She wanted to exchange our emails so she could chat with me online so we could get to know each other better, I couldn't see her mail because the letters looked blurry. She said shes been wanting to talk to me for awhile now because she was shy to talk to me. She asked me if she could hang out with me sometimes and I said sure, She went to class and I said she sounds like a really nice girl, I felt really happy in the dream Then the dream ended.

Here I am being at this weird house. I am with a bunch of guys. They had a mirror that looked black. I really didn't like the feeling of the mirror, Suddenly the mirror split in pieces. It scattered into another dimension. The pieces some how went through my right leg and my leg was the portal. I was wondering why was my leg a freaking portal? Then the guys told me we have to go and collect those black pieces of the glass of the mirror before something bad happens.

Then they told me I am a portal and they had to go through my leg. So they did. And they dragged me along with me. I ended up in front of a white house that looked old. Not really old but just old, It was like I was in another dimension. The atmosphere seemed great. Everything was realistic, it was extremely vivid. I turned around and saw a mirror. It looked like I saw an old lady looking out through her curtains. Then suddenly I ran into Chuck Norris, He appeared right in front of me before my eyes when I turned around. I could feel the ground and felt the air.

He was telling me stuff about this place and this dimension. He told me there is a witch that lives in that house. She uses white magick for helping others, This place is paradise. I was wondering what I can do in a strange neighbor hood like this, It was really quiet. I really wish I could explore it. Then the dream ended.

Here I am hanging with these guys, I am going to help them save some of their friends that got stuck behind some boulders. We went to go help them and I saw a goron going in there and helping them. I saw a town next to the building and it was a small town, It was apparently next to a palace. There was rumors going about a princess being there, So I wanted to go and I couldn't each there. I was also being attacked by some crows, they looked like mutated crows and chickens put together, except there was the chicken thing under neith the birds chin. And I saw its hair looking like a mohawk. It was really creepy.

Note: This was the ODDEST dream I have ever had. I could think on my free will (I can't in my non-lucid dreams), but I couldn't control my actions. So I guess it was in the middle of lucidity and non-lucidity. It was also very vivid and when I woke up I was still contemplating if it was real or a dream. It also was very short, only one or two minutes. So... yeah. On the the dream now!

I was laying on my stomach on my bed, meditating trying to do astral projection. My ears started popping and I felt like I was electrocuted. I got so excited and scared that it failed and I had to start over. I tried again and soon enough I felt the ear thing and I felt electrocuted. I felt myself rip out of my body and I could see down after levitating a few feet. Everything in my room was disappearing and new things were appearing. I was going to look back at my body but I got thrown against my will (my soul, not my physical body) to the other side of the room. Everything was incredibly bright, yet my eyes didn't hurt at all. I got sucked back to my body and it was over.

Here I am with a few Ghost Hunters. We are searching a house for ghosts, we went to different spots in the house and I came across a "odd" place that felt really weird. It felt either hot or cold, it didn't matter to me. I felt as if I was feeling allot of energy beside me in one corner. I took out my EMF detector "Energy Magnetic Field" detector that Ghost Hunters uses in their show to find ghosts. And I seemed to find a Spirit in my dream, I got scared and ran out of the room. I hardly can't remember anything after that. But the dream was vivid and really strange.

Slept: around 4:30 AM
Wasn't able to set intention. Woke up around 8 am, 9 am, 11 am and 12 noon.
