I used to do that about 10 years ago. I would set the alarm to first go off after 5 hours of sleep, because I figured that after that my body would be done repairing itself mostly. Then I'd set it to go off every hour until I get up. Was very useful back then because I couldn't get very long LDs. But now the alarm can disturb me while I'm LDing so I don't do it anymore. |
