First fragment I was in church, attending to a mass. Second fragment I was driving a silver coloured car towards a farm where my brother was working. It was a really sunny and warm day. The road was placed in between two huge fields with forests in the distance. When driving I saw a bus stop in the middle of a field, someone was waiting there, a man that looked like me. I immediately thought about lucid dreaming and vividness of the dream highly increased.
Bedtime: 10:15pm Wakeup: 7:30am Recall wasn't so good last night, I didn't have my focus. I had a 10 hour work day, so my sleep was very deep. Did recall one solid dream though. Dream 1 I was at a mass in a town near where I grew up, and my whole family was there. Halfway into the mass, this woman started giving a presentation, but there was some kids who were being really loud. I didn't witness exactly what happened, but the woman made these kids leave. I saw the mother gather her children and yell "Don't worry, we won't be coming back!" and she looked really angry. The next thing I know, my aunt goes up to the woman and ruins her presentation. She scribbles all over her whiteboard and says some stuff to her about how you can't just kick children out of the church. Then she realizes how embarrassing her actions were and starts crying. I get up and take her to the sacristy, and she's crying and says she was just really mad at how the woman treated that family. Then the priest comes in to talk to her, and I'm just sort of observing the whole thing. I forget what he was saying to her, but then the woman came in and she seemed really embarrassed and emotional as well. My aunt wouldn't talk to her or even look at her, and then I think we left. Dream 2 (fragment): This fragment is like a fake memory from high school, there's a bunch of kids from my class in a park behind my house, and we're all doing this music video with choreographed dancing and singing. I remember seeing my best friend from high school, who I haven't spoken to in years IRL, and I just remember avoiding her the whole time, even though we were still in high school and supposedly still friends. Awkward feelings...
First dream I was staying for some time at my friends house, a small building. Inside it was cluttered with silverware, clothes, furniture and other stuff. For whole week we were playing HoMM3 on his laptop. One evening we were preparing to go for a mass. For this whole time, foster parents of my friend were rude and mean to us. It was like three hours before the mass. I wanted to go jogging, so I said them that I need to do something in a city. They told me that if I don't go to the mass, they'll beat me black and blue. When going down the stairs, I met two men in grey suit. I asked "Are you the bailiff?" He replied "Yes, I am." and entered the house. It was dark night, one hour to mass. I was just running on the sidewalk. I saw that a girl was running from the other side. I decided to turn around, and run in opposite direction. When I ran back to friends house, it was early morning, long after the mass. Their house was a burning ruin. I saw my mother helping my friend. She got hurt, and I had to help her. Second dream - fragment I was a black man with dark hair, wearing purple suit. I was a footballer, and had friends in the sports league. One day, we had a horrible argue. I drove away from the sports hall to a house in the countryside. Week later I was back at the hall, sneaking inside. The only things inside were lockers, showers and benches. I sneaked like a master thief, and saw that they have planned everything to get rid off me.
11.09.2014Wife meets a neighbor at a weird mass. (Non-lucid) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID I found myself enjoying a vacation with my wife and we were in a very Roman city, at Old Town area The road was pavimented with stones and all the construction appeared to be from several years ago, it felt like very old school this place. We were visiting a Cathedral and it was also very Roman type of thing and it was beautiful. We took a ton of photos and it was beautiful and my wife told me to enter it so check it out and I felt that would be an awesome idea. As we entered it, apparently there was a mass going on, but the bishop was not there. There were a lot of people praying and reading books (I guess bibles...) They were playing pop music and that felt to me very weird. (Usually I am good at picking up dream signs, but missed this one big time.) As one song ended, i heard the first few notes from a Dragon Ball themed song. I was even more surprised and I told my wife about it, but someone changed the song to the next one. But only half a second from this song played and they stopped the music. As silence was dominant at the Cathedral, I saw a Bishop coming in and everybody stood up. Even though I am a spiritualist and non Catholic, I felt I would due my respects and stand up as well. The Bishop was holding a bible and he was trying to speak, but there was a lot of noise inside and no one seemed to care that the mass was going to get started. Suddenly, my wife's cell started to ring at an extremely loud volume, to a point that it echoed throughout the entire Cathedral. Despite my wife trying to find her cell phone and not being able to, no one seemed to care either, there was a lot of chattering around the church and the Bishop was getting mad. I saw the Bishop waving at some people and suddenly people started to join a line, they were going to have communion or something. I figured that I should join the line as well for respects. Some monk or something was lifting one of those things you eat for communion: However, there were not signing or anything, just people joined the line. When it was my turn, a monk handed one to me and said, "Christ flesh." And placed it on my hands. However, it had like two Doritos attached to it. I ate it and it tasted like cardboard. It was pretty disgusting and I could not swallow it, so upon spilling it out, it felt and tasted like wet paper. I was trying to find my wife, but she was talking with some neighbor that she found. It appears that this neighbor of hers was teaching English classes and she would share with the neighbor that she spent nine years at the US and knew better English than the teacher. I tried to talk to my wife, but she was focused our neighbor. She told my wife that she would be nicknamed "Acorn" After this, they had their goodbyes and my wife told me she hopped she called her for English teaching opportunities.
The first thing that I remember was that the dream was like an intro to an rpg game, it starts out on some high cliffs, and people are dressed as they are in the Elder Scrolls Oblivion. I meet with someone on the cliff, he was dressed in a mage robe and he tells me that he is going to tell his "boss" that I have arrived so he can give me an assignment. I follow the mage through a small tunnel and end up at another part of the cliffs, it's really sunny, and the edge of the cliff drops down hundreds of feet to a huge lake of water. The mage says "wait here i'll tell him you have arrived". He walks over to his boss (who is also a mage and whose back is facing towards me), he starts talking to him and then his boss kills him (it turns out the boss is the main enemy in the storyline). The dead body falls down the cliff and lands in the water, and the boss flees through a doorway (and pays no attention to the fact that I saw what happened). I think this is where I think I went partially lucid (ill try my best to explain htis) . I felt the REM cycle ending (or something like that) because as I walked towards the door that the boss went through, the dream got fainter, and something was telling me "i'm dreaming and it's about to end, let me see if I can make it last longer". So I thought of a "loading screen" as some games have as you enter or get near a door, and then I imagined myself spinning (I can't think of any other reason why I would be spinning other than the fact that I was partially aware I was dreaming and knew what to do as the dream got fainter). The next part I remember is riding through forrests and mountains in the game Oblivion, I was on a horse, however Kadian and Ashley from Mass effect were riding next to me on horses as well. There was some mission we had to complete, (I dont think I was lucid at this point) but instead I ditched them to go explore and ride up the highest mountain and get a cool view of the landscape. At this point there were people around me dressed as they would be in normal life. For some reason I payed no attention to it. As I was riding up the mountain I'd look back to see how high I was going, when I got to the top instead of seeing a view from high up, everything around me started to move and it leveled out like I was back on the ground. Instead of a landscape I saw what looked like a city in Iceland (I watched the Sigur Ros movie a few days ago and that's probably where I got it from. Behind the city was an ocean w/a sunset. That's all I remember
