Morning of January 26, 2019. Saturday. Dream #: 19,031-02. Reading time: 50 sec. I find myself in an unfamiliar arcade with minimal lighting, unaware of my conscious self identity. I am at a table and become involved in playing a game, without a backbox, that has the appearance of two side-by-side pinball shooter lanes and little else. I push buttons and press the palms of my hands against the front edge of the table. My actions result in one to four balls rolling back and forth in the lanes, knocking against each other. Sometimes there is only one ball on one side. Most of them are like a slightly oversized pinball, but there are also white plastic balls with hardly any weight to them. I remain unsure of what the purpose of this game is, but I seem to be doing well, as I keep balls moving in the lanes. I do not see a score indicator. Other people watch me play at times. The table has four metal legs. However, there is a short time when the table is on the floor (without legs), and I am playing the game while seated cross-legged on the floor. Curiously, I pay no attention to this error in my dream’s continuity, but it is probably a subliminal dream state indicator that I am not standing in reality.
Morning of January 3, 2019. Thursday. Dream #: 19,008-02. Reading time (optimized) 3 min. My dream self maintains a thread of my conscious self identity in that I remember Zsuzsanna, though no other current factor (such as an awareness I live in Australia) is extant. We are in the King Street mansion (though Zsuzsanna has never been to America). I introduce her to Leonard. They briefly hug. Leonard seems cheerful and glad to see me The staircase does not appear, so my dream does not vivify as a result. Vestibular system correlation still occurs, as I end up happily flying without effort with Zsuzsanna to a fictitious arcade northeast of the King Street house. [inherited non-linear vestibular system correlation] In the arcade, which does not have much lighting, the setting eventually vivifies, though Zsuzsanna is no longer present. (Zsuzsanna often serves as an induction simulacrum in one dream and an emerging consciousness simulacrum in another.) I stand in a big electronic game that seemingly combines several other games. It is called “Zombie Wars.” It is like a very sparse and oversized pinball playing field. Facing away to my left and perpendicular to the table I am at, though attached to it, is a pinball machine of regular size. I can control its flippers from where I am even though I cannot see most of its playing field. The game relates to the player being on a quest, but the backstory is unclear. There is an icon displaying a hypodermic needle that holds green fluid. (I vaguely sense that it would result in going deeper into sleep to correctly play the game, but I do not activate it.) There are also sections to my right. I mostly play around with the controls without any goal in mind. The area is about four times the size of a drafting table, not including the attached pinball machine. A small device on the upper right has a vertical metal rod that I can guide over an area that represents a map. There is a similar small machine to its right. I continue to play around with the controls. The rod moves around randomly, making a maze-like pattern. What I mostly enjoy doing for several minutes is making the whole table roll about and shake. [inherited linear vestibular system correlation] The feeling of movement is vivid and pleasing, like being on a ride that is rolling about in all directions. The entire oversized game moves up to two feet in each direction, though it is all random. (No viable gameplay is occurring.) There is presently one other person in the arcade, an unknown male off to my left on the other side of the big room. He is playing a pinball game. The unknown male owner walks in from behind me, off to my left. I suspect that he is coming to tell us that the arcade is closing, though this turns out to not be the case, as more people come in. (This is a subliminal attempt at left-side-oriented dream state reinduction based on my usual subception of being in the dream state, but which instead triggers RAS.) The preconscious, as an unfamiliar young blond man of about seventeen, is activated and becomes his typical intrusive self to initiate the waking process. I am still playing around with the controls of the big game. The pinball game that was attached to the left is now more like a video game. It involves small short rockets going down into moon craters as well as shooting lasers at small slowly moving hovering rocks. I score points despite the preconscious chanting gibberish at me in a seemingly sarcastic tone. (Logically, I would not be able to see the screen, as it is facing away from me, but I have two simultaneous viewpoints at this time.) In my annoyance, I decide to leave, and as a result, there is a subliminal thread of [literal bed space emergence] as I get my hooded sweater. I notice several pairs of my blue jeans strewn about in the room, a subliminal awareness that I do not wear clothes as I sleep. When I go to pick up a pair of my jeans to put on, thinking I will probably leave my other clothes in the arcade, and contemplate flying back to King Street, the waking process initiates as a result. Two distinct forms of (inherited) vestibular system correlation being in the same dream is not very common because of the consciousness initiation factor, but this was a long dream with a few different levels of illusory awareness.

It was an adventure. I was inside a ship. A wooden ship, like in the times of pirates. It's a sunken ship. There are zombies all over, and we have to avoid them. Zombies and other creatures. I also saw ice several times. But it was more like a platform game, avoiding obstacles and creatures. I was helping a companion. Then I was up in the air with a few people, as if we were "thrown" there. There are stuff in the air, as if they're pinned on air. Made me feel like I'm in a pinball machine. I slide and jump, hoping to reach something, but falling at the same time. I landed near a mall. I was inside the grocery store, and was looking for stuff to buy. I bought a sack of rice. Then something about stealing. I'm not sure if it was me or someone else.
I was with a group of people. This chick was playing pinball and kicking ass. She got a little over 3,000,000 on her first ball, obviously winning several free games and stuff. When her first ball was finally over, I picked her up and she wrapped her legs around me. I told her how hot she was, and she told me she wanted to eat some special treat with me, but it is as though we were deciding for everyone. Just then someone came around the corner and asked the crowd what they wanted to do. They decided via the lady that walked in to get some other kind of treat. I was disappointed because when the lady came around I had to put my lady down, and our plans were disrupted. Note: Then my wife woke me up because she found our change. I have Eisenhower dollars to give the kids when they lose a tooth and my boy just lost one. I figured I would journal this dream as long as the tooth ferry had to visit. P.S. My daughter had her first lucid dream last night. She decided to fly, and she made it above the clouds. It was interesting to see her expression after her first lucid. She's almost 8.
DJ Log: May 2, 2011 – 7:30AM (USA Eastern) Text color legend: · NON-DREAM · NOTES · DREAM · LUCID · I am playing a pinball game called Super Mario Brothers Pinball. The balls drop from the top and bounce down through to the bottom. There are a couple of canons that shoot the ball back out once it goes into a side pocket, or drops off the bottom of the game. I can't seem to find the flippers, but they are not needed as there are enough things that bounce the balls around on their own. After playing for a while, the game starts to malfunction and get into endless loops of bouncing the ball from a canon back into one of the side pockets. Sometimes, all 4 of the balls fall out at once and get stuck bouncing in various directions. The balls make the Super Mario Brothers “jump” sound whenever they hit something. The TV that the game is on turns into a car, and the game gets into an endless loop where the ball drops from the start tube, hits the first canon, then launches back into the start tube and completely out of the game. The balls launch out of the car and start bouncing around the city. I fly away from the car and get into another car so I can watch from a distance. I pull over into a parking lot and watch as the car stops in the middle of the road and backs slightly to align the flying balls so they bounce around between the other cars and some of the buildings. After a while, the power suddenly goes out in the city and everything goes dark. A few more balls launch out, then the lights and power in the car start to go out. The power comes back on and the car starts to drive away. A DC sees that the game system is left lying in the middle of the road, so he grabs it and starts running after the car. I drive up and grab the game system from him and start chasing the car, but I lost track of it. The DC points and says the car pulled into a convenience store parking lot. I missed the entrance, so I pull into the next parking lot at a gas station. I get out and start running toward the game car, but I wake up before arriving. I hope my dry spell is over. I quit smoking cigarettes about a month and a half ago and have had terrible recall during this time. I had two good fragments earlier in the night while I was sleeping on a friend's couch, then this one happened when I came home and went back to bed for a couple of hours before getting up for work.
