Mancon's Dream

I was sleeping in a hotel room when I heard someone shouting "Fire!" in the next room over. I shot up, and rushed to the door. The door wouldn't open. I switched on a light switch, and the lights flickered and went out. Wait a minute...I did a reality check and was relieved to find out I was dreaming.

I stabilized the dream. Now that I knew it was a dream, I completely forgot about the fire, and opened the door with ease.

Across my room was an elevator. I pressed the elevator button, heard a bing, but it didn't open! I could hear a dog barking in the elevator, but the doors weren't budging! I reminded myself it was a dream and managed to open the doors.

A dog came shooting out, and I grabbed him. I didn't want to risk getting stuck in the elevator, and saw a window in the hallway. I held the dog in my arm and jumped out the window.

I was happy to be in a busy city, with tall buildings everywhere. I kept walking until I found a street corner. When I turned the corner, I imagined a bus stop there so I could get to Chichen Itza.

A big green bus was waiting for me there! I stepped inside and told the short bus driver to take me to Chichen Itza. I looked around, trying to find anyone that matched people's descriptions in the project. I was still holding the dog, and people kept coming up to me wanting to pet it. I shouted out to everyone "Hey this is a dream! Lucid dreaming! Dreamviews!" Nobody even bothered to look up.

I stood up, and set the dog down. I walked around the bus examining everyone closely. "This is a dream!" Finally someone looked up, surprised. They were asian and looked exactly like..."fOrceez?" I said.

He held up a notepad he had been drawing on. It was a girl wearing only a bra. I laughed. "fOrceez, your dreaming!" I told him. He refused to believe me, and looked at me sadly.

I couldn't convince him he was dreaming, so I decided to do someone really memorable that he might remember. I punched him right in the face and screamed "I HAD SEX WITH MY TEACHER LAST NIGHT!!"

He looked at me shocked, when I heard a loud BANG. I woke up.

A couple nights ago I had a strange dream. At one point I was in some kind of boat or raft. I was with a woman I don't really know. We were paddling, and at one point she tipped over and got her head caught between two rock walls. Watter was pouring down the walls like waterfalls. It was really dangerous because it would pull anything down into the crevice. I decided I had to save her in spite of the danger.

Later I ended up making out with her. I was really happy.

(Regular Dream) | Fell asleep by 10:30PM, woke up around 2PM.
I'm in someones house, I suppose my Aunt's, but the set-up is different. My cousin L* and friend K* are chilling. I'm observing, not interacting in this section of the dream. K* is laying on a couch, at the left, watching a movie: Ice Age. I suppose it's a new sequel. My POV changes to a scene inside of the movie in which a giant beast is chasing sheep through the ice and snow. K* asks L* for a drink and checks the refrigerator. She pours some alcohol, adds a little ginseng, and then a bit of beef flavoring. -I'm peeing in a bathroom which seems to be Nancy's house, but is set up like my cousins M*&S*'s bathroom. I'm peeing into a tub filled with tissue paper, which shrinks when being wet. L* appears briefly in the tub as if she were taking a bath in tissue paper, instead of water. -I'm laying in bed with L* and one of her friends comes into the room. She sets her dog down, like a chihuahua, with black and white spots and a red collar. The woman is skinny, with short red hair. She's stopping by to say hi. I've never met her before. The dog comes up to me and gives me kisses as I pet him, we all giggle. The visitor is named aRevolver, like a gun. She exits the room and is about to leave though I'd like to say bye. I put on my shirt and sweater to head out. I give her a hug outside in my Aunts backyard, and Google gives me a +1. I sit down in a chair in front of the futon swing. My sister S* is near me too, sitting at a wooden school desk. I take a good look around me and notice that mostly everyone here is gay and with a partner. Even the two guys on the futon. A gothic guy walks past me and triggers my memory of a movie that I've watched recently. I look to S* and she knows what I'm talking about but we can't remember the name of he movie. (It was Adam & Steve.) Anyway. I see a lady at a bar further away. She was recording me with her camera on her phone. I walk up to her and ask her to delete the video. She complains saying that I knew she was recording me because I was looking at her phone. I tell her no, I wasn't. She accuses me for another reason and then asks how I knew. I tell her that I know based on her reactions. I keep asking her to delete the video and she doesn't. Then she becomes a little frisky and tries to hit me. I grab her at the side of the arm before she does. She keeps trying to hit me, even kicking. She yells that I'm hurting/abusing her. Another black lady comes to help her and tries attacking me too. I comment on their suck-y fighting, considering I'm right in front of them, face to face.

(Regular Dream)
I'm in the passenger seat of my cousin Su*'s SUV, which is silver in the dream. She is driving on the highway and it is sunny, daytime. I have a sense that other family members are with me, and my boyfriend M* being behind my seat. He asks my cousin N*, to his left, for a cigarette. I give him the stink eye and point at him. I jokingly raise my hand like intent to slap. I turned forward for a moment and when I turn back around as he's lighting the cigarette, I snatch it from him and throw it immediately out my window. A silver car was behind us and dodged the cigarette which dropped a few yards away onto the ground. I realized I've littered, without thinking. I had a bad feeling from the car behind us. The car turned into the next lane to our left and sped ahead of us. I could see the passenger and driver in the front of the car writing down our license plate number. My feeling was right. It didn't seem that Su* knew this had happened. I wasn't sure what was going to happen; she'll be fined for something of my fault or I'll be taken to jail?

(Regular Dream, Fragmented)
I'm walking towards my friend K* whom is in the three foot shallow end of the peanut shaped pool within the middle of my apartment complex. The border has a dark green color, as usual, and the water is a light blue, It is day time and there are other people around our age swimming. I however, am fully clothed. K* is near a white strap cot which has her towels and newly purchased phone. -I'm near the cot and am wiping off water from her phone, probably from her handling. -K* changes into an old neighbor and friend, Z*. -I remember Z* about to hop out of the pool from the side. -I'm holding back some sort of branches at the cyclone fence. -I'm inside of a bounce house outside the fence. I need to cross from the bounce house to another location across from where I am. The scene has changed into a dimmer blue tone. I think I need to jump to save someone. I remember standing, being unsure of whether I will make it. I decide to take the risk anyway, and make a verbal comment like "fuck it" or something of-the-like. I run and jump. Strips of the bounce house comes with me and I am gliding towards the construction underneath a bridge. I glide between the sideways poles. Whatever material I'm attached to, behind me, is caught on the bridge structure. I'm twirling around the structure that I'm caught on, coming closer to the pole in a centripetal fashion. I quickly hit the center and die, everything turns to blackness, as usual. I wake up and go back to sleep.

M* and I had recently had sex. I'm in my Aunts backyard with other people. I'm playing an entertainment video on my laptop. A sex scene of M* and I from earlier is about to play. I cover the screen with a book so no one else can see, except my twin sister and I.

I've been writing in a dream journal for 2 months and have had 5 lucids. I was looking back on them and wanted to share a couple since I'm new here.

1st Lucid
Type:WILD
After lunch I decide to try a WILD so I went to bed and relaxed, using some techniques from The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep book. After what seemed like a long time I gave up and got out of bed and walked outside. However, I noticed that it was really dark outside which was odd since it was around noon. I looked at the ground and thought "Am I dreaming?" as soon as I said that my dream body was plummeted strait back to my room, phasing through a wall and back into my body. I made sure not to move and started visualizing different places: the forest, desert, ocean. I couldn't make up my mind on where to go and could tell the visuals were fading I knew the dream was ending. Suddenly a distant sound emerged from the darkness, something I recognized but couldn't pinpoint on what it was exactly.

Go to youtube and type in "Total Recall The Dream" and that is the song that was playing(I cant post links yet)

Then, out of the nowhere this incredibly powerful voice from nowhere said this: "Have you ever wanted to climb the mountains of Mars?" Then I realized the song was from the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Total Recall. My eyes opened and I was looking a red soil. I looked slowly looked up and was staring at the mt. Everest of Mars. I looked around, taking in the details (blue sky), but became so overwhelmed I woke up.

-I thought it was interesting that once I tried to find the song on youtube I discovered it was called "The Dream"

Second Lucid
After waking up early then going back to bed I fell asleep and found myself on a rooftop. The building seemed to be coming out of the ocean. Somehow I just started flying out over the ocean, changing speeds and flying higher and lower. The ocean was incredibly vivid far more than real life, which was amazing to me. I saw a tall building in the distance that was being engulfed by nature, as if it had been abandoned. As I looked at the ocean I saw what I first thought was thousands of multicolored flowers just under the surface of the ocean. Then I sensed something that blew my mind: Those weren't flowers I was seeing, and I wasn't even flying over an ocean at all, it was all energy . At that point of realization a wave came up and I passed through it, feeling a shockwave through my body that sent me into waking consciousness.

I was in a village. Maybe you could call it a town. There was some sort of... monster. Something that the townsfolk couldn't kill. I knew that if I went outside the bar we were taking shelter in, I would die. The dream got hazy, and the next thing I knew I was face to face with the monster. I was lucid. I think I looked at my hands, because it struck me to stabilize the dream. After I got rid of the monster, I rubbed my hands together. I felt my hands rubbing together... I went into a void-like space. I woke up. I wasn't conscious enough to do a DEILD, so I went into a non-lucid. DAMN! This is progress... Anyways. I... I had a false awakening! I just remembered. I make a habit to do reality checks after awakening, but for whatever reason, I didn't. After I had awoken on my bed (I wasn't even sleeping on a bed that night) I went back to "sleep". Anyways, in the jumble of confusion of switching dreams, coming out of a dream or whatever, afterwords, I awoke in a field. This dream was linked somehow to the monster dream. Anyways, because I was watching Fullmetal Alchemist a lot before I went to bed, I stayed with me a bit. The vampire seemed to have transmutation circles spread out. She was going to make a sacrifice with it. Even though there were no people. o.O Anyways, I acted like I was with her, and then took a sword out of a transmutation circle and dueled her. She had the upper hand, as I was defending all of her blows, as I had to take the time to take the sword out, and she saw me do it. Well, she had me on the ground, and I was defending from her blows (Don't get excited) Anyways, I found myself back on my feet, and the dream ended after a few swipes at eachother. I just remembered another fragment! I was running from the police... It was VERY easy. I set off distractions as I ran, and I was thinking of going into a foggy area, then escaping out the back door. I had lost the cops before I got to the building with the fog in it. I walked into a different area... There were a few guys a bit older than me. Juniors or Sophmores, I recognized them in the dream. I was on a rock, considering jumping onto the roof that it was near. The building was old, it looked flimsy. I decided that I wouldn't jump for it (Darn it, that would have made me lucid!) I talked to the two guys for a bit, and we walked down a path that went past the house. I woke up.

I've been having incredible dreams lately. Too many details. To sum up last night's dream, which I swear lasted forever, even when I'd wake up. Tried MILD, but the dream was just too interesting. I was traveling a lot, I remember an angry juggalo. I was staying at several hotels with a group of people participating in some sort of contest tour. I spoke with Maynard at the beginning of the dream but I barely remember it. Seem to be having more dreams of him lately. There was a crazy looking snake that had hair on it's head, looked like a snake rockstar. Towards the end of the dream my friend A and I were gathering these pictures for something, they were all the same. Then she kept handing me these tops that had layers underneath. I kept taking out the bottom layers and I planned on keeping them. Then I realized I didn't need them and apologized. I don't know how my dreams have been so vivid lately, I don't know what I've been doing different except using mantras. It's pretty cool though. I love having interesting dreams, great escapes from reality.

I'm a becoming a sophmore when school starts in two weeks. At the moment half my school is being rebuilt and each building has 3 stories, and their also going to add new things to the new class rooms because our school is over 75 years old and this is the first time their ever rebuilding it.

I was in the car with my mom and she was driving me to school, as I was passing the school to go around the side to get into the drop off area, I saw all the rebuilding they were doing and it looked really cool. So my mom dropped me off I walked up to a building that I never saw before and it was already in use. As I open the door instead of being on the first floor of this building I somehow ended up on the third floor. I walked down the hall, I enter this room that had alot of washers and dryers and a couple of women in there so I ask what there doing after a min or two one finally answers me washing cloths for volunteer hours. I was like "oh cool could i help becuase i need volunteer hours" so after deliberating for a little they finally said yes I could so I washed some clothes for what felt like 5 mins. Then one of the ladies was like you come with my so I just dropped what i was doing and followed her. We went down the hallway and this tv was in the wall, this tv is touch screen, then I see a guy walking with a touch pad thing and he was controling what was on the tv screen. As we go down some 10 ft infront of us there is a door and the lady was like "oh these arent normal doors you got to turn the handle then drag the handle to the otherside of the door then the door will open." It looked really cool (to me) once I passed through the door I was sitting on the edge of a wall in my middle school and there were these four black girls just staring at me. Then one was like "How you doin'" and I was like "Fine you?" then my hearing weakend or something so I didnt hear what she said but I still replied as if I knew what she said and her and her friends just laughed. After they finished laughing they went pass my except for one who randomly sat on my lap and I was like " umm why are you sitting on me you dont even know me" and she said "I like to be spontaneous" and I was like "ok".

I had a lucid dream last night. I was talking to my family and everything was so clear and I was even less interested in their conversation than usual. I thought,"Wow, everything isn't blurry. I must be dreaming." I pondered whether I should do something or not, but I was too lazy to try anything. So, I just continued to listen to my family. Then, I thought,"I wonder how they would feel if I told them this was a dream." I decided against it and just looked around the room. I briefly considered that perhaps I really was awake and had just suffered a moment of temporary insanity. But, I decided against that when I realized I had been in the living room with absolutely no recollection of what I had done before.
I'm a pretty lethargic person in real life, so it's no wonder whenever I do have a lucid dream, I more or less don't do much of anything. I prefer observing the characters and the scenery.

Texture's Dream

My second adventure to Chichen Itza, I'm pretty excited with the results, and am going to read all your DJs!

FIRST DREAM [DILD] Basilisk and Swedish fish
I don't remember the beginning of the first dream at all. Here's where it picks up:
I'm fairly groggy at first, but my dream gets clearer and clearer. I'm in a giant shoe box, turned on it's side but without a top (Imagine a cave). There are three feet of cardboard on each side, (imagine a 30 foot long cave. add 6 feet of rock to the entrance so now its only 24ft). In other words, enough to hide behind on each side. I get the very strong impression I am with some of the characters from avatar, specifically Katara. There is a lime green mist swirling about 3 feet below the edge of the- FINE ILL CALL IT A CAVE, which gives off a sickly odor. Suddenly, a Basilisk rises up and lunges to the left side of the box, making us scramble behind the small wall. [At this point, the scene is in 3rd person]. The snake falls gracefully back into the mist, then lunges at us on the right side, where we hide behind that wall. This happens for a while, and the scene switches back to first person. As the snake dives back into the mist, it's tail loops around Katara's leg and drags her down into the mist. I want to rescue her, and see hexagonal stepping stones, damp and brown, with moss growing on the tops. I jump for the stones, but slip and fall.

As I fall, the thick mist kind of pulses, giving off vibrations. Then, I hit the surface of a purple "lake", which is warm, but has waves splashing around. The water tastes like a sweet/sour apple. Water is one of my dream signs, so I become lucid. The mist disappears, leaving a cloudless sky and no sign of the cave or stepping stones. I sink beneath the surface, to discover the fish are actually swedish fish. I try to eat one, but it is too fast. The bottom of the lake is a flat area made up of blue coral, surrounded by chunks of coral, all over 30 feet tall. As I get close, an arcade game comes into view, and a girl speaks in my head. "If you succeed, you will be at the pyramid. If you fail, the darkness will take you."
"I'm up to the challenge!" I yell, letting my voice echo throughout my dream. A compartment opens on the arcade, revealing my trusty wand. I picture Chichen Itza with dreamers walking around the bast, the green signal already hanging in the sky. I twirl on the spot and try to move into the image. The picture becomes slightly more vivid, then fades.
"@#$%." I mutter, then quickly improvise. "Oh right, the Elder wand is in my pocket," I say laughing, expecting to feel its weight in my jeans. To my disappointment, nothing. I still reach for my pocket, willing to pull it out. A white mist has drifted over the area, and the girl has taken form. She is the palest blue, with matching hair, and her arms are crossed. "You have failed, the darkness will take you..." She murmurs. My consciousness zooms out of the back of my head, and I see my body collapse before I enter the now black mist. I hear heavy footsteps behind me and wildly spin around (apparently I have my body back), but wake up.


-REAL LIFE-
I wake up, but am too worked up to try a WILD. I'm actually glad I woke up because my alarm was set to go off in 4 minutes THAT would have made me mad.

I just lay still for 20 minutes, then lay on my back and enter SP. Today, it sounded like marbles were rolling all over a wooden floor, and flashes of light outlined my door on my eyelids. Eventually the door grew bigger and moved to the center of my vision. I pictured the golden door that leads to my "Fortress" and stepped into the one room house, and my dream. I feel the weight of my silver key on my chest. Don't need to do a reality check!
The miniature ocean that was set into the floor was stormy, reflecting the weather in real life. I like to keep my dream signs in my fortress, as they make my dream clearer/ help stabilize them. I downed a vial of flying potion, which I had won in a duel last dream, picked up my trusty wand, and instantly remembered one of my goals. Steal Severus Snape's pink diary. I removed the silver key and fit it into the corresponding door. This part of the dream got a little fuzzy, and for some reason I don't remember what happened. Next thing I know, I'm boarding a metro to Chichen Itza I don't remember anyone else on the bus, and as we left the tunnel, we entered Chichen Itza. The sky was grey, and streaked with scarlet. I looked at the peak of the pyramid and commanded "Lumos!"

The green light left my wand like a flare gun and exploded over the pyramid. I tried to activate eagle vision, which I've never done before and almost woke up. A bunch of my friends were chatting at the base of the pyramid. Two people stood out
Does anyone know who these people are or if they are just crazy DCs
A short asian woman and a girl with dark frizzy hair, and long glasses. When I examined my surroundings, they were gone. I walked around a bit, then woke up.

Tour of City, Monty Python reunion?

It started out I was giving an old high school friend a tour of my city, onyl my city was completely under construction, as if it was just beng built, we walked down the main highway through town and i noticed my bank had moved and was only half completed, then we cam to a square of a sort between buildings and a lady walked up to my friend and said something to him, i didnt hear what, then she walked away, he turned to me and siad "she was pimping!" um..ok..i said back, we kept walking and my friend walked around a corner ahead of me and when i came around the corner, he was gone and my dog was sitting there waiting for me like she doe when i come home from worke very day...as i got closer to her she took off and rtan into a huge multilevel hotel that wasnt there a few seconds earlier, i ran to try to catch her before she ran inside and i noticed there was a huge tour bus that was painted with an image of our beacon all over it..it looked like a giant bus shaped beacon! and on the side in 3d letters it said "chichen-itza" and had a picture of chichen-ita next to the words, i became semi lucid at that time, i had a strong feeling i needed to be on that bus, but i had to find my dog first, so i walked around the bus and looked at the fornt of the hotel and say my dog run inside..i ran after her, and wheni got in the place was packed with all kinds of celebs...i ran down a hallway to the left and sw my dog go into a room on the left, i started walking in after her and i saw all the members of monty python in the middle of this hugfe open ballrooom type place rehearsing some strange hopping and silly walk dance..they all looked like they do in recent years, so i fugured it was a reunion...so i started whispering to get my dogs attention and she ran back outof the room and under a long table that was along the wall, she ducked into another room and when i ran after her, Ben Affleck was having some sort of dinner party...he saw me, got angry and shoved me through a swing door behind him and to the right..it was a kitchen..he got right in my face and said "matt put you up to this didnt he?!?!" i'll do you 5 better!" allof a sudden i was in a large sauite laying on the bed, and my dog was stretched out on the end of the huge bed..maybe double king sized? i had a feeling he had payed me very well and had given me this room free..so i got up to crqank down the AC, and when i got close to the door i heard voices outside the door discussing something excitedly, but i couldnt make out the words.....i went to open the door to hear better and i noticed a big pit under the door filled with 4 packs of sharmin toilet paper......i looke dover my shoulder and Cote Depablo (she plays Agent Ziva David on NCIS) was in the bed, with the covers up under her arms...she said, i would not open that door if i was you......i looked back at the door, and the voices stopped, and i woke up...

every987 dream

In my first dream I'm at my school. I forgot to get my lock for my locker. I see people I know. I get dragged away for orientation for Ib classes.

In the second dream some girl tells me to hurry up the fight is coming. I'm confused but I follow her. She takes me to a house in a busy city. Inside everyone is getting ready to fight each other or with guns or with powers. I don't want to fight so I run out of the room. My neighbor follows me and says the screams are the worst part. We quickly exit. Once outside I do a reality check and realize I'm dreaming. I steady myself for a minute to gain control but I don't want to be near the fight. I fly off when I decide to try to get to chichen-itza. I find a building with a door and tell myself it will be on the other side. Dream fell apart once I walked through.

In my third dream I'm in some cottagey area. I'm some genius in the dream but I don't want to be found out. The people beside me find out so I decide to create a bomb and kill them. I mix chemicals with blackboard (I don't even know where I got the idea from that that would work) and create one. I test it a few times and discover that it can destroy a small area but trees stop it and ill be safe inside my door. I set it off at there house and quickly slide down the hill to mine. I dive inside the door and I hear it go off.

WhiteWind's dream

WILD attempt. In SP. I cross my eyes and a light tunnel forms. I visualize it being a vortex and it sucks my dream body out. I am floating around, but can still feel my waking body. Several CEV spirals and weak image/sounds. Tried to concentrate on the wind blowing over my dream body. Felt my body in bed and woke.

Two guys and a girl stay up late in a castle. There is a big game the next day. Everyone is standing and cheering at the stadium. 2 of the kids are resting on a pillow they brought to the game. Two boys are fighting in the distance. One comes over, pouting to the other two. "The mind is what makes you upset. Feel your body, your legs, the air, your breath. Feel them without thought."

Scene change to police chase. I'm driving a van with 2 passengers. We have our heads down as they shoot as us. I try not to think and just feel the moment, to get out alive. "Why don't they shoot out our tires?" They are firing through the back window. We hit a traffic jam and get out on foot. I slide down a guard rail on a steep hill. We pick out a car in the front of the traffic jam. It's an empty three seat Toyota convertible. My key won't work, but my dad has one. I hop in the middle seat and my parents get in on either side. My mom points out how small the car is.

MrIrony's dream

So, I'm taking a break from Zelda. It's Kingdom hearts this time.

I start playing Kingdom hearts 1. I set the difficulty level to a little harder than easy. (It said something like that it was basicly easy, but some bats were harder than usual.) The game starts in some space station. I control (Well, more like watch.) Sora to walk around the place. Apparently it's the place where he and some other kids live. Some girl starts to talk to him, but he ignores her. I assume he found her annoying for some reason. I think the girl looked a lot like Xion.



I see some people walking in a spaceship. They are some kind of soldiers. They talk about some kind of new threat. Then they sense some energy being released which was apparently released from some another spaceship that warped away from the threat. One of the soldiers says that that spaceship is doomed because the threat is going to follow it no matter where it goes.

I'm back at the space station. I check the map to see where I'm supposed to be going and teleport there. I think it was called area #2. There's some machine that will send me to the aforementioned spaceship when I step into it. The girl walks into the room and tries to talk to him again. She gets ignored again and Sora walks into the machine.

Now Sora is in the ship with the soldiers. They tell him that he can help them defeat the also aforementioned threat. Some woman comes in who is going to transport Sora to some planet/world. They go to another room and the door is closed. The woman takes some electric tool and starts cutting the room apart. (Apparently the best mode of transportation. It was supposed to work as a escape pod or something.) But then the threat attacks the ship. (Saw that coming.) It's a swarm of alien baby/maggot/parasite/whatever-like space-leeches. They poke their head through the window. So Sora needs to smash them with the keyblade before they get in, as it is apparently the only weapon that can destroy those leeches. First he (Well, I got some control over him at this point.) tries to smash them one-by-one, but that's kinda slow, so he starts to sweep the keyblade across the surface of the glass, which seems to have no holes left from the leech attack. He succeeds and I can't remember anything else.
