    1. [Friendly Thing - A DEILD Attempt]

by , 10-26-2012 at 09:30 PM (Searching For The Center of Everything)
      [Friday, October 26th, 2012]
      (Later that day.)
(WBTB... I was trying a new technique where you are supposed to wake up after 6 hours of sleep, get up and get a
drink and go back to bed. Then you will wake up off and on- and you must tell yourself that you won't move upon
waking. If you wake up without moving, correctly, then you'll be free to try a series of techniques for spurring on
OBE's and lucid dreaming, directly from it.)

I got to a state on the edge of the twilight dream world... I could feel my body vibrating slightly... accompanied by

another familiar feeling that I recognized, but couldn't quite explain... like a strange numbness.

I tried rollling my body- didn't work... tried levitating my body and it worked. My legs began to float up into the
      air.

I floated up above my body and saw a yellow clothes hamper in my room with a face on it.
I became excited and threw myself towards it.
Then I flashed forward to a door way, and some figure was folded into himself in a ball on the floor.
It made unintelligible sloppy growls- but I decided that it wasn't unfriendly.
I began to growl sloppily back, as if I were conversing with it.

      <I woke up.>
    2. Third LD >:D (After I didn't have any for like 8 months lol)

      by , 08-30-2012 at 02:07 AM (Dimension X)
Ok so I had about 2 successful LDs a few weeks ago... And just had another last night. Although this one was short because I had to wake myself up on purpose... Mainly because it was... Kinda bad. So I was in the dream, laying in my bed again and it was very dark but there was still a little bit of light. So I turn my head left (which is the most strength I've had so far lol) And there's a weird black ball floating next to my bed (just above the mattress), And I can see it's kinda shiny. At first it didn't seem like such a big deal, but then it started to make random growling noises. ...A bad LD? And I was obviously scared so I forced myself to wake up. I don't know why it seemed so scary to me at the time, because now it just seems stupid. I could have stayed in the dream longer, but as I said, I had to force myself to wake up because I was just too scared. I'm just happy that it's another LD. The more I have, the better. All I actually do to get LDs it seems, is just go to sleep normally but still have the idea and want of an LD in my head... Weird... But it works...

    3. Black Panther Behind My Bed

      by , 03-09-2012 at 05:38 PM (* The Sandman's Dream Journal o/***)
A black panther was growling behind / under / beside my bed. He was very close and very angry. I was just waiting for him to attack.

In my dream, I was in bed and had been sleeping. I was now trying to open my eyes, but I couldn't.

Then, the panther was a cat. I still couldn't open my eyes, but the growling was now the purring of a cat. I could feel it's cool breath on my face.

I think there is some connection with FA's and becoming lucid. I felt close to lucidity in this dream, and I considered this an FA. I'll keep tabs on it.
    4. Animal Garden

      by , 09-12-2011 at 10:52 AM
This dream was set in what I think was supposed to be my grandparent's old garden of their old house. The lay-out was generally the same. I entered from the backdoor on the far right of the garden. In front of the door I saw the path leading left around a mounted flower bed. The path lead to stairs which, in turn, lead to the rest of the garden.

In the dream it was the middle of the night. The only other person there was my friend Fred. He was over by the stairs whereas I didn't move much from the backdoor. There were no other people. There were only animals. A lot of animals. The garden was literally packed with them. On the mounted flower bed before me were what could only be described as giant rabbits.

The rabbits were by far the biggest of the animals. There were also lots of flying creatures such as bats and a lot of insects. Nearer Fred, along with the giant rabbits, were a lot rat-sized creatures which I don't think exist in the real world. They reminded me of scorpions but without the stinger or pincers. They looked to be mammals by the looks of them.

Fred and I spoke about how it was weird that in the day, this garden is completely void of animals but at night it's literally packed! Fred reached out and stroked a giant rabbit, which to my surprise, started growling at him like a dog.
