There are two ill siblings, they seem to be recovering but then the girl relapses and starts fading away.

The younger boy is left and is depressed. I find him in a room looking for a book on knives. I go through the cooking books on the shelf and find the only one, but it’s a technical one and I keep stumbling over my words. The boy is unhappy and leaves.

Everything else is too foggy to remember, except this part where I went to the bathroom at my grandma’s house and saw myself in the mirror on the back of a door. I tried to remember if that’s where it was supposed to be. A tiger was peering at me from under the door…

Inspiration: Reading the Tower of God webtoon with Baam and Rachel, her disappearing on him. Mirror from me thinking about the TotM and what mirrors were around places I go. Tiger comes from a cat toy Jazzy has, I sometimes hang it from the window so she can play with it.

6. Setting is my house but not IWL. I can’t sleep, so I go out into the livingroom. I’m sitting down and petting Spice when I notice a patch on his back is on fire! I take the white pillow that’s usually on mom’s bed and pat it out.

I look at him and see no trace of it, and I suddenly feel confused and question what I saw. Is it really possible for something like that to happen?

Perhaps a jump happens here, because I go back to my room with the living-room TV remote. There was something to do with my regular white pillow here, maybe I took the wrong one and had to go back to switch it?

I lie down in the dark in bed and turn on the TV. I think ‘it works, even though it’s for a different TV’. I briefly worry it’s too loud because others are sleeping, but let it go.

I turn it off after a bit because it’s useless, I wasn’t watching it. I see a brief light from the other room (guess I left the door open). I wonder what it is but then realize it must have been someone’s iPod Touch flashing on for a notification before going off.

In the morning, dad asks me if I left my blanket on the table. I’m confused and question him, and he hands me the blanket.

Inspirations: The fire comes from me glancing over a trigger in my dream palace. Pillow comes from the one I use as a prop as I go through my mind palace. TV probably comes from yesterday’s dream. iPod Touch flashing might come from me being blinded by car lights going by my room before bed.

Notes: I questioned the dream, woohoo! I also rarely dream about being in my house, real one or not. I’ve been doing the memory RC more, I wonder if that’s why. 8) I always truly question my surroundings, because it’s hard to forget how realistic dreams can be, and how easily your mind can give up on questioning things because of that. So I really push it, ‘what makes this reality and not a dream?’ and then once I RC, I say ‘it’s not a dream this time/yet so no excuse not to keep questioning’.

1. Rane throwing longer than usual and burgundy-colored packets of taco sauce at me. We were in a car? A girl from outside was throwing me some (maybe the right kind? I like Mild orange packets).

2. I’m looking at a collection of coins. There were Supernatural ones with Dean, Sam and Castiel on them. One coin was worth ‘122’. I wondered what guys thought of these coins.

3. False awakening where I go downstairs and see mom on the couch. I’m confused about what time it is and look at the clock, which says something like 10:59. I realize that it’s still nighttime and go back to bed.

~Outside, a woman with short, cropped brown hair is between two arguing men. A third one comes along and pulls her off, and puts her in the trunk of a car. The first guy muses that she was ‘asked, not told’ to leave with him (so maybe it was willingly). I think maybe the kidnapper was her husband? A nearby woman hears her and sneaks in the back. She had shoulder-length wavy brown hair. She talks quietly to someone on a phone(?) about what’s happening, almost in an I’m-a-cop way.

~In a hospital, a woman with dark hair in a ponytail is talking to the lady from the trunk.

~The name ‘Jim’ on a cart and something about two dogs. An African-American nurse lies about knowing him. She had marked on his chart ‘-50’. (I feel like he must have been the kidnapper,)

~A song plays in my head like in a medical show drama. I recall the lyrics ‘you’re not something dying’. It sounded like the band ‘The Fray’. Actually the way the lyrics were sung reminds me of Our Lady Peace’s lyrics from the title ‘I’m Not Made of Steel’,

Notes: Ugh my dreams were so confusing last night, and I know I woke up multiple times. I think I need to focus on getting proper sleep for a bit instead of waking up during the night to type up dreams. Also, I can’t remember if I had an FA before, but wow, that was weird. It wasn’t very vivid though.

1. I’m trying to park the van at Walmart and mom is getting on to me so much because I’m doing a bad job of it (running over the curb/grass). She mentions someone who does the same thing.

I go to my room and hide in the corner beside my dresser and against my closet door. I’m picking at a white rope that’s tacked into a hole in the corner of the dresser. Mom comes into my room and tries to cheer me up but I won’t have it.

2. Seeing Melly up on a balcony (apartment-style) with a golden retriever.

Inspiration: I believeee this could come from a Shingeki no Kyojin post on Tumblr where someone posted what everyone’s breed would be as dogs, and one of them was a golden retriever but I can’t remember who!

3. Kingdom Hearts II. Roxas reminded Axel of someone (there was like a faint image in his mind), and hesitated to bring their relationship to another level because of the past. Axel tells Roxas about it and cups his cheek (I clearly saw Axel’s face around this time, otherwise it was mostly faint). I think they were on a boat?

Inspiration: Read a volume of KH2 recently and had looked up some AkuRoku things on Tumblr.

4. Talking to Pillywiggin about the most popular dream tags. I’m looking through a list on a program with a black background, but it has subcategories so it’s hard to find/sort them. ‘bindsbinding’ or something was a tag. I remember various numbers in parenthesis beside each tag group name, one was 274?

Inspiration: Before bed, I meant to look at the tag cloud on DV to see what the most used tags were.

I didn’t even know I wasn’t already awake at first, because I was looking at dreams on DV and typing up dream keywords in the Dream Journal blog post box.

I saw someone’s dream and apparently recognized Leon (from Dangan Ronpa).

Inspiration: For Leon, I watched three of the latest episodes on Sunday, and remember looking at the x’ed out portrait of him during a Trial. For the twins, I was reading Kingdom Hearts II volume 2 last night, and in it, Roxas was staring across at Sora before he melded back with him. For Kawahira, I saw someone’s comment in the MyAnimeList discussion thread for the chapter I’d read yesterday evening saying that we still have to figure out who he is.

I just remember asking “am I dreaming?” or something of the like and getting excited, then trying not to let the adrenaline get to me, but I was already waking up and forgetting the dream.

May have involved Inazuma Eleven?

Inspiration: I finished The Power of Creative Dreaming last night before bed, and it got me excited reading about becoming lucid and such even though I wasn’t planning on going for that yet. XP

All I remember is the old man from the ‘drowning will’ dream playing soccer.

Possible inspiration: Probably from thinking that the 2am dream involved Inazuma Eleven.

Couldn’t get back to sleep after that.

Notes:

Not the best night of sleep ever. ;^; It was hot, and my thoughts were going a little too crazy from all the stuff I’ve been reading on DV. I’m focusing on getting my recall back up and getting to bed at a decent time, but I can’t stop thinking of all these other things I want to learn. I figure it’ll settle down as long as I keep refocusing on what I need to work on now. And I need to remember that I can go down and turn the AC up when it’s that hot…

#1: Helping mom load some meat into a big black bag on the back of a truck. I find a bag of roast she missed and hand it to her and she put it in as well.

Possible inspiration: We bought a lot of meat to eat recently and we use black bags for trash. I was thinking about my vehicular dream sign before bed so maybe that’s where the truck came from (we don't own one).

#2: Grandma’s house. Don’t remember much, but I think I flew (grr I missed out on it). And something about hiding from grandpa?

Notes: Woke three times in all. Had a bit of trouble getting to sleep (thank you cat, but I’m not a big fluffy pillow), and was too tired to check the time and such. Really need to get to bed sooner, apparently 9+ hours ain’t enough. Also need to get more sleeping pills. Using the laptop is working out really great though. With my notebook, I couldn't understand my handwriting, but even if I mistype on the laptop, I can still read it. So used to deciphering typos by now. =P
