This is my 2nd attempt to heal my son’s plantar wart using lucid dreaming. The 1st attempt is recorded in my dream journals under ‘Part 1’ (Dec 13, 2014). Apparently it’s possible to heal using lucid dreaming, so I’m giving it a try. I feel this attempt worked out much better than my first, but still needs some work, no doubt, so I’ll try again soon. After my 1st attempt I realized I needed to rehearse this with my son prior to attempting this again, because it was a little more involved than what I thought it would be. My son willingly went through a couple of rehearsals, so that my mind would be ready for the 2nd attempt. I have to admit, it came across as being a bit odd when we were doing these rehearsals, especially since my son is not a lucid dreamer. However, he happily accepted, because he’s been dealing with this large wart on his left heel for three years now, and no medical remedy has worked. Next step is a minor operation, which we’re trying to avoid. Here’s what happened in the lucid dream: I woke up around 7:30 Am for a second WBTB. At 8:00 Am I quickly fell back to sleep, ready to do some more lucid dreaming. Little did I know I was about to be involved in an exciting false awakening! Next thing I knew I was being awakened by some good old rock music. I sat up in bed and realized I was wearing my Sony Walkman Headphones and listening to an old cassette tape. I couldn’t figure out how that happened, because I haven’t used my Walkman in 10 years or so, and I certainly didn’t go to sleep with it on. I looked over and saw my son standing at my bedroom door. I got up and walked over to him, and asked what time it was? He said he didn’t know, so I reached into my pocket and pulled out my iPhone, and it strangely said 1:00 Pm. How could I sleep for 5 hours and not remember a single dream. I was also a bit disappointed that I didn’t have an LD. I went to ‘crash out’ in my bed, and sleep some more, because I was still really tired. Strangely my bed was covered in my daughter’s possessions. I carefully lifted them off my bed and placed them down, but more of her stuff kept appearing on my bed. I repeated and repeated, but more her belongings kept on appearing on my bed. Finally I got frustrated and started to sweep them off my bed using my forearm, but they still kept appearing! Finally, I figured it out! I’m having a false awakening! I'm lucid! How could my daughter’s possessions keep appearing on my bed, after all, she’s in Heaven. I then remembered my plan to heal my son’s plantar wart. By this point my son had left the room, so I quickly called him back. He instantly returned, and then he laid down on the floor with his left foot raised. I then called my daughter to come and hold his leg up, so as to free both my hands. My daughter walked into the bedroom and held his foot slightly off the floor. This was all going as rehearsed and planned. I kneeled down and removed his left sock, and I could see the plantar wart right there on his heel. Next, I sat down on the floor in front of his foot, and said, “Through love and consciousness we heal the wart on your foot!” I had both of my palms pointing at the wart. Nothing happened, no light, no nothing. I then remembered the Kami Hami Ha I did in one lucid dream, so I took this approach, and cupped my hands together as if I was holding an imaginary volleyball. I focussed and concentrated on creating a healing light. A warm, white, fuzzy, light ball, with hues of yellow, appeared in my cupped hands. I then focused this light ball into two beams of light projecting from the palms of my hands, at my son’s plantar wart. This was working! I was really excited! Then my vision went dark, I couldn’t see anything! Darn, I’m losing lucidity! I stayed perfectly still and asked my daughter if she was still there. She replied, “Yes dad, I’m still here.” I replied, “I love you! Please help me out, I can’t see anything.” I could feel my legs, arms, and shoulders being pulled all at the same time. At this point I had no idea what was going on. My vision slowly came back, and I was surprised to see that several kids, including my son and daughter, were spinning me in a circle, as I sat on the floor. I couldn’t believe it. They were spinning me, like lucid dreamers do, when trying to improve clarity. This was very cool. We reassumed positions, and I recreated the light ball in my cupped hands, and again focussed the beams of light back on the plantar wart. At this point there were several dream figures standing around watching. One of the younger kids then jumped over my right arm and sat down on my left thigh, with both my arms reaching around him, as I was projecting the light. I guess he wanted a front row seat? I was waiting for my son’s heel to start glowing before I stopped, but then I unexpectedly woke up. It was 9:00 Am (WBTB was at 8 Am). This was one cool lucid dream! I went and got my son a Timmy’s hot chocolate, woke him up, and told him about the LD I just had. I said next time, we’ll have your heel glowing and that should do it! He enjoyed his Timmy’s hot chocolate and my enthusiasm to help out with his plantar wart in this unconventional way. Strangely enough, his wart did look a little bit better today!

I was false awakened because my stereo was blaring. I crawled out of bed, and almost tripped on my son who was lying on the floor, and then I proceeded to turn the stereo volume down. I couldn’t believe my son would come and crank the stereo up in my room on a Saturday morning, but I was too tired to complain. I went back to bed. I was false awakened again because the music was blaring. Without getting out of bed, I first yelled at my son to turn the music down, with no avail; followed by yelling at my wife to turn the music down. They both didn’t answer. I crawled out of bed and went to the stereo, my son was no longer in my room, the volume was turned down, but the music was still blaring! I went behind the stereo cabinet, and yanked the power bar out, and unplugged everything. The music stopped, ah peace and quiet, I can get back to lucid dreaming. I crawled back into bed and went to sleep. I was false awakened again because the music was blaring! What the heck is going on? I crawled out of bed for the 3rd time, and the volume knob was turned up on the stereo (again). I decided to turn the volume down again, but still leave it playing, so then maybe somebody wouldn’t crank it back up. I crawled back into bed and went to sleep. This time something different happened. My body was asleep, but my mind was still awake because of all the false awakenings. I was lying in bed with my eyes closed in total darkness, but I could hear the music blaring for the fourth time. I slowly realized these must have been false awakenings. I decide to get up and go have some lucid dream fun, but I couldn’t move, and my eyes wouldn’t open. I then decided to do my OBE exit technique where I jump out of my body and land beside my bed. This worked! My vision was very blurry, and it wasn’t very bright in my bedroom, but I could see a woman standing right beside me, with long, dirty blonde hair, wearing a long, blue gown or nighty. I immediately hugged her, naturally, and realized it was my daughter! I said her name in surprise, and then I woke from the excitement.
In this dream I stopped a tsunami by simply running up to the wall of water and debris, and touching it with my point finger. The tsunami instantly stopped, froze in position, and didn’t move, until it finally it disappeared. The strange thing is, I wasn’t lucid when I did this, so why did I act this way? I’m became lucid shortly thereafter, because I was questioning how this could all be possible. There were also some interesting dream figure comments. Here’s what happened: I was in a large, heavily treed valley, standing in dry, gravel river washout. Rough cut lumber was piled everywhere, and there were random piles of sand dug from the riverbed, scattered here and there. A couple of men were standing close to me talking, when suddenly, a roaring wall of water, approximately 30 feet high, came rushing down the valley. Trees, debris, and rough cut lumber were mixed in and tumbling. It's a tsunami! It looked similar to what happened in Japan. There was no place to hide! I then decide to stop the tsunami by simply touching it. This is what I would normally do when I'm lucid, but I wasn’t lucid. I quickly ran right at the wall of water and debris, and touched it, before it mowed us down. The tsunami froze in its tracks. I turned to face the two men to see if they were okay. They looked at me with in a casual manner, and one said to the other, “The hammer’s broken.” The other fellow replied, “I told you this would happen.” The tsunami disappeared and the rough cut lumber was all neatly stacked again. I walked away from the men trying to comprehend what just happened. Then, Utopia, I realized this must be a dream. How else could this be possible! A feeling of excitement and adrenaline rushed through my body. The dream became very vivid, as I hopped and bounced across the washout, and landed on top of a gravel pile. One of the men said, “Hey, what’s he doing now?” They stood back about 50 yards and watched. I wanted to visit with my daughter, but I’ve had lots of trouble with this recently, because dream figures keep appearing and chase after her, and ruin the dream. I decided to ask for backup first to keep my daughter safe during our dream visit. I asked for a Defender Angel to appear and protect my daughter from the hooligans. I waited patiently, and waited, and then nothing. I asked again for a Defender Angel to appear. This was odd, no Defender Angel? Dream figures usually appear when I ask, so I found this very odd. I then felt like I was being held in position, and I couldn’t move. I struggled, wiggled, and zaggled, but no luck, then I got frustrated and woke up.
Monday, Nov 24, 2014 In this lucid dream, I was standing with an elderly woman in her 70’s. Actually at my age, 70’s doesn’t seem that ‘elderly’ anymore. She was wearing an elegant full length, blue dress with open shoulders, and she looked stunning. I just wanted to give her a big hug, so I did, and she said, “Well, I wasn’t expecting that!” I then gave her a second hug and held her for a very long time. I had no idea who she was, but I knew a hug was in order for sure. She then asked me the strangest question, “Do you use Galantamine?” I instantly replied to her and said, “No way, I use Red Tiger Lily Extract!” She laughed and said, “Oh, I see!” The dream started to fade, so I started spinning, and she said, “What are you doing?”, and I replied, “Spinning, because the dream is fading!” She then jumped right into the spin, and joined me spinning, face to face. Her face then turned into my mom’s smiling face, and I woke.
In this dream I was driving a semi-truck down a wet gravel road. The cab’s side, marker lights were getting covered with dirt, so I pulled over to wipe them off. As I was standing on the passenger side step, above the fuel tank, I noticed my reflection in the passenger door window. I was shocked at how young I looked, and how red my lips were. It seemed like I was wearing lip stick, and that in itself I found very odd indeed. This should have tipped me off that I was dreaming, but it didn’t, so I continued on with cleaning my marker lights. Suddenly I felt a kiss on my left cheek, and saw my daughter in the reflection off the window. I looked behind me quickly to see her, but she wasn’t there. I looked back at the reflection in the window, and she was there. Then she kissed me again on my left cheek! I said her name, and then looked back, but she still wasn’t there. I was so surprised by this that I immediately woke
Last night I went to bed a 10:30 Pm, and woke at 12:30 Pm (2 hours later) after this lucid dream. This was very strange for me to LD during my deep sleep cycle, it’s never happened before. Don’t get wrong, I’m not complaining! This is good thing. Anyway, in this DILD, I took a dream figure flying for her first time, and she totally freaked about 60 feet up! Here’s how it went: A group of 6 of us walked into an old brick building courtyard, which was open on one side, and then I became lucid for no particular reason. The old, 4 storey, brick building was missing several walls, and the floors were exposed at the upper two levels. It looked like maybe a fire had run through the building at some time in the past. After realizing I was dreaming, I said to the gang, “Let’s go flying!” I flew up about 30 feet then came back down. This helped make the lucid dream very clear. The other 3 guys in the group then flew up to the 4 floor and landed on the ledge and looked down at us. I asked the two girls if they were coming too. The one girl said she’s never done this, and she moved into the arms of her girlfriend to be comforted. The other girl pushed her back a bit, and said she should give it a try. I told the girl to hold my hand, and we’ll fly together. She grabbed my hand, and we floated upward together. When we reached the fourth floor, I tried to fly forward and land beside the other 3 men, but no luck, I just kept going up. We soon reached the rooftop, and then the girl started to freak out! She wrapped her arms and legs around me and started to scream! I QUICKLY decided to take her back to the ground, but we were descending way too fast, and I was concerned she was going to get hurt when we hit the ground. No worries though, we landed nicely, and then she went running into the arms of her friend crying with hysteria. Poor thing. I decided to fly up and join the 3 men on the forth floor, but when I got up there, I couldn’t fly forward (again) and land on the ledge. I just hovered there! I then flapped my arms to move towards them, and this worked. The one guy laughed at me and said, “This is elementary!” I thought to myself, yeah I must look pretty stupid! I then woke up from the embarrassment and wrote the dream in my journal.
Apparently it’s possible to heal using lucid dreaming, so I decided to give it a try. My son has had a plantar wart on his left foot heel 3 years now. We’ve tried everything under the sun, except the surgery, to remove this wart, and it’s still there. It’s about 8 mm in diameter. Last night I asked my son if he would agree to let me try and heel his plantar wart in a lucid dream tonight. He was surprisingly real receptive to the idea, and was excited about trying this! He’s 17 years old, very open minded, and trusts me. Here’s what happened: In this dream, I was hitch hiking on a highway, when I came upon another hitch hiker who had a data transmitting device for the military. It had water damage, and we were trying to fix it. Suddenly a brand new military truck appeared beside us, fully loaded with electronic equipment to send, receive, and relay data. Several dozen people also appeared. The dream was crystal clear and extremely vivid. I knew instantly I was dreaming. I remembered the mantra I said before I went to bed, “I will realize when I’m dreaming, and I will heal my son’s plantar wart.” I had repeated this for ten minutes, and then turned the lights out and went to bed. A dream figure came right up to me smiling, while I was holding my poodle in my arms, and I said, “I have to find my son, so he can help me do something.” He nodded and continued smiling. I called my son’s name once, and he instantly came walking around the backside of parked truck. I immediately handed our dear poodle over to my son, and asked him to follow me over to a grass clearing beside the highway. When we got there my son took off his left shoe and sock. I didn’t even have to ask him! I got so excited about doing this I woke. A couple of hours later I was having another lucid dream, where I was showing my son how I could push Netflix movie icons out the top of the flat screen TV and turn them into CD boxes. My son was looking at this with amazement and curiosity. I then remembered my mantra, so I told my son, ”Let’s try this again!” He immediately sat on the floor and took off both shoes and socks. I grabbed his left foot and held it in my right hand, I then said, “Let’s heal the wart on your foot through consciousness and love!” I tried to shoot a beam of light from my left hand at the wart, but all I got was a small ball of light that stayed cupped in my hand. I focussed and concentrated to create the beam of light, but then the ball of light disappeared. I lowered his foot to the ground, and felt where the wart was, but it wasn’t there. I asked my son if the wart was on his left foot (I started to question myself)? My son lifted up his left foot to feel for the wart, and he said, “I can’t feel it.” He seemed frustrated, and then I woke up. I went and described to my son this morning what had happened during the two lucid dreams last night. I felt that I hadn’t done the healing correctly and I’ll try again in the next lucid dream. We did some rehearsals too, so I’ll have it all straight in my mind. Next time, he will hold his left foot in the air, so I can shoot light beams from both my hands at the wart. I still need to figure a better healing phrase to say while I’m doing this. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

During this dream I became lucid because I was driving an invisible car! I ended up driving into the ocean, where it became an invisible Seadoo, and I met up with a bunch of people swimming in huge waves. My daughter appeared, I woke, and then I did an OBE to try and have a little visit with her. Here’s what happened in more detail. I was driving down the main road of a small, ocean side town, in my invisible car. It took me a few blocks to figure out that I was dreaming. I was amazed at the visibility this invisible car had! This had to be a dream! I didn’t even bother to do a reality check. Invisible cars are one of my many dream signs. At the next intersection, there was this long, curved, road heading down to the ocean. It looked like a 200 yard long boat ramp. I drove my invisible car full speed down this ramp and hit the ocean at about 70 mph. When I hit the water, my invisible car turned into an invisible Seadoo. The waves were absolutely huge, and I was driving full speed into the breakers. Normally this wouldn’t turn out too good, but in dreamland, anything is possible. I went right through the breakers and out the other side. In this one breaker, I could see people floating in it. Their bodies cast silhouettes shadows that were visible on the front side of the breaker. I drove right through the wave and parked beside the swimmers. This girl was floating close to me, with just her head sticking out of the water, so I asked her name, and she said, “Clara”. The girl beside her smiled at me, and then I asked her name, and she said, “Janah.” Clara then said Janah’s Russian. I then asked Janah if she lives in Russia, and she said, “No.” I then felt somebody tap my shoulder, and I turned around and saw my daughter standing above the water. She looked at me and jokingly said, “Dad, you’re crazy!” I hope she was referring to driving my car into the ocean at 70 mph. I reached my arms out and gave her a big hug and kissed her right on the lips. She smiled, and then said, “I want to go for a little walk.” I immediately woke up in bed, but I stayed perfectly still in an effort to get back into the dream. Suddenly, ‘the vibrations’ started. At first they were very subtle, but gradually grew in intensity. When I felt things were ready, I jump out of my body and landed on the floor beside my bed. I couldn’t see anything. I clawed at my eyes to remove whatever was blocking them, but I still couldn’t see. I headed blindly for my bedroom door, found the door knob, opened it, and walked down the hallway. I still couldn’t see. I call for my daughter come three times, but there was no answer, and then I woke. My heart was pounding, and I was breathing heavy. I immediately recorded this in my journal at 5:30 Am.
In this dream I was at my cabin with my father in-law. We were working on installing a chimney for the new fireplace on the 2nd storey. We were both kneeling, and doing something with the pipes. I noticed that all the walls on the 2nd storey had insulation and vapor barrier; however in the waking world, this is not the case. My cabin’s not insulated yet! Yaaay, I’m dreaming! I said to my ‘father in-law’, “We’ve got to be dreaming!” He stood up and looked around the cabin and said, “I think you’re right?” He looked at me with a shocked look of disbelief, and then he rubbed his eyes. The 2nd storey floor then lowered to the first floor and we stepped off. I have no idea why the floor lowered. Strangely, I didn’t feel the floor lowering; maybe the 1st floor rose up to the 2nd. I said to my father in-law, “Watch me float!” I jumped up in the air a couple of feet and then slowly floated back down, and repeated this one more time. He stood perfectly still, with a broad stance, and stared me straight into my eyes. He opened his eyes so wide that his irises had white all the way around. He then said, “I’m having a real hard time with this.” My stressed father in-law then rubbed his eyes continuously and started to stumble around. All of a sudden, my son walked around the corner, and I started to describe to him what was happening. Fyi, my son has become sort of a dream guide to me over the last 6 months. Without warning, I woke up.
This was a very fun false awakening I had on Saturday morning, Dec 6 (2014). I woke in bed, beside my wife, to see our daughter standing between us, on the bed with her back to the headboard. She looked about 3 years old. I should of realized I was dreaming, because my daughter is now 15 (and in Heaven), but I didn’t figure it out. I really didn’t care, because what happened next was so much fun! I stood up in bed to face her. My legs somehow went right through the bed and I was standing on the floor facing her. I reached my hands forward and we held hands. I carefully drew her closer to me. Her face lit up with happiness. When she smiled I noticed she had adult teeth, and that her eyes were full of life. Then, out of nowhere, a Billy Idol song started to play, ‘Dancing with Myself’! We started to dance while holding hands. The music was so loud! She was giggling and laughing. I tickled her belly button. This went on for about 1 minute, and it seemed soooo real, and was so much fun! I then woke up and quickly marked the awesome dream experience in my journal.
A Messenger gave me a written message in an OBE, but I waited too long to read it, and then I woke up! Darn! Here’s what happened: I was lying in bed, consciously awake, but my body was asleep. To do this you have to lie perfectly still, and wait for your limbs to go tingly, and eventually lose their feeling. After a while your hearing will also stop, and you’ll know you’re in the ‘twilight zone’. The trick is to stay like that for a long time without moving. I find my body gets sore after about an hour or so, and I have to change positions. You’ll find yourself entering and exiting dreams and LD’s during this state. Then, without any reason whatsoever, ‘the vibrations’ will start, or your body will feel like it’s lightly floating in bed. When you feel this happening, you can do an OBE, which is what I did! I jumped out of my body and landed on my feet beside my bed. You have to think in your mind that you’re doing this maneuver (as it happens), and be absolutely certain with your intent. I felt a lot of resistance as I walked away from my body. Once I opened the door, and walked out of guestroom, I was free! BTW my house was the same in the OBE as in waking. Very close anyway. I was sleeping in the guestroom, and my first instinct was to go my bedroom, and see my wife. I wanted to see if I could interact with her in some way or another, but before I got to the door, a family picture floated off the wall and blocked me. Okay, maybe this wasn’t such a good idea to go and experiment with my wife! I said to the picture, “I understand,” and I headed down the stairs into the foyer area. By the time I got to the bottom of the stairs, the clarity was better than the real world, I mean it was perfect in every way! There were no lights on, but everything was somehow lit up. Next, I walked into the living room, and looked out the bay window. It was nighttime. To my surprise, there was a balding man, with frizzy, long gray hair, and a matching beard. He was pushing an old fashion bike with a basket on the front, approaching from the right, and heading toward the steps. There was something in the basket, but I couldn’t make it out. I thought he was delivering flyers or something. He was carefully looking into the bay window as he walked by, and then he saw me and stopped. It was like he was looking for me. I waved at him, and said “Hi!” He approached the bay window, and then all the glass panes disappeared. The bike was alongside him, and he rested his left elbow on the window frame. I went to him and kneeled down to be close so we could talk. He reached into his bike basket and pulled out a couple of rolled up towels, with a traditional Norwegian pattern, and a note wrapped around them. There was a bowtie holding it all together. I asked him to come inside for a glass of milk. He immediately said, “Aren’t you going to read it?” I thought I’ll go inside and read it, but first I’ll go outside and then bring him into my house. When I entered the foyer, both front doors were wide open, and there was a strong wind blowing into the house carrying leaves and insects. I didn’t care, it was just so amazing (hard to describe) to feel the wind, leaves, and insects hitting my body. Also, I only have one front door in the physical world, but for some strange reason there were two here. All the houses across the street looked the same. While standing on the front steps, I looked to the right for the messenger man, but he was gone. There was a medium sized black bear in my front yard. The rolled up towels and message were still in my hand. Black bears are often in my nightmares, and I wanted to face my fear, so I called the bear over. He came running right up to me, and I gave him a huge hug. I felt the OBE fading, so I figured I better read this message quickly. I laid the gift on the steps, removed the bowtie, and then unrolled the package. The wind blew one of the towels over the bear’s face! The bear started to jump around steps in an effort to get the towel off his face. He kept bumping into me making it difficult to read the message. I looked at the bear, tore the towel off his face, and said, “Why don’t you chase a beehive down the road or something?” The bear put his head down and walked away. My dog suddenly appeared on my lap, and started to bark at the bear, causing the bear looked back momentarily. A black cat (my dream sign) also appeared beside me. When the bear somberly walked a few steps away, he turned into the old, gray haired man, the messenger! I figured crap, I just shewed away the messenger man (he was the bear)! He went a couple of more steps and then disappeared into a bright white light. The bright light quickly faded to sparkles, and then it was gone. I looked down at the steps to frantically try and read the message, but everything fading fast, and I woke up. My heart was pounding, and I was breathing heavy. If you get a message in an LD or OBE, read it immediately!!! Don’t wait!!!
I became lucid in this dream because I noticed something wasn’t quite right with my pocket knife. The pivot point for the blade is supposed to be at the end of the knife, not in the middle. I focussed on the pocket knife and moved the pivot point to where it should be, then placed it in my pocket. I’m not much for changing the dream environment, but this wasn’t acceptable. I’ve had that knife for over 30 years! Don’t mess with my pocket knife, dream! I decided to leave the room I was in, and head outside to see if I could find my daughter. When I opened the door, I was shocked, and a bit upset, to see that I had entered into an empty room with two garage doors. This was not what I wanted, or was expecting. I wanted to go outside and possibly meet with my daughter in a nice scenic area, and have a little visit. Don’t ask me why, but my emotions got the better part of me, and then there were blast waves, which radiated outwards from me, and shock the entire building. It sounded like an explosion. This is what you call losing your temper ‘dream style’. I've never created a blast wave - first time. Everything looked momentarily distorted and the air became dusty. This description doesn’t even come close to describing the intensity of the blast wave. The shock wave caused the two garage doors to fly up into their open position. One garage door opened into another empty room with an exterior door that led outside. The sunlight was shining in through the open door. The other room was full of menacing looking robotic equipment which was violently rotating and pivoting in all directions. I chose to go into the robotic room because it scared me, and if I didn’t, this might turn into some kind of nightmare! I walked up to the first robotic machine arm and stopped the equipment ‘dead in its tracks’ by simply touching it with my point finger. I then walked over to machine’s central structure and hugged it. The machine was somehow alive with warmth, breath, and it even had a heartbeat! It seemed like it was scared because its heart was pounding. I apologized to the machine dream figure for scaring it, and then I proceeded to next robotic arm. I woke just before I was about to touch the 2nd machine with my point finger. I have to admit hugging machinery is a little bit odd (machine dream figure), but it certainly worked out well, because I exited this lucid dream, and proceeded into events that led to an awesome OBE.
I’ve been doing WILD (Wake Back to Bed) every night for the last month, and I’ve had many OBE’s (just about every night). The trick was learning when and then how to 'leap out'! I think I’ve got it figured out now. Upon consciously waking from a dream, with my body still asleep, I could feel my body slightly floating on my bed sheets. Great! It’s time to 'leap out' of my body and have some fun! I leaped from my body and landed on the floor, standing beside my bed. Please note another good time to ‘leap out’ is towards the end of ‘the vibrations’. Relax to the point of unconsciousness and then leap to your feet. Do it in your mind, not physically, or else you really sit up in bed, and then you’re totally awake. This is where I kept messing up on early attempts. One problem, I couldn’t see anything, but this didn’t slow me down. I headed towards the door and searched for the door knob. I needed to quickly get away from my body to prevent me from getting sucked back in there. It feels like there’s some strange force pulling me back, and I feel real heavy and sluggish. I must move away in order for this feeling to disappear. I felt around up and down the door until I found the knob. Found it! I turned it slowly and heard the latch click open and then I walked out. I’m free! I headed slowly down the hallway, totally blind. No problem though, I figured out what to do when you're blind in an OBE. Simply claw away at what’s covering your eyes and remove it piece by piece. I clawed about 6 to 8 times, and then I could see. My house was identical to waking life, but it was very dimly lit, because it was night time, and no lights were on. I walked down the stairs to the foyer and looked into the living room. I was about to focus and ask for improved clarity, plus some lighting, then boom! I was back in bed again. My heart was beating hard and I was breathing heavy. I was perfectly calm in the OBE, but my body half was freaking out for some reason. I need to figure out how to keep this from happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
This is my second time meditating while in a lucid dream. Something much unexpected happened! I became invisible! When I felt ‘the vibrations’ happening (while meditating in the lucid dream), I projected myself out of my lucid dream body then I was invisible. I then interacted with dream figures, while invisible, and they were totally confused, yet interested in what was going on. I’ll describe what happened. I was attempting to do a WILD (Wake Induced Lucid dream). I got up in the middle of the night for about 45 minutes, studied lucid dreaming theory (30 minutes), and then looked at pictures of my daughter (15 minutes to incubate the dream). I then went to sleep. I was consciously awake, but my body was asleep. After about 1 hour I started to feel repeating, mild vibrations. I let my consciousness slip right to the edge of being unconscious, and then I leaped out of body and stood beside my bed. I was standing there all tangled in my blanket, and my CPAP mask was still on my face. It was all so real; I figured this must have been a failed attempt at an OBE, so I sat down on my bed. Then, without warning, I was sucked back into my body. Oh no, I blew it again, I was in an OBE and didn’t know it! I fell completely asleep at that point and then ended up in a DILD (Dream Induced Lucid Dream) a short time later. I’ll now describe the DILD. In this lucid dream I appeared in my kitchen. My kitchen and dining area were exactly the same as in real life, except one problem, how did I suddenly appear here? I knew something was up, because I couldn't remember how I got there, so this is how I became lucid. I immediately called for my daughter, thanks to the dream incubation I did earlier, and a few seconds later she came running around the corner followed by my son. There were both about 3 years in age. I scooped up my daughter and gave her a huge hug and told her that I loved her. She smiled ear to ear, and then vanished. My dream started to fade, so I decide to side down in the dining area and meditate to see if this would help maintain lucidity. Here’s what happened next. While lucid, I sat in the ‘classic lotus’ position on the floor, with my hands on top of my knees, and thumbs touching my middle fingers. Eyes closed. Within seconds I could feel my body slightly floating, and then this was followed by repeating, mild vibrations throughout my body. Please note, this happens all extremely fast while lucid. I then leaped up out of my lucid dream body and stood there looking down at me sitting in the ‘lotus position’. I looked like me, but just much younger. Hey, looking good! My sister then walked into the kitchen and saw me on the floor in ‘lotus position’, and then she continued into the kitchen and stood beside the island counter. I walked up to her, and asked how she was doing? She looked totally confused, and then she walked right into me, and stopped. I gave her a hug and told her I loved her. When I hugged her I realized I had no arms! They were invisible! I looked down at my body and realized that I was totally invisible! My sister started to freak out! I calmed her down by explaining how I became invisible. She seemed to understand, but had a look of disbelief. I picked up an empty milk jug off the counter and passed it to her while I was laughing. It looked like the milk jug was floating magically in the air. My sister then called for our mom, and my two other sisters to come and see what was going on. They were all confused by this, but seemed very interested in what was going on. I kept passing them stuff off the counter to hold. My oldest sister didn’t want to grab onto the measuring cup I was trying to give her, and she retracted her arms, shrugged her shoulders, and then moved back. My mom went and took a closer look at me sitting in ‘lotus position’ on the floor. The dream came to an abrupt end, without any warning, and I woke up. I wonder what would have happened if I sat down and meditated in my invisible form, and then projected myself once again (double projection)? What’s beyond being invisible? Hmmmm, gotta try that next time!

There was two of me in the same dream. Yes, two of me! One of ‘me’ was lucid, and the other ‘me’ was just dreaming. The lucid ‘me’, seems to be a memory of the dream, which instantly appeared in my mind when I woke immediately after the dream; whereas the part of me that was dreaming, was basically a fragmented, foggy dream. I can tell the lucid ‘me’ was a memory, because I did not have any recollection of the adrenaline rush, uplifting feeling, you get when you realize you’re lucid. It’s like this experience was just dropped into my head. My body felt like it was lightly floating, and moving in my bed, when this memory came to be. Let me know if you have experienced something like this too (above)! I’ll describe the dream from the ‘lucid me’ perspective. I was sitting in my parent’s living room perfectly lucid (not sure why I was lucid?). I saw ‘me’ walk in the backdoor and head down the hallway. I met myself once before in lucid dream, and I really wanted to have a conversation with myself, so I jump up and ran after ‘me’. My mom stopped ‘lucid me’ and said, “Do you really want to do this? Some people don’t handle this well.” I replied, “I can handle it, where did I go?” As I searched through the house for ‘me’, I came across my sisters, wife, and my oldest nephew. He smiled and said, “Hi!” The other me wasn’t anywhere to found downstairs, so I headed upstairs. The first bedroom I checked was my dad’s. My dear dad was lying in his bed, and there was this young, beautiful girl, sitting on the edge of his bed near the window. I did not recognize her. She had long, brown hair, blue eyes, thin featured, and was very pretty. I walked up to her, and we stood face to face smiling. I happily said to her in a playful voice, “Oh, who is this cute little girl?” She then replied, “I can’t tell you how many times you’ve said that to me as I was growing up!” She was smiling and giggling. She sounded exactly the same as my daughter! I got so excited, I woke up! ( I wanted to hug her)
