It may have been something I said. It is probably the easiest way to get DEILDs and really that is the easiest method as far as I am concerned. I just did this two nights in a row and had about 2-3 brief lucids each morning. Luckily my wife goes to work before me, and I spend a lot of time in a hotel. Just use a snooze alarm. I use an I-phone and set it for as far after bedtime as I can and still have 2 hours to DEILD. If I can get away with 9 hours sleep, I set the first alarm for 7 hours after bedtime. I like to use 30 minute intervals if I am in high lucidity phase. That is because I get lucid often enough this way, that a shorter snooze would interrupt some epic LDs. If I am in a dry spell I will set it for 15 minutes. That way I can try DEILD 7 times, and usually catch some lucidity somewhere in there.
