Lucid Dreams
Awareness - 9 / 10 Control 4 / 10 Well, during my second sleep cycle of the night, I remember having this dream that I was back in like 15,000 BC or something and I was with a couple of other people. I then woke up and thought I would try my new technique again. I just focused on what the setting had been and remembering to notice when the scene had changed back to the dream setting. Well, it worked again!! I remember seeing the same people I had been with. Then it got really wierd as we were actually in this skyscraper but we were still dressed like cavemen. Ths only increased the awareness of the dream and then this airplane flew by. The plane smashed through the glass and landed inside the building. One of the other guys went over and asked if he could try flying it. Now I was back in normal clothes and told him that he had no idea what he was doing. H disregarded mmy warning and took back off out the window, only to go plummeting down to the earth in a little poof of smoke. I just stood there, knowing it was a dream and laughed. I didn't really have much control over the dream however in terms of working on my dream goals and that is about all I remember. Current lucid dream goals... -Stabalize the dream each time I become lucid -See how fast I can run and if it is consistent -Meet someone special I have been wanting to for a long time now See ya!
Awareness - 7 / 10 Control - 6 / 10 Right after waking up from the 'Fine Dining in Italy' dream, I was not sure what to do. Although it probably would of been better to try and re-enter that dream, considering I would have an idea what to look for and things like that, I instead just focused on how I got here and my surroundings. When I was going back to sleep for some reason I stated thinking about what the dimensions of my room might be. 15 X 20, 12 X 12, 16 X 16? Not sure why I was doing this but nevertheless I did. Anyways, I remember opening my eyes expecting to see my 16 X 16 room or whatever it was, and instead the whole place seemed to of shrunk and my bed was gone. I was pretty much in this little box with an interior similar to how my room looked. I was thinking "Hmm... I must be dreaming!", and became lucid. Suddenly, I was back in my room, but still lucid. Just to make sure, I decided to jump off of my bed and see if the physics were 'floaty'. I jumped and sure enough, it felt really strange. Then the alarm went off waking me up. Current lucid dream goals... -Stabalize the dream each time I become lucid -See how fast I can run and if it is consistent -Meet someone special I have been wanting to for a long time now See ya!
Awareness - 8/10 Control - 9 / 10 This dream occurred early in the morning after waking up to alpha waves twice, then setting the alarm at about 5:00 AM Well the first thing I remember is that I was at this really nice restaraunt in Italy. I don't know exactly who, but I was with this huge group of people with a few I recognized. The waiter then seated us at a table. I took my hat off and sat down. Then the alarm went off, waking me up. As soon as I got up I did a reality check. By this time I was in the habit of it and then just going back to sleep. Now I have not idea what was different about this night than all the previous nights but for some reason I just focused on realizing going back into the dream I was just in. I told myself that I would just remain concious of what setting I was in (my room or back in the restaraunt) and once I realized where I was, I would instantly know I was dreaming. I guess what made it work is that I never had a doubt in my mind it wouldn't work. Well, I went back to sleep and what do ya know? I was back in the restaraunt. The best part was that I remembered to be aware of the scenery shift and pretty much was lucid as soon as I was back in the dream. As soon as I was back in the dream and became lucid, I remembered some of the stuff I had wanted to do during my next lucid dream. I got up to head outside but then the dream started to fade. I just told myself over and over that this was MY dream and it wasn't going to end until I let it. That seemed to work and I went outside. My brain kind of worked this into my surroundings and everyone else from the group I was with left as well, as if we were all on a tour or something. in the dream I pretty much disregarded these people and continued on my own, just trying to get away from everyone. For some reason, I like to explore on my own Anyways, at first I thought "How am I going to get back to where my first two dreams were so I can continue on form there??" I decided that I was actually in a pretty nice place however and my goals could be accomplished here. I found a canal and began to follow it, thinking that maybe if I could just get away from all these people the next city along the canal would be empty because I would make it so. However, as I started to follow the canal, the tour guide guy asked me why I was leaving the group. I was thinking "Oh my God, seriously, can't these people just leave me alone?? Happens every dream!" I pretty much just blew him off and started walking away. Then he started talking again about the stuff on the tour and it distracted me for some reason. Almost instantly, I lost all control of the dream and it started fading. Right before I woke up I remember realizing this and trying to decide what to do but then it was all over, and I woke up. Well, I have no idea what was different about what I did when I went to sleep compared with all the other times I did after the alarm went off, but my efforts wree finally rewarded this time with a lucid dream. The only thing I can think of is that it was much further into my sleep cycle than usual (5:00 rather than 2:00) because I started another binaural beat cycle the first awakening instead of going right to the alarm on accident. (to think my reliable way of lucid dreaming was discovered on accident...) Anyways, whatever was different I sure am glad it happened, because right after that dream, I went and had ANOTHER LUCID DREAM! *shouts out in victory* Current lucid dream goals... -Stabalize the dream each time I become lucid -See how fast I can run and if it is consistent -Meet someone special I have been wanting to for a long time now See ya!
Once I had this experience, I had already woken up then went back to sleep with some music playing. Suddenly I was in my living room, but the atmosphere was slightly darker. I am underneath a blanket of sorts. its giving me security. I don't see her but I know my mother is in her room. I start having a floating sensation and I realize that I've left my body, I encourage this and start to float even higher it feels a tad wobbly though. Then I reach my ceiling, im unsure of what to do for a moment and just feel the ceiling with my hands. then It clicks I can go through the ceiling, so I start to push through it feels like some sort of matter, pretty dense it makes my hands feels uncomfortable. Now im in this black space continuously pushing through, its a pretty slow movement. I start to hear the music that I had left playing, I feel an opening at the top of the black space. I break through then I'm grabbing my sheets and pulling them down. I'm awake again. I don't really get why I woke up from that almost breakthrough, I;m sorta unsure what to call this, it felt like a dream where I thought I was having an out of body experience. But it was very vivid more so most of my dreams.
Alright so starts off I'm at my old elementary school. There were a whole bunch of people walking along this field, me being one of them. I was walking and talking with my friends and then everyone started going back into the school. So we all walked back in and then I notice that the elementary school was connected to my high school, when in reality they are not. So in my dream I started thinking and whenever I think in a dream I usually become lucid. Sure enough I'm lucid. So I keep walking a little and the dream scene sort of changes, now connected to the high school is a beach. So now I decided that I'd sit on the ground just to think up a game plan for what I was going to accomplish, I decided I'd do something like this a while ago but never had until this point. I thought maybe I would try to break dance seeing as I usually can do anything in my dreams, but I didn't. Anyways, I see this girl sitting on some bleachers near the beach so I get up to go and try my have a conversation with a DC goal and then I look away. I look back and BOOM she's gone and so are the bleachers. So I thought, alright.. guess not. I start walking back to where I was before and I decide that I'll just have a nice little flight. So I jump into the air and start floating. I float a little ways upwards and then I clap my arms to my sides, as if to cause a sonic boom. Then this propels me forward and I flew for a good bit of time and I could feel the wind in my face, it felt great like in the dream that I had flown in before. And then my dream faded until I felt my waking body. I woke up and I was essentially doing a headstand in my bed. Apparently this didn't strike me as odd because I just got out of bed and went over to my laptop. And then I opened my laptop and an internet tab was opened that said "lol pwned" that was all it said. Then when I came to the realization that I was in a false awakening I ended up waking up for real.
Date: 18/07/2012 Place: My bed Time of getting into bed: 00.30am 100mg B6 before bed, also 60mg Ginkgo & 160mg Ginseng Waking thoughts in black Non lucid dreams in blue Lucid dreams in red Last night, I woke after each dream as usual to write in the DJ, but was so tired for some reason I didn't record anything. This is not like me AT ALL. I was ill during the day, and had a lot of painkillers so I blame this. However when waking for the day (11.30am) I was sooo tired I kept falling back to sleep, and as I did I had short, very unstable lucid dreams. I experimented with them a bit, I could fall asleep instantly and control the dream, the dream stemmed from whatever I was thinking about as I was falling asleep. It was quite fun. Dream 1 - non lucid 3 Indian guys on a motorbike come and pick me up. As I can't fit on the bike with them, 2 of them hop off and get a bus. We drive to a small, shack-like place, where I am taken upstairs and sit at a table watching a TV. The man who rode with me sits with me, and gives me an Orange to eat. I lived in India for some time, and often visited places like this to chill out. the locals would give me lifts on their bikes. I feel a hot breath on my knee under the table, and looking under I see a big bull sniffing me. He's not meaning any harm, so I ignore him and he walks away. Later he comes back, sniffing around for food. I throw my Orange peel to him and he gobbles it up, clearly very hungry. He then realised I have segments of Oranges, and comes towards me. I throw a few to distract him, and he runs after them, gobbles them up again and runs towards me, eager for more. I panic, thinking he will accidentally hurt me, my hands smell of Oranges and I'm scared he'll charge or bite me. He does charge, but I jump out of the way and escape. I fed cows in India when they wandered in the restaurants hungry. I also saw an anti bull-fighting poster before going to bed. Dream 2 - non lucid I have trained a cute kitten to do magic tricks with custard creams. People are watching and think it is amazing, but I have a secret trick that makes it easy. I make the kitten count out piles of biscuits, and everyone is impressed. Dream 3 - lucid fragments I wake up for the day, but I'm so tired I drift off to sleep, then wake up again after 5 minutes, and drift off again. I do this for about an hour, soon, as I drift off I have lucid dreams. They are short and very unstable and not vivid at all. More like thoughts or daydreams that move into lucid dreams. The following fragments were broken up by waking and conversations with RL people. I am sat on a bed, talking to a hot guy. I have full control, and know I am dreaming but the dream is not stable or vivid, I just imagine things happening, and they do. I have conversations with DCs mostly, the dreams revolve around trying to get laid as I am pretty horny. I start a sexual scenario and convince a DC to engage in it because I just 'believe he will' because he is part of my own mind. In which turns out to increase the vividness and surprises me because it is so realistic. I wake up before I finish.
I attained lucidity only for a brief moment before losing my awareness. I attempted at making the dream more vivid by using a technique on the DreamViews forum, simply closing you eyes. I'll start from the beginning. I was in an old, broken-down, haunted-looking house. We were filming a movie there using some cheap special effects and all of us (actors, camera-man and director alike) were teenagers, it just looked like we were having a bit of fun with a video-camera. Then it came to me, I'm lucid! I think my sub-concious may have tried to throw me off because the next thing I know the director is telling me to do something and I immediately followed the order. Before I could be lost into the dream again I realized that no, I'm lucid and I can do anything I like. The dream was a little fuzzy so I attempted to make it more vivid by closing my eyes and telling myself I wanted this dream to be more vivid. This had the reverse effect and I ended up becoming part of the dream once again, so now I know that method is not something I should be using again, or something to only come back to in a long time/with enough experience.

I was traveling around the country after some apocalypse with two other people. One was my friend Christian, and the other was some girl. There were the amorphous blobs that could talk to you with telekinesis, and they could eat you too. They also could turn into puddles to go into smaller areas. While my group of people were running away from one of these blobs, we found an small old trailer. We immediately went inside. It was very old looking. It looked like there were a bunch of cigarette smokers in there too with all the smoke stains on the walls. Everything metal was rusted, and the light was dim. I went over and examined a few things that were inside the trailer. There was some odd shaving set that had a bunch of old rusted razors. There was one razor that looked like a fancy potato peeler. Then I found a gun that had 4 shots in it. I put that in my pocket to use later. Then out of nowhere there were some people in the trailer that weren't there before. They all looked old and worn down. They told us we needed to leave, and we did. When we got back outside it was all completely different. It was like I was at the Gas Station on the map "Caspian Border" from Battlefield 3. There were huge weird looking tanks, and bunches of bullets flying by along with Halo plasma grenades. We ran down the road that would normally lead to objective A on that map. We kep running and running down the road, and then I saw my old friends house. We went inside and there was no carpet on the floor anywhere. Just wood. It was all dusty and old looking. Then when we were running through what would have been the living room, my friend Christian yelled in a weird voice "Lets do a reality check, guys!". I laughed and did it jokingly, but when I did it my finger went through my hand and then it just hit me. I was dreaming! Holy crap. I almost faded out of the dream, but I calmed myself down, and I walked around a bit just observing the dream and the house. I looked at my friend Christian, and he just looked at me like he already knew that I was lucid without me telling him. I didn't want to do anything crazy in this lucid dream, so I didn't. I just sat down in that house and talked to the people who had accompanied me on this wonderful dreaming experience. I talked to the woman who was with me about how I was lucid dreaming, and she offered to be my Dream Guide! I accepted that offer, and when I did the dream faded out. I woke up, and it was crazy. Being conscious in one place and then waking up in another is a very crazy experience.
So its been years sense I've had this happen to me, I had been wanting it to happen again, ever sense I found it it can be used as a catalyst to have a Out of body experience. Then it happened to me this morning! but the experience was a bit scary, I went to bed around 2 Am, then woke up around 9 for about 15 minutes then went back to sleep. Then awoke in sleep paralysis. I could see my body and knew I was in sleep paralysis, the room I was in looked different than my room, reminded me of a hotel room. I couldn't move of course and I heard this raspy dark voice speaking from behind me and(this thing was saying something over and over but I can't remember what it was.) I could slightly see a dark... creature, could feel it behind me. I sent a large wave of telepathic energy at it to make it go away. I could also see my boyfriend next to me but his body was black. then he said something to me, which brought me back a little bit more than I woke myself up completely out of fear of the thing behind me. After I woke up I realized I was just in between the physical and astral plane and that was a shadow creature that feeds off fear. I really hope I can experience this again soon but not freak out and overcome the fear so I don't force myself into complete awareness. Does anyone have any tips for inducing sleep paralysis or experiences with the shadow people? opinions on what they are?
Nonlucid Lucid I am in my school's parking lot. I see a white horse in one of the parking spaces. Suddenly it gallops away. I look at the security guard and say, "We have to catch it!". He looks at me and replies, "Okay. Hop on my back." I was like wuuuut?! Then he turns into a huge brown horse before my eyes. The scene changes and I am on top of a building, trying to stay away from an explosion down below. I hear the BOOM! and shield myself with my arms. No good, I get hit by shrapnel anyway. I look at my hands and I see dozens of deep gashes, oozing with blood. I only feel pressure though, no pain. This makes me wonder. I become lucid. By the time I looked away from my hands and at my surroundings, I was already outside my house. I walk slowly around and rub my hands to stabilize. I reach the street and see a random DC whom I don't recognize. I decide to shoot him, just for fun (No, I am not promoting shooting for fun! lol) I don't have a gun in my hand, so I close my eyes for a brief moment and imagine a gun materializing. When I open my eyes again, I am holding a small revolver. I aim at the DC and shoot. He drops to the ground. Then I notice a police officer a few meters away, watching me with wide eyes. I stand there for a moment, trying to figure out what he's gonna do. He grabs his walkie-talkie and says some alert code into it. I see a car near me, with a man on the passenger seat. I get in the driver's seat and drive away. I'm thinking about just flying away or something, but I don't seem to have good control, so I decide to follow the dream instead. Some police cars are chasing me. I realize I'm out of gas, so I stop at a petrol station. Oddly, the police stop as well to give me time to refuel hahahaha. I grab the fuel nozzle thing and press some numbers on the digital interface thing. Not sure what happens after this, I remember trying to read the numbers properly, but I lose lucidity sometime in between.
i stand in my kitchen near the window and i am highly suspicious of my current state in dreaming or awake so i do a Reality check and i notice that my skin feels rubbery and almost like plastic wrapping and less like skin, as i proceed with the reality check i can clearly see that i have more than five fingers and as i count them i get the number "six" and due to this i now completely realize that i am dreaming. the first thing i then do is go outside and begin trying to fly, i try jumping into the air in a position that i have already thought of in waking life and imagined steel and jet turbines forming around my lower arms and legs, however nothing forms and i simply fall back to the ground. i try this same method again and with the same result. i then think out-loud "what if there was a cliff and i jumped off to fly?" i see a cliff materialize right in front of me in the middle of the black asphalt road but i feel and know that it is not a real (although i could have been wrong) i give it no attention because i think it is only a strong visualization and it completely disappears when i see a DC. walking on the sidewalk casualty, i walk over to him, a man with short brown hair, here the dream gets blurred and my last memory of it is being up the neighborhood next to a large tree (that also exists in waking life) and then the dream fades completely. (however i did not wake i simple continued sleeping, in another dream i find myself in a city street at night, the only light is a neon sign and i watch a person with a paper bag and many people gathered around him say something that i so not quite remember about extermination. (the dream then fades and i slowly wake and the first thing i recall after a moment of thinking is my first lucid in quite a while
It's been six days since I practise to have Lucid dream. As day goes on my dream recall dropped to nothing. I was disappointed and I thought today I can't recall anything too. Yesterday before bed I read others motivation to have lucid dream and I harness my self affirmation to calm down. I could do it too. Gratefully, I recall one that I have before my actual wake up time. To my excitement it was a lucid one although I can't control it yet. The dream went like this: ******************************* I was in a guest room in my own house. The scenery was gloom. I didn't really recall what I was doing there. Next I went to the bathroom to prepare for the day. When I was brushing my teeth my gum bleed. I bleeding profusely. I was a little worried because it bleed abnormally. In my logic, I have a friend who had her gum bleed as she use a certain tooth paste. So I just accept the logic that I was in the same situation as her. It's tooth paste's fault. "Is it true? I never bleed like this when I brush my teeth before." I said as I ask myself in my heart. "Indeed. Never but today you have." I answer myself. Not really pay serious attention to why. After I rinse my mouth and and wash my face I notice the bathroom door was open a little. I took it as I forgot to lock the door. As I reach to the lock I notice the lock was made by a piece of wood that being nail in the middle to the door frame. It was an old lock that we use before. I also notice the wood lock was so small and can't be use to block the door shut. "Why is this lock is so small like this?" Again I ask with my heart. "It's usually like this." "What a bother, isn't it usually big? It isn't small like this..... dream?.... isn't this a dream?" As I said that I look at my left, see the sky through gapes that we have in the bathroom. "Is this for real? No way!" I quickly made reality check. Pluck my nose and I can breath. "It's a dream. Oh my I'm dreaming!" As I said that I thought my dream is so gloom. So I want to make it bright. I intended to teleport to somewhere. I made spinning technique and as I spin I feel my surrounding became dark and the bathroom begun to shrink. My dream was fading. I was so lucky that I made the spinning technique. I stay lucid after that. I was forgot that spinning technique is for to stay lucid too. I fail to change the surrounding. So, I said to myself, it's ok. It's your first time so take a look and feel the dream world for now. Then I get out from my bathroom. Quite happy I repeat "I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming" As I smile and running up the stairs that connect my kitchen to my main house. I feel like floating. As I reach to the guest room, I once again make the spinning technique to see if I can change my surrounding. I fail because I can't actually picture anything. So I pinch my nose. Again I can breath, mean I'm still dreaming. "It's ok." I said Then I sat in the guest room and once again look around me to make myself accustomed what it feels like in the dream world. I stare at my ceiling and I saw two lizards doing something inappropriate. As I stare at them, the lizards' form change into something a little bigger like squirrel and they float down to floor. Not long after that I lost control and just let the dream took over again. I once again in the stairs. I hear someone at my door. Then I saw my mother and sister doing something. Then nothing.....
Non-Lucid (Sidenotes) Lucid Dream ------------------------------------------------- (I had multiple dreams last night but this is the one I remember the most.) It involved a shooting at the school I used to attend. I remember at the beginning, I was in a classroom and I was so paranoid. I was yelling at people to get down and away from the windows because there was a sniper. People ignored me for awhile. I was on the phone with a Cop who I was apparently close to and explaining what was going on. I do remember we kept switching between classrooms and I was so scared because no one had any idea where the shooter(s) were. I guess I had gotten shot because I remember clutching my chest and freaking out, but there was no pain or blood. I remember that at some point, I was worried about my Mom. I had told her what was going on and she was with me in a classroom at some point but left even though I told her there was a sniper out there. This is where it got odd. After all the room switching, we were heading to the cafeteria to eat. Teacher's came to the door and escorted us out, screaming for us to run. i was slow since I had been "shot" and remember thinking how I couldn't breathe and that it hurt even though I didn't notice those things physically. Before I entered the lunch room, someone went to hand me something but I couldn't see. My right eye was completely dark but my left... I could see just the hallway but no one around me or what the person was waving in front of me. I got to the lunchroom (which was shockingly full) and realized I had no money to pay. I talked to the guy that handles peoples account and rings you up and I guess there was this computer where (in real life) the microwaves are and some guy helped me sort it. I guess you touched the screen and were given a random snack thing (mine was skittles...and...milk or something else). I wasn't sure what it was for, but I went into the area where you get your food and couldn't really grasp what to do. i didn't know if you needed to get those specific snacks or if had to get a meal that equaled the amount of said snacks. I just looked around and grabbed a random drink then got caught on what food to get. There was this odd looking fruit salad that was a mash up of...fruit and..something nasty that doesn't go with it. After that, I can't remember much else. I do remember walking out of the front doors and expecting police. I woke up not long after that.
Had a DILD after WBTBing a few times. I dreamed I was back at ETSU, in one of the apartment style dorms. I was talking to Elizabeth (who works in the sushi department where I work irl), and her husband. I've never met her husband irl, so he was being played by Luis, our dishwasher haha. Elizabeth was rocking in a rocking chair, and as I was talking to her, I noticed that half of her face was covered in a blue and purplish bruise! I said "Damn girl, what happened to your face?" And she just darted her gaze to Luis really quickly. I looked at him and said "WTF man?!" My membery was suddenly flooded with made-up memories of her having been beaten by him before. Luis just looked really sad and said "I'm so so sorry, I'll never do it again. I promise!!!" I felt so disgusted with both of them. Then he went to the bathroom, and she went to the kitchen, asking me not to leave. I just sneaked out and headed to my own dorm across the street. I was walking a bit brisk because I didn't want them coming out after me. I suddenly started to walk-hop, and as I did this, the hopping got higher and higher, until I was almost flying. I said "Hell yeah my ass is LUCID!" I was so happy haha. I just kept jump/hop/flying, and it felt so fun, and easy, and free. No vertigo at all anymore. I went into the dorm building and kept hopping, and I remarked to myself how incredibly bright and crystal clear everything was. Bright blue sky and puffy white clouds were visible through the windows. I looked at my hands, but they were actually kind of bloated and messed up, so I just ignored them. I was thinking what I could do next, and I thought I could either go back and beat up Luis, or find a mirror. Then it hit me "TOTM!!" I struggled to remember them but I just couldn't, I could only remember the mirror one from last month. Pissed me off so bad, because I wanted to USE the mirror to go to an alien planet, I just couldn't remember it. Then I thought I could just summon a computer and go look it up on DV, but I didn't want to waste my lucid time fumbling with keys and such, so I just said screw it and went for a mirror. There was one conveniently hanging on the dorm wall, just big enough to probably poke my head through. I put my face on the cold glass, and it immediately softened and let my head pass through. The scene opened into the back of the dairy case from work. Oddly enough, the sushi department had moved in there, because it was a large cooler basically. And one of the seafood department guys was in there, making salmon rolls. They have this sauce made of mayonnaise, chili sauce, and tiny little fish eggs, and he was squirting it on the rolls. Instead of using a ketchup squeeze bottle like they do irl, he was using one of those aerosol squirt cans, like the kinds that Easy Cheese comes in. He saw me and asked if wanted some. I said "Hell yeah, and don't bother with a tasting spoon, I'll just open my mouth and you can just squirt it in my mouth!" So he gave me a big old squirt of sushi sauce, and it was gooooood... I could even feel the little eggs pop between my teeth. I said "See ya" and popped my head back out. I went into this breakroom looking area down the hall from the mirror, and noticed I had some how acquired 2 ears of perfectly cooked corn-on-the-cob. I took a few bites, and it was soooooooo good. Then I thought about going back to Elizabeth's dorm and beating the crap out of her husband, but I just wanted 2 more bites. Then ok, just one more. Damn this was some good corn. Then I stopped, and said "Oh shit." And woke up. I felt it 2 seconds before it happened. I really enjoyed this lucid. It had decent length, awesome control, and clarity. I just got distracted by food haha. What a pig.
I was reading about how to identify if you are dreaming just before I went to bed. The book said that it would take many days of writing down dream journal entries to finally recognize if one is dreaming. Anyways, when I was dreaming last night I made sure I was paying attention to my surroundings. Everything was going good until I noticed a person in front of me with only one hand, and they had a mickey mouse type of glove on (haha!). At that moment, I knew for sure I was dreaming. Once I became aware that I was dreaming, I was extremely excited since it was my first time lucid dreaming. I immediately started to fly but after a couple of seconds, my excitement got the best of me and the dream slowly faded away. For a couple of seconds, I could feel I was being disconnected, so I tried to calm down a bit, but the world was getting darker and less vivid, and then I woke up. I really need to learn to keep my concentration in the dreams and make sure I don't wake up! The weirdest thing is that I know I have felt that feeling of lucid dreaming before. It is as if I have lucid dreamed before, but just did not recognize it to be lucid dreaming. Extremely weird night...
