I was in a construction site. We needed permit of some sort. We were in a hurry. We need to escape. There's a game.
I started with an amusing dream about a time trial downhill skiing / cross country rollerblading competition which started off quite believable but slowly changed into a mad dash down stairs and escalators in a strange shopping centre slash airport type location. After a while of whizzing through this odd location I reached a sort of semi lucidity in which I has a sense of the unreality and flexibility of the situation but wasn't lucid enough to call it a dream. There were bunches of dream signs but I didn't recognise them as such at the time: * old place of work/workmates * feeling of familiarity without knowing where from * feeling in an unspecified rush * repeating sections of activity (going down the same slope multiple times) * more that I can't remember off the top of my head I had a very brief awakening, during which I realised that the preceding was a dream and I now had a chance of a DEILD. I think I actually had some non-lucid dream to start with, but I have no memory of the content. When I gained lucidity I was in a sunny location with stone terraces and balconies. I remembered the TOTM and immediately spotted a large block of sandstone which I decided to try to levitate by The Force. I doubted myself for a moment because I knew it would be heavy and I didn't want to jump in at the deep end too much. Fearing I might just get frustrated by negative expectations, I briefly considered finding something smaller to levitate, but then realised that I could just make the rock lighter, which worked beautifully! After that I thought I'd move on to to the cinco de mayo task. I was about to go off in search of a bar but realised that there was one conveniently just behind me! I sat at the bar and asked the barman to share some slammers with me. I've only had tequila slammers once before (not much of a fan of tequila, really) so I got a bit confused about the process and ended up chugging a whole glass full of lime segments rather than just biting one, but I reckon that was close enough! I lost lucidity a little after that and drifted into a strange dream about being late for work, then woke up to realise I *was*!

All my lucid dreams were product of MILD technique. I´ve decide to try the WILD technique, and reached the conclusion that it´s fundamental to any lucid dreamer development and progression to find the right technique, or else the dreamer will get frustrated with his own project, and quit. This is a conclusion that i think you all took it some time ago. Being able to know yourself is fundamental in the process of lucid dreaming... It´s impressive the amount of dreamers that don´t take the time to know themselves, and just grab a technique that they think its the right one for them... A lucid dream is a door to a realm, to your inner realm...and the path to your inner realm should not be be built upon fragile structures, and such structures can only result from lack of self knowledge and a sense of hurry in reaching a lucid state.... I was once like that...always in a hurry to have the next lucid dream. Right now i´m going through a dry spell stage... I need to get of that dryspell stage, but i´m not worried, because it can only go away with ease of spirit and a calm mind...the opposite is only going to make the dry spell last.... ´ I felt the need to share this with you all, because dry spell stages are something that in my opinion is not discussed often in here. Anyway all this was just a thought. Walk the path, open the door and lose yourself in your own eternity. Red King
06.04.11 I was standing on the platform on a train station. It resembled, or at least in my mind it was a train station i know from real life. But it wasn't the way it usually was, this time it was curved, and there was a staircase that lead down into a tunnel to my left. The staircase was in the right spot, and there was a platform on the other side of the rails, just like in real life. Difference was that the staircase lead downards, instead of up. The train arrives. Me and a pair and perhaps a few others realize that we're on the wrong platform. I started running, down the tunnel to get there. I think I notice some people in the tunnel, but I don't remember what was different about them. I think it might have been a litle girl and some man talking on a phone. When I get up on the right platform, I see on a sign that the right train arrives in 1 minute, and then realize that it's actually already here, and not only that, but it's already started moving. For some reason, it stops and lets me get in. There are 6 seats in every row, with still quite a lot of space to walk in. Looks more like the interior of a plane than a train, it has seperate seats with seat belts. I'm stressed out from being in such a hurry, so I'm not thinking clearly, so I just quickly scan the room and sit down on the seat that's farthest away from the window and closest to the space where people walk past. I realize that there's a little girl sitting in the seat by the window, which makes me uncomfortable and anxious. Somehow we end up in a tickle fight, and another little girl joins in. No idea where she came from...
