I am sent on a quest to collect these special eggs from a laberynth. The maze is huge; there are several cities within it. The whole point is to eventually find a one-of-a-kind egg called the Embryo. ((Shugo Chara reference.)) Helping me on the quest is a biped werewolf who does not seem to have a human form.

As we are collecting the eggs, we realize that they each have a fortune inside of them. These are more important than the eggs themselves, so we just crack the eggs and take the fortunes along with us. One of them says that I will eventually lead the Vampires to victory against the Werewolves. Enraged, my werewolf friend begins to attack me, but I manage to explain that I would never do something like that, because I hate the Vampires as much as he does. I figure that the fortune must be referring to something a bit more cryptic, because I would never betray the 'wolves. He calms down and we continue on our way.

After a while, we pass by some werewolf slayers, and I hide my friend from them and force him to stay in the woods so he will not get killed. I go back and collect some more of the fortunes, and read one that says the werewolf will save me from danger on the road. As I am heading back to find him, I am assaulted by two passersby. At first I think the werewolf will rescue me, but then I become lucid and decide I'd rather take matters into my own hands. I fight with them for a while, and although no damage is dealt I manage to chase them off.

I then lose lucidity and begin to howl. The werewolf howls back and I manage to find him somewhere within the forest. We eventually come upon an old abandoned church and hide out there for a while to read the fortunes we have collected.

    2. Future of Chinese overlords and Vampires

by , 10-28-2009 at 05:15 AM (Visions in the Dark)
Dream starts off as a horror film like with a group of teens trying to escape and outwit a serial killer who looks like a scarecrow weilding a large scythe. The area it takes place is on a traintrack bridge over a wide river. Some teens are able to survive while others are killed. I am one of those lucky enough to survive. Near the end of the sequence various cartoon characters start appearing.

The dream changes and it is now the future. It is after a big war which has devatated most of the human race. The Chinese have taken over and now rule the world. Everyone who is not Chinese is a prisoner or a fugitive. The dream landscape is similar to the previous sequence with a large traintrack bridge over a wide river but now there is a palace built in the middle of the river where the Chinese leaders gather to enforce their rule. From the inside this structure looks like a mall or something and it has huge glass windows and pools filled with humanoid aquatic monsters.

Fugitive humans try to live in the wilderness surrounding the river but the aquatic monsters controlled by the Chinese contantly attack. Despite the low human population, the technology that survived the war is quite advanced. There are laser weapons and flying vehicles, as well as roofless transportation units that still utilize the train tracks across the bridge.

Many of the people who live as fugitives are elderly or children. I am my Chinese dream incarnate Chun-li and I am living with some fugitives trying to help them escape capture and survive. Because I am Chinese many of the fugitives do not trust me. I am vaguely aware that I am in a dream and in some instances I can fly, though I do not gain full control of my actions or surroundings. The ability to fly comes and goes at random.

It is night and I am sneaking into the River Palace to find something for the fugitives, though I do not know what. First I have to cross the river and I there is much debris in the river, though I do see a few old boats tied up to large poles sticking up in the water. I get into one boat but is has a hole in it and begins sinking quite rapidly. Before it goes completely under I am able to paddle over to another boat and get in it. I can't seem to untie this one but a raft floats by and I jump on it. I begin paddling the raft but notice that it is starting to deflate. I am able to paddle over to what looks like a glass picnic table and use that to float towards the River Palace.

Despite the River Palace being the control center for the current world rulers it is devoid of people or soldiers and breaking in is easy. The main floor is covered in small tables with white table cloths and tea cups. The place looks ready to host many people. I weave my way around the tables to the other side of the room. I make my way to the upper floors and find that there are shadowy people wandering the halls but they do not look like soldiers. I try to avoid being seen as much as I can, but eventually several of these dark people are chasing me and I am forced to escape back down to the first floor.

To avoid detection I slip into one of the indoor pools and hide beneathe the surface until the shadowy people go away. I start to swin across the pool but I attract the attention of two aquatic monsters that try and attack me. I am not afraid of the monsters because I know they can't hurt me and I fly out of the pool and out and open window near the roof. I land on the train track bridge that goes over the palace and see a railcar coming. I jump onto it as it goes by and jump out again when it nears the fugitive settlement. They are upset that I could not find what I was sent for and they don't believe me when I say that I couldn't remember what that thing was.

Suddenly several Chinese soldiers attack the settlement. There are four of them and they are each riding what looks like a flying waterski. I don't know where they came from but I fear that I was followed home. The fugitives and I are loaded into a holding car and transported back along the railway track towards the River Palace. One of the elderly man fugitives pulls out a gun and starts waving it around. Fearing for the safety of the other people I convince the old man to point the gun at my chest and tell him that if he much shoot someone than that person should be me. I know that being shot will not kill me. Several of the other fugitives pull out silver forks and start throwing them at me. I am impaled several times and fall to the floor of the holding car. I am not injured or anything but believe for some reaons that pretending I am will make the fugitives feel better so I just play along.

The holding car crosses the bridge and comes to a stop at another large palace looking building where several of the Chinese overlords live. As the holding car stops I stand up, pull the forks out of my body and return them to the people who threw them. One of the overlords appears and inspects the captured group. He is assessing who is able bodied for slave labor but I try to reason with him in Chinese to let all of them go because the fugitives are either too young or too elderly to be efficient workers. The dream becomes fuzzy and but there is a part where I am flying around the outside of the River Palace and the Bridge with the Chinese overloards trying to shoot me down or something before flying away out of their reach.

I land underneath the bridge by the muddy river bank when a beautiful young man with porceline white skin and hair flies down from the sky towards me. He is wearing black pants and boots and is barechested except for a long black cape around his shoulders. He smiles at me seductively and I know he is a vampire. He floats in front of me and I feel drawn to him because he seems farmiliar somehow. In fact I feel like surrendering to him and letting him take me, a thought which he must have sensed becauses he smiles softly at me. I try to project with my thoughts that I do not want to fight him (for some reason I am unable to talk) but the vampire summons a large sea monster to fight me, rather than attack me directly.

I have a long black whip with me and I drive the creature back into the sea. From behind me an elderly man in a dark overcoat and travellers hat appears and he gives me a silver knife and says that I can kill the vampire if I thrust this weapon into his heart. I am confused because I do not know whose side to take. The vampire lands on the beach and attacks the old man directly. The old man grabs me and tried to use me as a shield. I struggle free, turn around and stab him in the heart with the knife he just gave me. When the old man falls to the ground the vampire comes over to me and wraps his cape around me and holds me to his chest. He is warm and I feel comforted in his arms. He makes no attempt to bite me but just holds and caresses me.
I think the end of the dream has us flying off together somewhere but I cannot remember anymore of this dream.
    3. The Last Few Dreams

      by , 06-12-2008 at 02:54 AM
      (original post dated 06/11/2008)

I had a dream that there was a baby who went missing, and that the stepfather was the suspect, but the police could never prove anything. Also something about him trying to give it away to another family by convincing them that it was their own lost child, but they came to their senses and knew better. In any case, the child's sibling spent their whole life trying to find out what happened, and prove that the stepdad did it.

I had another dream that R and I were driving around Orlando/Venice/Florida at night, looking for a public pool (I think?) and wound up driving up this ramp that wrapped around this condo building in a spiral, the top had no rails and Reese was scared to try backing up, we didn't know how to turn around and get down again, and she was ranting about how anyone who lived at the top of this thing was insane.

I had a dream about a woman whose boyfriend beat up on her, finally scaring her by threatening to throw her out of a window (the drop was 5 stories), she finally had enough and sent HIM through the glass. He unfortunately survived the fall, although he lost a lot of blood, and she was afraid he was going to come after her again. Somehow the dream twisted so that he turned into a gigantic robot for reasons I don't understand, and the cops were completely useless in the ensuing shootout, but somehow she got the best of him, although I don't remember how.

This was followed by a dream about giant anthropomorphic vampire bats. Throughout most of the dream, I didn't realize the grandmother, mother, and baby were vampires as well, only that the grandmother was intent on killing the Head Vampire (also the head of the family), which she finally succeeded in, revealing that she and the others were also vampires by commenting that "the baby needs fresh blood for feeding" and then commenting that she was willing to go without, and would fill up on milk, although that always brought the chance of disease with it into the house. Very strange.

In any case, I must have been thrashing around in my sleep, because when I do that my pet rabbit gets upset and sits next to the bed. When I woke up, she was huddled right next to me again. She tends to do this when I have a nasty nightmare, which makes me think that I may talk or yell a lot whenever I'm having one. This is corroborated by roommates, boyfriends, etc. It's touching that she does this, but I'm worried I might hurt her while I'm thrashing around.
    4. Vampire robot peach

      by , 02-17-2008 at 02:36 AM
      Original dream dated 02/16/2008:

Dreamed about a guy writing an autobiography about his brother, a historical war-lord. This turned into me and my mother watching a movie about it, but Mom didn't like it because it was violnt and graphic (at one point, a maggot-filled horse exploded). Then, it turned into real life again, only instead of a medieval villain he was a vampire-robot and the robots were trying to take over the universe. They destroyed a really large, advanced human city and took it over.

Some friends and I went on an archaeological dig to try to find out their source or history, and we found an ancient buried portal to a space ship, where we found Robocop. Then, we got chased by a fleet of enemy ships.

Then I dreamed that Princess Peach was evil and started taking over the world, and I was trying to play as Mario, except Mario was a Starship Trooper and I was fighting vampire robots who were also tiny ants. All of this took place in the evil vampire robot capital city, which looked a lot like a level from "Donkey Kong".
    5. Out of the Television

      by , 09-29-2007 at 03:29 PM
Morning of September 29, 2007. Saturday.

I am living in a ghetto, in, I believe, an old apartment building on what seems like at least the third or fourth floor or higher. Actually, I am not sure if I live there or not since I do not recognize anything or seem to know a couple people I may or may not be living with. They do not even seem all that aware of me. Mostly, they remain in the kitchen and I mostly stay in the living room area.

The main focus is on the television near the front door, of which something rather strange is happening to it. There are what seem to be holes and cracks in the glass, but which, oddly, actually seem to seal up as others appear elsewhere. There is some sort of concept that seems difficult to relate, like the glass is some sort of link between two different dimensions; “mine”, and other worlds beyond, but which are perhaps random, or changing, and varying in potential, growing stronger, or growing weaker (at random?).

I am somewhat wary; not really afraid; just suspicious of what could result. Some sort of ugly face forms in parts like a jigsaw puzzle (sort of like bits of static forming into three-dimensional solids from more random pieces) automatically sorting itself out over the imagery of an unrelated television show. Out comes some sort of monster, vampire-like (but not a typical “movie vampire”), and mostly colorless. Now I am somewhat concerned, as the creature screams (seemingly in anger at being disturbed?), but I am still not afraid.

Time passes. The creature actually seems afraid to go very far after seeing the city outside the window (it is late at night). He cowers on a sofa and eventually seems to be annoyed by this world and eventually breaks up into bits of “static” (like squarish moths with reflective wings) which flows back into the television. Even though he is like a powerful demon or devil, mankind seems far worse to him than his own essence, and the “monster” is more and more like a sad comic strip character before he goes back to wherever he came from.

Later, there is more activity across the glass of this strange television. I see eyes again, but this time it is a beautiful girl in some sort of dark green Robin-Hood-like outfit (but with more variety in color and ornamentation) that very slowly emerges, head first. She has a bow and a set of arrows and seems to be some sort of elf-like creature and “at one” with the powers of nature but somehow more powerful (both physically and mentally) than any human on Earth - because of that supposed direct link to the forces of nature. I do not think she can “control” nature, but remain in some sort of perfect “frequency” (harmony) with the energy as a whole. I do not think she can speak English or understand it, although she seems to be linked to me somehow (perhaps a more fanciful version of my wife). She seems to reflect more of a sense of personal power than the earlier “monster”, almost as if I subliminally created both but which were “incubated” in this other dimension behind the glass of the television. My dream eventually breaks up into less vivid patterns that I cannot quite remember other than a feeling of deep respect and understanding for beings that “incubate” within the energy of the television somehow, which seems to represent features of the Source (or other levels of consciousness) in this case rather than real-life television, which I do not respect at all. (Of course, the television itself likely represents the dreaming process in indirectly utilizing other levels of mind and perhaps collective consciousness.)

The female elf-like and Robin-Hood-like character is a seemingly neutral character that has sparsely recurred in my dreams since around age sixteen.

    6. Serpent Woman, Cave School and My Westfalia

by , 07-27-2006 at 01:28 PM (Visions in the Dark)
I had two dreams this night but I can only remember minor details about the first one.

#1) The first dream took place in a vast plain. There was a giant half woman, half snake creature that was battling another creature that I could not see clearly. The serpent woman was talking one hell of a beating and there was blood everywhere. I do not remember anything else, not even how it ended.

#2) The second dream had me walking down a long cave-like tunnel. There were many rooms along the way that were like classrooms or workshops in a college. I was not in this place alone as there were many people participating in the classes and workshops. Most of the people were young adults and I did not recognize any of them as people I know in real time.

Passing through the first few rooms was uneventful, but in one workshop there were many bandsaws and other electric wood cutting tools that were tightly cramed together, making it very difficult to get past (and I had to get past them to get the the next room). All of the electric tools were on, adding to the danger. I did make it through, but not before almost running into and knocking over a table saw.

Another room I came to was empty of desks or tools, and the floor was made of a very smooth, reflective marble. There was a lady standing in the middle of the room, surrounded by many handsome young men lounging about on pillows. She was tall, graceful and very elegant looking. Her skin was a porcelain white and she had very long vampire-like fangs coming out of her mouth. She did not saying thing, but I got the sense that she was the caretaker of this cave-tunnel place and protected the people inside.

I was not afraid of her, and she made no threatening gestures towards me. She just smiled at me, then turned to a young man laying on a pillow and reached for him. The lady took him in her arms and opened her mouth. The young man stroked her unnaturally long vampire-like fangs for a moment before she leaned in and bit his neck. The price for her protection I suppose, but I did not see what happened next because I was anxious to move onto the next room.

I walked through a doorway and found myself outside. I was at the base of a mountain and there was a river in front of me that was draining into a vast ocean. In the river I could see parts of my family's Westfalia floating down the river. I panicked and dived in. Despite the size of the peices, I grabbed them without problem and easily pulled them to the rocky shore. A shadow fell across me and I looked up the see the procelain-skinned vampire lady and the young man she had bit smiling softely at me. I felt silly and said it was stupid to love a car so much that you would risk your life for it, but the lady said it was because I had a good soul and a lot of love to give or something like that.

When I had this dream my family was about to sell our 1986 Volkswagen Westfalia and I was sad because I had a lot of good memories in it. I have been from one end of Canada to the other in that vehicle and I miss it, even though I know that it was "just a car." I think this is why I jumped into the river in the dream to retrieve the Westfalia peices - I was reluctant to see it go.
    7. The Jacuzzis

      by , 09-09-1985 at 03:09 PM
Morning of September 9, 1985. Monday.

Watch out…for the horrible vampiric monster…the…Jacuzzi!

I have said before that I have had hardly any serious nightmares in my life. The more vivid one in my young adult years was during an early afternoon nap. This was the first version of a short series of dreams (only the first one being an actual nightmare), where the name was semi-lucidly altered to something like “Chalcosi” (from “chalcosis” - or chronic copper poisoning), relative to their skin having a paler copper-color when dying.

It was of a horrible legendary creature that supposedly only lived seven weeks. They liked to eat people. They were to blame for the majority of missing people cases. I somehow fell in love with a “teenage” (in appearance only) version of the vampiric creature who I spent time with on a couch in the middle of the night as the rest of her family went out to eat people. This creature was born as a dangerous albino snake with boa-constrictor-like potential. It then changed into a killer albino tree-dwelling rabbit that sometimes leaped upon people at night. It then becomes a larger lemur-like creature (still albino) - becoming more monkey-like in some ways, and eventually an albino human-like creature with somewhat shark-like teeth (and growing as such, a lost one always being replaced, but almost immediately). As they neared death, their skin became a slight coppery color. Their hair was always white. I guess sometimes they wore wigs and sunglasses to hide their true identity, as their eyes remained snake-like. They lived in groups of a dozen or so at various ages.

Of course, again, this horrifying creature was known as…

A Jacuzzi! Watch out for the Jacuzzis, they are coming to eat your neighbors!

I awoke from the first version of this in a strange hypnopompic state. I felt dizzy and out of place and was hearing applause and disembodied voices, including the impression of a cheerful announcer talking about someone winning a Jacuzzi on “The Price is Right” - this as I saw the faces of the creatures fading in disorienting spirals. It was only then, after I was waking, that I slowly remembered hearing the word “Jacuzzi” on “The Price is Right” (which I only caught parts of now and then at a sister’s house during this time). I looked it up and finally remembered that it was a fancy whirlpool bath and not a dangerous monster.

Updated on Tuesday, 28 June 2016: I can now look at this and easily recognize an unusual atypical and subliminal form of water induction (since “Jacuzzi” is a hot tub brand and in fact a whirlpool bathtub implies an essence of the Merkaba as a tornado does) and the strong metaphorical references to circadian rhythms (and even evolution). Albinos also symbolically represent moon induction (which is often linked to water induction relative to the symbolic “tidal” shifting of consciousness in dreaming and waking). Even more curiously, “Jacuzzi” rhymes with “Suzi”, the anglicized form of my wife Zsuzsanna’s first name, more relevant here as I have a relationship with this female Jacuzzi. The unlikely rabbit stage is a symbol for something emerging from the unconscious mind as a rabbit lives in a burrow and even this was a Source clue, as Zsuzsanna lived in Maryborough when we first made contact. Not only that, the age of the girl matched Zsuzsanna’s age from this time period - and to add to that even more curiously, she had a period where she drew vampire animals (and certainly not everyone has an interest as such). This is all very interesting and in fact, validates yet again that most dreams have precognitive layers of one form or another.

    8. Cujo before “Cujo” (precognitive)

      by , 09-08-1975 at 03:08 PM
Morning of September 8, 1975. Monday.

This dream was much as if I was watching some sort of strange “wavy” cartoon yet with a rendering that made it seem at least ninety percent “real” or live-action regarding the vivid imagery. A Saint Bernard appears and ends up in a cave full of bats, where he is bitten a few times - though sometimes it seems to be in an underground chamber where the dog then emerges from near the roots of a tree. He then either gets rabies or becomes vampiric and attacks his family (where there is at least one young boy). I do not see much happening and my dream seems to “reset” several times, sometimes with the events not rendered very well and sped up a bit, yet almost seeming like an “old memory” at times and bilocated in my Cubitis living room where I also seem to be “sleeping” in the northwest corner - though I am actually in my bed in reality. I am aware of a name that is like “Cool Joe” (after Snoopy from the “Peanuts” comic strip, a reversal of “Joe Cool” and first seen May 27, 1971).

In my dream, I was also aware of the name Castle Rock, which is interestingly the name of the fictional town in the novel. The dog also seems to be a sheepdog at one point after one “reset”. This has subtle links to my “Time Divergence” dream (July 4, 1976) and a strange repeating dream experience (and my perception of time extremely altered) related to “Hardcastle and Mccormick”, which I almost always misremembered as “Hardcastle and Rock”. As I have noted before, sometimes these experiences seem more related to incidental word associations through a “higher source” at times, rather than having any real meaning, almost as if the Source is playing some sort of “trick” to see if people are paying attention.

This was surely precognitive with quite a detailed perspective (though there are significant differences in my dream and the actual novel and movie), though rather pointless as with much precognition. The novel apparently did not come out until 1981 (which still feels extraordinarily odd to me as I still feel and “remember” that it came out years before that, before I moved from Florida in 1978), though it is perhaps not impossible that there was talk of it beforehand, though I do not recall reading anything on this and I really did not have access to much news when living in Cubitis during this time. Oddly, I also dreamt about scenes from the movie “Firestarter” (as well as many other movies) before the novel even came out. I have never been sure of why this happens or what the connections (if any) are. Also, it is one of hundreds of more detailed precognitive dreams I did not really think about until several years later. I did not even realize when I saw “Cujo” in real life that it had actually come much later than my dream details. On a side note, Stephen King discusses “Cujo” in “On Writing”, referring to it as a novel he “barely remembers writing at all”.
