I watched a skate video of an old famous skater doing incredibly hard tricks.

I had almost 20 dreams last night from waking up a lot, but I'll just enter one. I was in a penthouse with Arshia and Sasha. Sasha was dating Rob for some reason and he was coming back soon. I went to another room in the house that was just all windows and I started looking down at all the people in the street. I started thinking "If I was forced to snipe one person, how would I choose? Would it be random? Would I try to choose someone who looked like a bad person or a failure?" I couldn't decide, so I started thinking about somehting else. I could see the guys in the other room laughing at me zoning out the window, so I played a prank on them.

I jumped. I started falling out the window as they screamed and then caught myself and flew back up to the window laughing. I started letting myself fall and then flying back up a few times, then thought "This is a lucid dream!"

Everything went black

I assumed I'd messed up with excitement and thought I'd woken, when really I just entered another dream about graduating from the penthouse. Too bad.



Much later, a very very strange thing happened. I was downtown and was feeling spontateous. I was driving my brothers jeep around and tried going through a narrow road that would not fit. I lifted the car and carried it over a rail, but when I put it down it shrunk to a model. Some girls were making fun of me trying to open up and drive a tiny car, so I just gave up and talked to them. I started hitting on one as part of my real life practice, and then gave her my card before leaving to a family event.

Later on I was with tom on his computer when I opened up my facebook, and I had a request and message from a girl who knew the jeep ones. I was so confused. Was this real? I thougth I must be dreaming but instead of reality checking I asked tom to tell me if he thought it was fishy. I showed him and I even said "See, look, facebook looks exactly like the real thing, except for that big black box there that isn't normal" but I just brushed it off, so interested in what was going on.

Sadly I did not go lucid again, although I had some really cool, very vivid dreams.

I had been meditating on space between my thoughts and not getting caught up in my thoughts when I fell a sleep.

I then had a false awakening where I thought there was someone at the door, I could not move as much as I tried or would move a little then find myself in exactly the same position again.

Then I was back in a dream, I was a woman with long black hair and brown eyes. I knew I had been followed by something or someone, felt like it was a previous dream I could not recall.
Inside the bedroom of a narrow house, I was trying not to move a muscle, trying not to make a sound. But I felt whatever had been sent to get me was here. I crept out the door to a side of the house away from the road and obscured I hoped from view.
LOL towering above the house and reaching way up into the clouds it seemed, was a creature with skin like bark. It could have been a giant tree, except its top came to a point where the gnarled head was and there were no leaves just branch like brown arms.
It was immobile but felt as though it was straining its senses to find me.
I went silently along the back of the house and into a side door to the kitchen. I waited there until a man I had been waiting for, with short brown hair and a black waistcoat turned up.
It started to rain as it got heavier we decided to make a break for it. The creature that seemed more like an elemental spirit or titan, had been still for so long, we were now unsure if it was waiting for something but we could wait no longer.
We walked in the rain which soon became torrential, hammering down on the road. Straight up to where the creature stood as there was no other way. It did not move and we looked up at it towering above us giddily. Behind it were hundreds of small stumpy brown trees, all with eyes. They did not move either and we made our way hurriedly through them.
Last bit was very vivid indeed, particularly splashing of rain on road and feeling of cold and wet, as we were soaked.

1. I composed a beautiful tune, but unfortunately I forgot it a few minutes later
2. I was hunting in the forest with my dad. I tried to shoot birds and young deer but I missed every time. Only one big bird passed out cos of stress and fell from a branch
3. I was a submarine officer. We sailed over the sea and executed missions. We landed at a city with a couple of my friends and Jean-Claude Van Damme. It was one of the first virtual city. That's what others said. Don't know how it works. The city was completely virtual but it was real. While we were walking along the street my friend asked me why a girl he had sex with ten years ago don't want to do it again. He said that she undressed already when she refused him. I didn't know what to tell him. I said that he lost his skills cos he spent too much time serving in the navy and did't have any chance to meet any girl for a long time so he had to exercise to get'em again.

I fell asleep at 1am instead. Still earliar than staying up till 3am I guess . I managed to do it without the t.v. on too. Dreamt about painting trees in a semi lucid dream that became non lucid. G2g so i cant write more.

July 16, 2016: I am climbing down a steep incline of large boulders at the beach towards a tidal pool. The rocks are slippery with moss and I have to step with care. The day is bright and clear. The ocean water in the distance breaks with large waves from right to left. There is a strip of beach sand at the front of the tidal pool. The blue-green ocean waves appear to be approximately 30 yards in the distance. The boulders surround the tidal pool in a giant horse shoe shape about 300 yards wide with the open end oriented towards the ocean. The scene is quite beautiful and vivid.

As I stand on a boulder adjacent to the water, a column of rocks glide into the title pool as if it were a ship looking for its dock. I can hear voices in the distance objecting to my presence near the edge of the tidal pool. Someone throws a fist-sized rock towards me, but it falls short and splashes into the water. This is followed shortly thereafter by an apple which is thrown in my general direction which also splashes into the water. Apparently, people are playing a Tetris-like game. The tidal pool is a substitute for a giant computer screen and people on the shore are conjuring up different shapes using rocks the size of garbage pails and causing them to magically travel into the watery alcove. I realize the object of the game is to fit different configurations of boulders into specific patterns in the pool.

I watch several pieces of Tetris-boulder pieces shaped like an “I" and an “L" glide into place before yielding to the objection of the unseen players and leaving my position on the mossy boulder at the edge of the pool. I clamber up and out of the rocky horse shoe and soon find myself in what appears to be a shopping mall. I walk about the mall entering different small shops and rooms looking for my way out. I inadvertently enter what appears to be a dressing room with approximately six fully naked women, one of which is an African-American with small breasts. No one seems embarrassed or upset. I make a brief apology and leave. I wake.

Nothing much recalled. I remember that I was running on errands, it was a sunny and warm day. Someone was talking about a plane.

*that was in New Zealand taking pictures of beautiful landscapes. Then this weird centipede approach me to attack me.

Vivid dreams last night. Didn't write them down so a lot of fragments:

Cycling around a city being chased, mud under wheels. Then flying, went over a river, woried about my wallet falling out of my pocket. Came to a huge warehouse type building and had to fly up the outside of it - became more of a cross between flying and climbing. reached the top but was fighting myself not to become afraid of the height, it was VERY tall. Then I was inside the building. I felt like I worked there, and I was in an office. Something about having to save our internet connection becasue someone a long way off was trying to sabotage it. Then I was winding wire through a gadget - I zoomed in and could see a knot I was trying very close in.

Plenty of other dreams but didn't write them down so forgotten now!

I awake in my dream to find a 18 wheeler that was carrying cars had crashed into my front yard. There's a flaming car right in front of my window. I go outside and it looks like dooms day. It's dark and there are banged up cars everywhere and police are starting to arrive. I'm told I should stay with a friend while the mess is getting cleaned up.
I go over to a relative's house and they let me stay. It becomes light outside so I decide to take a walk and a dog attacks me. I run from the dog but it catches me and tries to bite my arm but I pin it down before it can. The dog isn't that big so it's not hard. Some kids, who are watching nearby, are laughing. I look at them and say "This isn't funny! Go get help!". The dog is still trying to bite me. The kids run off and I start to have trouble keeping the dog down. It feels like the scenario is about to take a turn for the worse and..... I'm am awakened for real by a storm outside.

-w- For a few days I've been using the t.v. to fall asleep at 10pm than when I wake up at 2am I wait a while than go back to sleep at 3am without the t.v. on. Its been working out for me but I wanna be able fall asleep early without the t.v now : P It feels better to fall asleep than before though so that is good. Last week my mind was plagued with annoying negative thoughts but it feels pretty much under control now.

I missed out on completing the Dhl mission though. Had non lucid dreams about it though. The little lucid that I recently had was about me getting a hug from a girl than her trying to go inside me. Than something attacking my chest giving me chest pain. I woke myself up because of that though. There was also this other lucid where I was being poked in my stomach causing dream pain. Those dreams were mostly driven by my anxiety but I'm staying positive that my sleep is getting better.:3

In a dark and foul tavern, many people dressed wretchedly are eating foul smelling dishes of food. They look animalistic in my eyes,
and all seem to have lots of facial hair. There is a thin mist in the tavern of either cold or cooking smoke from the fire, it is unpleasant and damp. We are being offered to sit and join these people for food but are repelled, one even begins to be sick from copious amounts of ale. Evidently not a five star establishment, we leave.

I guess there is a lot that disgusts me about myself and I try to hide from, and be higher than, but it is still there, part of me.

I am with my girlfriend on a highway I don't recognize. It is jam packed. We take the wrong exit, so I turn around and start going the opposite way. People aren't driving cars, but walking. The highway splits, we stay right at the fork. The highway gets narrower and steeper, until it's just wide enough for one person to fit through and so steep that it's nearly vertical. We get to a point where I know we can't keep going. I look down at her and say we have to go back. I don't look forward to going back to that flood of people.

When we make our way back, we find ourselves at the end of the highway. It's like the bridge just cut off suddenly. Something lurches us forward, and hundreds of us fall into the water beneath us.

We are then lifted up onto an inflatable raft that is tugged by a speed boat. It moves faster than we can hold on, and some of us fall off.

Someone speaks through a megaphone and tells us to let go and fall into the deck below. We do so, and I'm so thankful to have solid ground beneath my feet.

In front of us, on the speed boat, is a stage. And on the stage, an old Bruce Willis with long hair has the microphone and he's leading his band. The band consists of him as the singer, Jaden Smith as a wild dancer, and Michelle Rodriguez on the side looking cool. Bruce Willis says something that's supposed to be funny, but only a few of us laugh, including one of us who had fallen into the water and was floating nearby. Bruce gives us a strange, strained smile, like he hates the icy crowd and his job.

Jaden dances around a bit as the boat tugs us to land. I talk to my girlfriend about what's happening, thinking it's nice of them to have rescued us. She says this must have been planned, that biostaticians never do anything without the data to prove that it's profitable to do so. I think that she's right and I get upset about the lack of selflessness of humanity.

I was living with some friends of mine after an apocalypse or something. Villains had taken over and we went into hiding in a commune of sorts.

D1: Lucid- I was in this luxurious house where I murder had been committed. There was a dead woman. I was consoling a friend that I don't know in my waking life but I became lucid & because I felt so connected to her I tried to find out more about her. She was hysterical. I was also looking around the room looking for hints of any kind due to the familiarity of the woman.... I woke up briefly due to a power surge in my home. My neighbors pulled down a power line which switched off our new central air & other electrical devices. I got up to pee & turn the our fans back on but came back to bed because I just thought it was a fluke surge.

D2: Lucid- I had just came back to bed & immediately started my dream state again. I was in a radio studio giving an interview with the same woman I felt I knew which made me intensively lucid because she was just in my last dream. It was about the murder & a house that burned down. I was confused about the house burning down. I had said something to my friend & to the listening viewers into the radio microphone. Suddenly I hear crying. I look next to me & my friend was now 2 chairs over & an older woman was between us & crying. I felt it was my fault & was apologizing to her because I was referring to my friend & was trying to tell this older woman this. My friend had her arm around this woman but I felt an overwhelming feeling of sadness & started to cry. I think she was the murdered woman. I woke up crying with a strong sense of grief.

D3: Lucid- I fell right back into the dream from an awake state so I started this dream lucid of course. The scene changed where I was standing behind a house & behind this house was one that was burned down. My friend was there again.... I started to utilize the state of the dream & said we should start to rebuild the house. I had started to use my mind to move some of the rubble to begin the building process. But my friend was saying we couldn't do this without a permit so we started a conversation about this when I was awakened again because of the electricity issue in real life. My son had come into my room. Hence my dream was over before I could finish the house project.



I spent the day using mnemonic method. Also a new visual of technique in particular that I've been doing over the last week where I look at myself in the mirror & close my eyes while holding the visual of my own face in the mirror.... I read you can only dream of people you have seen before in your waking life which in turn if you have not seen them in this lifetime they could be from a past life, alternate universe, duel reality, or parallel plane. If I was to take a guess to which this one would be it would be the parallel plane or duel reality...... I recently read a book that told of the "ether". It's what Buddhist's belief system & many other cultures who have a strong ability to astral travel talk of. I've also been doing the exercises to that allow you achieve such goal. It's a very interesting concept & my meditation practices are growing stronger due to these exercises.... I was able to achieve a number of techniques over this night which I'm really excited about.
