I've been very sleep deprived from work as well as having dreamless nights lately, took a short nap during my lunch break. I dreamed that I was in my bed, trying to fall asleep when I suddenly realised that my room became bigger, the wall next to my bed was moved a few meters further. There's a darkskin girl with me in the room and my roommate shows up back from the barbershop with bright white skin and light grey curly hair and a beard like an ancient philospher statue. It made the three of us laugh out so loud I felt my brain throbbing. I knew I was dreaming and walked into my bed to try and wake up, noticing the dept of my surprisingly big room as well as my unrecognisable roommate flash between odd and normal like flickering lights. I suddenly thought about that Joey Bada$$ interview where he talked about astral projecting at that moment, but I knew that I had to get back to work soon. I was, however still dreaming even though the dream was literally me lying in my bed. I then briefly wake up and doze off again dreaming that I'm traveling to the Friedrichstraße station, but I was naked and my clothes were in a storage locker in w different train station. This time I knew I was dreaming and woke up, just relaxing in my bed before the alarm went off.
Went to an apartment viewing yesterday, I dreamed about living in that apartment, but conciously remembered that I was still living in my old one and it felt like trespassing. I waited for the roommate to leave and went to my old apartment. When I went outside, though, the street suddenly turned into a. industrial area. Dream was surprisingly in Dutch, but in hindsight the person in question looked and sounded like someone from an international theatre project from years ago instead of the roommate.

29.07.2014A Non-Intentional Lucid Dream (Note) NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID Hey, everyone. I used to have a journal a few years ago, where I kept record of my lucid dreams. I only had two that I had written about and posted to Dreamviews. Since then I haven't thought that much about Lucid Dreaming. Well, I had but I knew I was too lazy to actually be able to induce one. I tried to WILD a few times, nearly making it before backing out due to the fear of sleep paralysis. The lucid dream I had last night occurred randomly. It started off as an ordinary dream. It started with me walking around one of my old apartments I used to live in. My mom came up to me and told me that a girl was on her way to see me. (This girl is an aquaintance to me in real life.) I asked why, and she looked at me perplexed and told me that we were in a relationship. For some reason I didn't believe it, and went outside to try and clear up my confusion. (Usually, I would've just gone with it. So I must've been somewhat aware for some reason.) The outside consisted of my hometown. All the buildings were there, all the convenience stores and whatnot, so everything was very convincing. But I decided to step out onto the street. My plan was to get hit by a car. I stood there and waited for minutes, but a car never showed up. That's when I understood that this was a dream. That was also the point I became aware of my surroundings and turned this ordinary dream into a lucid dream. As I became aware the world around me looked so much more real in my eyes. It's amazing how real dreams can look when you're lucid. You could almost spend your entire time observing the enviroment. However, seeing as I don't have lucid dreams that often I decided to see what I could pull off. I tried to keep my cool, because I knew how fragile dreams could be once the person in it becomes aware. I walked around the sidewalk beside the road and observed the dream characters. I saw a few of them walk around in an everyday fashion, and I approached one of them. It was a man. I pointed at him and said "Take him away." and he simply vanished. I meant him no harm, seeing as I was just trying out my abilities as I had read them on DV. I was trying to find out what I could and couldn't do. Afterwards my vision started to blur. I knew what this was, I was about to wake up. I thought of ways to stabilize the dream so I could continue my lucid dream. I tried spinning in one of my other lucid dreams a long time ago, but it didn't help. So instead, I grabbed hold of a sign nearby and just held on to it for a while. I could feel it like it was actually there, and my dream started to stabilize itself again. (This was another trick I learned on DV, touching things in your surroundings during the time you're aware can help stabilize the dream you're in and prolong your state of ludicity.) I returned to trying to test my abilities. I thought about my options for the time being, and I came up with the idea of creating dream characters instead of getting rid of them. I decided to start with characters based on people I actually know in real life. I started with the girl who was supposed to be my girlfriend in the dream to begin with, and I also made a former crush of mine appear as well. I started off by asking the girl with the plot line related to my dream if she liked me. She told me she didn't, and that she had another person she liked. I then had a moral dilemma with myself. Could I really trust the words of my own creations? Aren't the dream characters just projections of myself and my subconcious. Truthfully, I didn't know. (I'm not too educated on the inner workings of Lucid Dreaming at all.) Afterwards, I briefly stared at my former crush and decided it would be best not to ask her anything. So I moved on and started creating more dream characters just for fun. I created one based on a rapper I enjoy listening to. I didn't ask him anything, but I was pleased with the results. I toyed around with the idea of creating my own subconscious and asking him questions, but came to the conclusion that I probably wasn't ready for that yet. I also contemplated trying to fly, as I knew a lot of lucid dreamers end up trying to master the art of flying around their dreamscapes. But I didn't want to fail and wake myself up. That's when I came up with an interesting idea. I couldn't trust the responses of characters based on people I actually know in real life, but what if I created someone that could give me advice that's just an normal dream character? I then asked to make someone appear that could give me advice. I turned around to see an Asian man standing adjacent to me. I asked him if he had any advice for me. He nodded and spoke to me. (I don't remember his actual quote, it was very wordy. I couldn't remember it at all when I woke up. But this is what I believe he said, in my own interpretation.) He said "Don't try to find something because it will not work that way. Just let it happen." (To be honest, it's a little too vague for me to interpret on my own as it could apply to many things in life. So it's a little difficult to narrow it down to anything specific.) Afterwards, I got so excited that I woke myself up. I enjoyed this dream a lot. It's been a long time since I've had a actual lucid dream to this calibur. I hope I can document many more of them in the future.

Technique i used in achieving lucidity in this dream is one i came up with but it's very similiar to WBTB-Wake Back To Bed Set up alarm to wake up at 3:15am,try to sleep at least 4 hours when you wake up at that time stay up for 30 minutes to 1 hour and focus on dreaming and becoming lucid. You will eventually go to sleep and most likely realize that you are dreaming waking up in the middle of night has the best chances of becoming lucid in a dream. NON LUCID , LUCID Okay time for my lucid experience from last night: -I am at my house but there is no one in there but my dream wife i am about to marry she is actually someone i know in real life. -I walk around the house and see her and realize that she is about to be my wife, in the meantime we kiss and have romantic sex. -After the sex i realize i might be dreaming and i do some reality checks everything seems fine i check my fingers i turn on the light it works. -I do one more reality check and that's when i became lucid in the dream i look at the clock its 5:30pm i look away its 7:49 and i realize im dreaming. -At this point im fully lucid and in full control of the dream i tell my wife FUCK YES FINALLY FULLY LUCID she wierdly stops like she is a robot that ran out of battery. -I close my eyes and teleport to a boat full of beautiful women and i have some fun with them,after that i teleport back to my house and go out in the street. -I'm like let's do something fun tried flying didn't really work out, tried being invisible didn't work and i think well let's do something that is actually possible in real life. -I walk through the street and see some people i think about getting a crowbar to rob them magically a crowbar appears in my hand and i massacre like 30 people. -I'm like hmm what next i tried getting a jetpack didn't really work out then i'm like let's teleport back to the boat with the women so i'm back at the yacht. -While i was on yacht i shoot some women some i forced to have sex with me and some i throwed of board i had so much fun and i started trying to teleport back to home. -That does not work out very well and i end up in a volcano and i burn to death,at that point i wake up and my dream ends. NOTES: -This was one of my most memorable dreams i ever had in my life it was very vivid and dream recall was amazing. -When i woke up i didn't know if i was dreaming or waking up in another lucid dream scene, that's how much it was vivid. -This dream seemed like it lasted for ages but it was actually from 3:30am to 7:00am. -Try this technique i guarantee after you get used to this technique you will have lucid dreams every 2nd night.
Today i dreamt i was in my brother's house, but in real it was my aunt's house i was on the bedroom where it is the tv and playstation. i brought gran turismo 7 and i wanted to tested it on my brother's ps4. i told him "Let's see if it work on ps3" so i opened the GT7 cover on the bed, and i noticed there was 2 CDS, GT7 and next to it, league of legends for PS3 (WTF?) So i tested the GT7 cd, on that league of legends slot since it was for PS3, i saw the gt7 cd was a bit bigger and a there was a swollen part on the cd my brother said "I also bought another computer to play far cry so you'll need a ps4 too" and i said "But you bought far cry with your own money, parents bought me GT7, of course you can buy your own things with your money. GT7 costed like €70" he said "jeez, €70 for that game..." and i asked him "Can i test GT7 in your ps4 please? i really want to!" he said "Alright" i looked at the TV screen, and saw a desert background with a red car zoomed on it, it was the part of choosing the car. we could ride it while we choosing it, my brother brought the car near a desert tree, and here it comes the wtf moment the car climbed the tree with it's strained hands and his tires. and i said the exactly "WTF?" and started laughing. then i asked my brother if i could get the pad, i wanted to play a little. i saw i could drive around europe. i went to spain first then came back to lisbon, it was way too fast travelling, with such a car. Today i dreamt i was walking around a street, then i saw a soccer field made of concrete rock. I stared for a while, i saw fabio,daniela and tiago ferreira playing. then i sat on the floor and made a goal while rotating my body on the floor. I was happy to see them, i saw daniela using a black cap, i wanted to greet her with 2 kisses, and the guys with a handshake, but i just greeted them with a "hi" on that goal, there was a perpendicular one there was 1 at my right, tiago kicked the ball with so much power 2 times, and i said while kicking with too much power inside the goal. Today i dreamt i was playing gran turismo, i was in nascar circuit, i had just entered in that online room. I was with a castrol NSX, by this time i was still on the boxes, i just wanted to hurry up to get the first place. When i got out of the boxes i just gave full throttle, and tried to slipstream for the 2nd place. who was in the first place was a same car as mine. i tried to overtake by outside first, i couldn't i hitted the wall, lucky i didn't spin up. then i catched slipstream again, then for some reason my opponent braked, and i took the inside. i kept going, i got through the finish line, and this time was the final lap, i had to hurry up to catch that 1st car, but he was way too far, i couldn't catch him and he won the race, he had a white car. today i dreamt i was in a car, my brother was driving back to home and it was night. My brother was surprised to see such supercars in our country and that city. he said "Most of these cars are from girls" I looked the back seat mirror of the car and i counted like 5 lamborghinis, i was surprised as well. then i saw a subaru impreza coming after our car. and i said to my brother: "Look!, it's an impreza behind us" i was happy to see that car because it's my favourite car. i said again "It's not the impreza i like but it's still cool, i prefer the one that is in setubal (city i live in)" my brother said softly: "yeah, that one is cool" Dream elements: -Impreza -Lamborghinis -At night -brother -Castelo branco Technique used: WBTB hours slept: 8 hours
Today i dreamt i was on a top of a building, i had to reach the highest skies to become lucid. I launched out and started to fly above at a high speed, i wanted to be lucid no matter what. I thought to myself: "I have to fight the sky to become lucid, i'll become lucid no matter what!" But suddenly i started to feel i couldn't fly anymore, i was out of energy, so i started to fall down I noticed i had a energy limit for flying, so i landed on that building again. when i landed, something told me i had to found an eye to become lucid. Today i dreamt i was in school bar, i saw a provador de roupa, then micaela entered there, i was excepting to see her coming naked through the curtains, but then she changed clothes so fast she just got inside that and then came out with new clothes she was with purple clothes she was pretending to be a witch. then i went to the 2nd hall of my school near the stationery shop. i sitted on a small white wall between the hall. then i got outside to the left door (if we see it by front) then the scenario changed, i went to a green space with many grass, i saw my natural sciences teacher she wa ssmiling at me, i looked around then i saw people lying down with a towel under them. they were having beach behavior, but i was in a green space. i looked back and saw micaela and other girl taking their clothes off and saw their bikini. i saw micaela'ss butt and i was kind of horny... today i dreamt i was in some candy shop, it was at the peak of that city near the mountains, i was inside the shop and was seeing the seller having his business going well, many customers were inside, he was selling a lot of candies inside those boxes he was picking up which candies people would choose, i saw a blue candy tape. with many sugar, i thought to myself. Today i dreamt i was in my appartment hall, i was climbing up stairs trying to find money i crouched on the stairs and i found 1 euro, my mom was on stairs above me i showed her the coin and she said "So it finally was there" i was happy to find it, and i was looking for further more. i found 1 more coin. then i decided to go to the last floor, i climbed the stairs and stopped on the middle of the stairs and where it was the 2 doors, i looked above. then i did a reality check. it was the thumb-handed one. i saw my thumb and my other hand, slowly my thumb collapsed with my other hand, and i clearly saw it got through. and i said "I'm dreaming" Although i had no control, and my body wasn't on the dream environment either :/ Dream elements: -in my appartment hall -mom -1 euro Technique used: WBTB hours slept: 4 hours
