NLD #1

I was inside of dugout with 3 or 4 men. We were clearing our future shelter from old spoiled food and other garbage because we were preparing for war. In second room I picked up big glass jar with green water with old fermented cucumbers. It was a little bit heavy. I gave it to man who was helping us in clearing. Next I picked up big ceramic bowl also with water. The water started to move during transfering the bowl so I felt small odor.
[FORGOTTEN PART OF DREAM]
I woke up and I recognize that I was lying on wooden chest inside the dugout. I felt dizzy and my body didn't moved. "I'm dead?" I thought. I started to observe my surroundings without moving my body. Other men were continue clearing and they didn't paid attention at me. "No, I'm alive. So... I felt asleep? Why?". I stand up.
[ANOTHER FORGOTTEN PART OF DREAM]
I don't know where I was. I cannot recognize the area. I and other person are walking around. We were patrolling or searching for something. I found big hole that went deep inside ground. My partner used flashlight but the light was too weak
-Wait, I have laser pointer. Let's check how deep it is - I said
When I was trying to pick my laser I lunch flare by accident
-Fuck! Okay we will use this! - I said and threw the flare inside the hole.
The hole was very deep - 15 maybe 20 meters. It was full of spiderwebs and on the end we saw the tunnel is turing somewhere. Also it was enough space so one person can crawl inside. But there was no volunteer to crawl inside that spiderwebs...

Spring Competition 2024 Night 5 (DILD) 04.01.2024

I am in a lucid dream where I am at some sort of amusement park and there is a bad lady mind controlling the workers. I go and use mind control to free some workers minds and then we spread out to free the other workers. It changes from an amusement park into a convenience store.

After that I laid in bed for like an hour which is why I remember so few details of the lucid.

Something about a bully.

1. Crow And The Bar (LD)
I’m floating toward the edge of some type of divider between rooms in an office area. This seems like…a dream….I’m dreaming! I’m lucid. I fly over the divider and quickly transform into crow form. There's a thick piece of glass just beyond the divider and I phase through it. I fly around the hallway on the first floor, maneuvering around a couple of males who seem like business men with a higher rank in the area. I'm flapping my wings and enjoying the movement of the dream body. I revert to humanoid form for a moment. Maybe I should interact. I pat one of them on the shoulder.
“How’s it going?”.
I quickly quickly switch back to crow form. I head to a nearby stairwell, flying upward toward the top and explore the area a bit. Crow form is feeling more accurate. I finally curve back around, descending the staircase once again, carving easily in crow form. I reach the bottom and glide toward the end of the hallway. I soon see a large wooden bar that’s quite ornate with many people sitting all around. It’s situated on the edge of a large room and there’s ornate decor on the wall behind, including a large wooden carving on the right of some type of display shelf on the wall above the bar. I go to advanced summon a portal into the wall, yet nothing happens. I then go to mass tk the large wooden statue, yet it doesn’t move. I look around at the visuals and am amazed at how vivid and crisp everything at the bar looks. I’ll get a drink, why not. I turn to the bartender.
“Can I have a drink?”
Bartender: “Sure. Do you want a Southern Comfort or a California Comfort”
“I’ll have..the California one”
The bartender pulls out a small glass with a reddish brown liquid inside. The bartender hands it to me.
Bartender: “This is the apple version”
I thank him. A guy sitting to my left turns to me.
Man at the bar: “Could you get one for me?”
I then turn to the bartender.
“Can I have one for him too?”
The bartender nods and hands one to the guy. The guy next to me is very thankful, and shouts ‘thank you’ loudly with a big smile. He then calls for a a cheers between everyone at the bar. We all raise our glass and clank them at the center of the area.
All: “Cheers!”
I go to drink, yet wake up.

2. Cavern By The Oceanside (LD)
I’m floating toward a rocky ledge. My awareness sharply raises. I’m lucid. I notice that I’m in what appears to be a a massive cavernous area. There’s a massive descent to an area below in the center of the cavern. In the far distance, I see the opening to the cavern toward the very bottom of the area, sunlight spilling through. I see sand beyond the opening and gentle ocean waves periodically moving in an out of the area. I float forward and notice what appears to be a black mesh material. I raise upward and slowly phase through it and descend on the stone area on the opposite side. There's a long, yet short stone ledge just before the massive drop. I decide to sit and ground for a moment. I sit in front of the ledge raise my right arm and take one slow deep breath. That’s enough for now - I’ll start exploring. I begin to float downward into the central area and begin to think of summoning Jerune or Norzz’jyagirri. I reach to my right for the lucid talisman, yet don’t find it. I figure I should explore my pocket, yet don’t feel it in my right pocket. I feel that the dream is fading as the visuals are getting quite dark. I begin to descend rapidly toward the bottom to stabilize. I hold awareness as the dream darkens a bit, yet I soon wake up.

*I didn't wake up at 12 like normal, probably from the poor sleep yesterday, instead I woke up around 4 am and laid there for a while. I'm just trying to relax and imagine things. Soon they kind of take on a life of their own which tell me I'm ready to enter a dream.*

Suddenly I'm in a void, I can fly in different directions. I try not to get too excited while flying and yet not too frustrated at the lack of visuals, I try to focus on what's already there. I see a purple blob and begin flying towards it, it transforms into a purple dragon as it flies away from me. I'm beginning to see where I am now, Minecraft again, it looks like I'm underground in spectator mode.



Remembering one of my tasks I hold my hand in front of me to attempt summoning a huge ball. *This is something I've visualized while awake*



It's about the size of a small pebble, "It's too small" I think to myself as I toss it away and continue to fly up to the surface. Everything it's crystal clear now and looks just like Minecraft. I see a huge mountain and decide to fly straight through it, as I'm passing through it, it's like an image of the mountain just before I hit it is stuck in my vision for a second or two before I finally pass through it. I start looking around trying to not over fixate on that. I see two mountains and a village in the far distance. I start flying there looking at the ground and noticing my shadow. I start fading and wake up.

I was in the dining room at home when I got lucid randomly. My memory sucked in this ld too so I didn't really remember anything I planned in real life and just ended up flying around for the most part. The area outside the window didn't look like it should. After focusing on my sight for a bit, which made the dream more stable and vivid, I phased through the window in front of me and started flying around without a goal or destination in mind. I heard someone I know from discord sing in my mind at this point. I remembered him telling me that he has lds sometimes where he talks to people in a voice chat, thinking he is asleep and hears the voice chat from real life. I knew this wasn't real though. After a few seconds of flying and then landing on the ground, I had a really bad youtuber song play in my mind this time. I started flying again and the next thing I remember is being in an area that doesn't exist in real life. It was a playground surrounded by trees, with a carpet in the middle of the sand that had a wooden table on it for some reason. I landed and kicked over the table on purpose while doing so. Shortly after that, I got startled by the sound of my alarm playing and the sound of my phone vibrating. I was surprised not to have woken up yet, but I decided that I'd wake up anyway so I might as well let myself wake up. I just kinda "let go" of the dream and woke up, to find out that no alarm was going off in real life and my next wbtb alarm would've been in like 20 minutes.

Dream 1: Granny and Gators

My grandmother and I are in a kayak, paddling along a sort of a creek/flooded road. There are alligators in the creek, and one of them swims to our kayak, and sort of crawls over it and/or swims under it in such a way as to push us off course a little bit. We keep paddling and try to correct course, and by now our paddle is actually another alligator. We reach the end of the narrow channel, and are in a wider flooded street-type area. It seems that I am checking out a potential job in this area, and think about what it might be like to paddle to work in alligator-infested water every day.



Dream 2: Driving

I need to drive somewhere. The road in front of my driveway is blocked with construction, but they have left open lanes where you can drive. I make my way out of the construction area, and find a place to park. When I get out of my vehicle, I find that the construction has been on the nearby presidential memorial. The workers have either moved the body of the president, or done something with his grave. I have parked awkwardly close to it, and I’m a bit worried at first that I might have parked on top of it...

...Going down some roads, and past a store. It is place I seem to remember (possibly visited it in a previous dream). Looking in the windows, I see a lot of candy. Apparently, this is how it used to be. This store is kind of under another building, near an intersection with another road where you make a right turn to go wherever I was going.


Dream 3 (?): Party Time

(Possibly an extension of the dream above, but I’m not sure). There is a party going on. I’m in a room with a couple of other people, and we apparently stay up all night goofing off. There seems to have been alcohol involved too, because I think I might be slightly intoxicated by the next morning. My mother and my brother (?) are in another room, and earlier in the morning I gather up some things and make my way out there wondering if I will appear obviously inebriated. I have been awake all night except for a few times that I went to sleep during the party, but my mother and brother have at least been able to get some sleep.

There is another party going on. This takes place in a large exhibition hall sort of place, in which there is a kind of expo going on. In the middle of the building is a row of parties, rated for different ages starting at PG, going onto PG-13, and possibly higher. There are some kids going to the PG party, and someone says something about how their parents told them they could go to this one but not one with a more “adult” rating. At the PG party, they have a long tub in the center in which people are pouring some kind of candy dust, like what’s in pixie straws or those candy dipping spoon things. Then someone comes along with a lot more candy, and fills a bowl next to this tub. Then my brother in law shows up, which causes some people to groan for some reason. He is carrying a bunch of things – toys, and maybe more candy.

The event is going to begin. I’m walking around with one of my colleagues, and it turns out that the graduate students were supposed to be assigned to specific locations around the room. I don’t remember having been assigned anything, and we have a discussion about some guy who was supposed to send me an email. I walk around the room about two more times looking to see if my name is at any of the stations, but eventually give up. I think I try to go find somewhere to sit.

In waking life, a recent graduate left a note on a white board. In my dream, it was erased.

Gravity Walk
I continue to walk next to Han through the shopping area. The lights illuminating the sides of the building have a glowing aura. This looks…dreamlike…. I tune into the feel of gravity throughout my body. My hands feel a bit heavy and my body feels a bit…light…This feels kind of normal…something's off…I turn around. I’m lucid. I take in the sites of the outdoor area. The area I’m situated in now doesn’t quite have the same ‘dream glow’ and bright lights illuminating the walls of the shops. As I glance back, I notice the area that I just past, with the shops continuing to glow off-white in the night. Han continues to walk ahead, talking to me about something. She’s moving very quickly and rapidly ascends a large stone staircase that’s on the right, quite a bit far ahead. I fly in the direction after her.
“Han!”
I reach the foot of the staircase, and she’s already disappearing around the turn at the top.
Whatever… it’s just a dream. I’m going to just do stuff for the competition. What should I work on? I already did my three step…
I turn and notice the dream scene behind me getting quite dim. It appears that the previously lavish outdoor shopping area is now barren; the walls are plain and the area feels desolate.
I’ll just teleport to Haven.
I quickly fly into a wall a few meters away from me and phase inside. I begin repeating Haven Haven in mind as I visualize Haven Peaks. After a moment, I wake up.

I began in a different dream, and to transition into the Pr I had the entire place flood with muddy water. When it rushed over me, I was already in and back to fighting crocodiles. Fighting in the water this time, I could sense from where they were coming without even seeing them. I was able to deflect its attacks and flip it around in the water. Launching it out of the water, Passenger then stabbed through it with a new spear. We then got out of the river with it and threw it on the ground with a couple other gators.

At this point it wasn’t even hunting for food anymore, we had plenty for days with only one and fish were easy enough for daily meals. We have also learned how to use snakes and eels similarly to fish in grabbing their attention to attack things for us. Seeing that we were now used to these crocodiles, Kappa took us to another area where he told us large alligators were causing trouble for a village. Me and Passenger were really surprised by this, thinking Kappa was the only person (though not human) in this swamp other than us.

Heading over we were excited about what they might be like, not even concerned with how strong the gators there would be. We jumped through some of the forest and there was a spot where Kappa told us to stop. Although we were strong enough to punch through it, Kappa told us there was a fish big enough to eat us whole in the water near us. We then walked a bit more and stopped when Kappa said we arrived, but there were no visible homes around. He was also confused, and we spread out calling to see if anyone would respond. While spread out, Passenger yelled out for us to come to him so we did.

Back together, We saw a massive alligator. Even though kappa warned us about a fish that could eat us whole, this gator could easily do the same. All of the others we fought were the size of actual crocodiles, big but only able to bite at a limb at a time. On seeing us it swung its tail and knocked down the trees that were in the way. Me and Passenger jumped at it and told Kappa to keep searching for the villagers. I also told him if he found them to ask if this alligator was known as King Gator. We split to both sides so it could not target both of us at once, but it turned to bite Passenger and slam me with its tail. Passenger was able to get out of the way but I took the hit and went flying.

I came back with Passenger fighting on his own, and this time I tried joining on the same side. It kept biting and once it switched to the tail we were able to counter the tail together and stop it in place. We kept attacking by punching in the same places together, and were able to kick it in the jaw one time when it tried biting. Although we were effectively staying in the fight, it felt like we were doing no damage. We tried bringing over snakes to attack it but as expected they could not bite through its scales. I had an idea after that and got Passenger to lead the crocodile away with me.

It charged at us and we needed to run at full speed to stay out of its reach, arriving at the nearby pond. With Passenger right behind me, I jumped over the pond where Kappa said a large fish lived, and used my whip to direct it at the crocodile like we would with smaller fish. What leaped out was a giant catfish, slightly larger than the crocodile. It bit the side of the crocodile as it kept charging at us, and left a huge gap in its side. Seeing what happened, Passenger used his whip as well in the way we would direct fish to shoot water. The area flashed with light and a powerful blast of water shot straight into the exposed side of the crocodile and shot out the other end.

The body of the crocodile sank into the pond, and although we wanted to collect something of a trophy or evidence of defeating the crocodile, there was no way we were going near the pond again. Returning where the fight began, we ran into Kappa who now was with two other kappas. Although we knew he was old, seeing him next to the others really made him look much older. We told them the alligator was defeated, and although they were skeptical at first they quickly believed after we told them about using the catfish against it.

We were happily invited to their village, which only recently was built high in the trees to avoid being spotted by the alligator. They told us how many types of people were in the village and once we arrived we did see frogmen and lizard people. Having a celebratory meal with them, they mentioned a human being in the village and that what we fought was not King Gator. It wasn’t even the only alligator that size, but it was the only one still at the village. Knowing its strength now, Me and Passenger knew we had plenty to grow in strength for future battles.

We spent some time at the village training with different types of people, learning different fighting styles and techniques from them. We also met the human at the village, who turned out to be Gejoh. We fought several creatures in our training and eventually were able to greatly damage trees with our strongest attacks but did not face anything at the level of the large alligator again.
